Cons

The app is really not good, new design is not as good as the old one, nothing else to mention.

It made keeping track of all my contacts, emails and important jobs really easy, because everything was in one place I already used. It helped me stay on top of things and feel more organized.

Pros

The best thing about was how it lived right inside my email. It made keeping track of my friends and jobs super easy, all in one spot.

Cons

Sometimes, it had so many buttons it felt a little tricky to learn them all at first. It was like a new video game with too many controls.

I've been working in eway for a year and a half and I still don't fully master it. It's hard to get your bearings at first, but once you learn it, it's a good helper.

Pros

I like the different search options. The system is clear.

User friendly, lot of options at hand for example pulling reports

Pros

It is possible to trace an enquiry logged and see all relevant documents on one enquiry

Cons

Fact that things duplicate themselves likes e-mails and documents in task but also placed on deal or contact while you can not create a second and so forth deal for the same client with the same e-mail address, you must delete e-mail address and add into notes

I found eWay from online reviews and have found the software value for money with some really helpful colleagues who always do their best to support.

Pros

Easy to use and quite logical to pick up for a small business owner who doesn't have much time to be able to 'play' to learn. The eWay colleagues are always so helpful if you have an issue.

Cons

I would like more interconnectivity with LinkedIn and also standard apps - for example Xero, and Sales Navigator

Possibility of configuring all work fields, intuitive software, resistance to user errors. interface readability

Cons

From time to time the speed of work. Maybe the servers are too slow. but it does not interfere with work that much, apart from individual moments

We work with the contact, company, project and task modules and everything is in one place, the CRM outputs are fast and clear. We can do simple reports from CRM and work on open projects and opportunities.

Pros

Simplicity, clarity, customer-specific setup, professional approach of EWAY staff during implementation.

I have no reservations about the system, it works according to our wishes and settings.

I like it, I like the way you can convert all the emails into contacts and deals. With this it is then quite simple to manage new contacts and clients

Pros

it is integrated to outlook - that is frankly the best thing. It is also connected to Ares so it can simply search company info just from IČO.

Cons

sometimes it feels a bit laggy but not a huge deal. I sometimes feel that it requires me to create the company by hand in order to convert the mail into contact but not bad.

Pros

I like creating of a new contact via AI, New dates, occasions and marketing campaign.

Cons

It's a shame that only the desktop version is possible for marketing campaigns. It's also not clear whether I'm logging into the desktop or online version.

Pros

I like clarity.The design is clean and the features are practical.My favorite feature in Eway is how seamlessly it integrates with other systems and how quickly i can access the information i need.

Cons

There is not much i dislike about Eway,but sometimes it takes a bit longer to load. Everything works well.

I would like an alert function if company already exsisting in company list to avoid duplication.

Pros

In new version headline's color. I always know where I am. I can setting column list.

Cons

Old version. In Journal -Superior item is useless function. In deal -contract type is confuse function. -other information (I do not know where the amount came from) Importing sheets are difficult, especially at the end phase, like at company, deals etc.

Outlook stop support of BCM in somewhat 2013 and all of the company database was stuck in BCM 2010

But, its plug in panel is functional somehow, it causes some rare complications for not always freshing the database and so it discourages some users in the process. In spite of this, as time goes on, it will be a much more effective tool.

Pros

One of the primary attractions of is its high level of flexibility. It can be easily customized by the buyers to suit their own requirements, for example, it can be used for order management and communicate with clients. It is a vital tool for insurance brokers and remote workers.

Cons

Some users find the app navigation quite difficult, additionally, every time the app gets updated, small glitches are seen.

Overall, is a solid, user-friendly tool, especially for teams heavily reliant on Microsoft Outlook.

Pros

Sales Experience: I was very impressed with the communication during the selection process. The sales representative was professional, extremely helpful, and always ready to answer our questions. Outlook Integration: The native integration with Outlook, a huge plus for our workflow. User Interface: The UI is clean, intuitive, and very easy for new users to grasp quickly. Customer Support: The support team is responsive and helpful whenever we encounter an issue. Value for Money: It offers a great set of features for a very reasonable price.

Cons

Version Disparity: The main drawback is the difference between the desktop and web/online versions. The online version currently lacks some essential features we need. For example, certain administration tasks, like form customization, are only available in the desktop version.

Pros

You can use it on a PC or a mobile phone. It is user-friendly, and you can start work in a few minutes.

Cons

If you use more modules, there are a lot of open windows. Sometimes it is difficult to use filters in a list.
