Overall, it's fine. Forcing a respondent to write at least XY characters in a voluntary questionnaire seems silly to me

Pros

The system is logical; if users use it as intended, it is completely clear and easy to navigate.

Cons

Data searching is problematic. For example: If the column with the document ID is not displayed, but I need to search by document ID, the system will not find the document.

Pros

CRM integrated to the Outlook. Workinkg with calendar, i can plan meeting throw the outlook calendar. I see history of the meeting in the calendar. Working with opportunities, I can follow my pipeline of projects.

Cons

Slowing down the Outlook. Sometimes i must wait couple of minutes then I can work.

I don´t like new design. I use old, because it is more practical for me. I like more lines when I am in the cart - Project. I can check, if i don´t have duplicity, forgotten category etc.

Multiple modules. I am lost sometimes. I am not sure what are the differences between online desktop etc.

What I appreciate the most is the integration with Outlook, where by clicking on a message I can easily see all related communication, notes, and have the ability to add reminders, meetings, etc.

the Outlook add-in sometimes takes a while to load, which can be a bit frustrating during busy workdays.
