It’s like giving Outlook superpowers. Everything from contacts to deals lives in one place, right where you’re already working. No extra tabs, no switching apps—just smooth, integrated productivity.

Cons

While the desktop version feels like a well-oiled machine, the mobile app still feels like it's catching up. It’s useful on the go, but sometimes feels more like a backup plan than a fully equipped companion.

Only available with old Outlook, which does not correspond with the latest approach to IT and customer service.

The slow behaviour. The endless update delays in the middle of something more important and it turns up just as you are about to leave

Pros

eWay is quite intuitive software and does not require a long introduction.

Cons

Sometimes the web version hangs and it has nothing to do with WiFi.

I have been using eWay-CRM for several years now, and it's clear that the system is continuously being modernized and aims to simplify both its usage and user interface.

Pros

What I like the most is that the app with the data is very user-friendly, and it’s available on mobile as well. This makes scheduling meetings very simple and fast

Cons

As a user, I’m satisfied, but I would welcome a simpler way to enter opportunities. I see that as an area for improvement.

Pros

Easy and simple to use, the automatic linking of emails to various projects or deals is very valid.

Cons

The integration of the tasks of the Online version with the New Outlook is not ready yet. I've been told that it should arrive soon.

Happy with it, we don't feel need to change.

Pros

Functionality: it just does what it says it does. For us it's a customizable CRM where we have tens of custom fields suited for our needs. Layout of fields is also customizable. We have all information about our customers in one place. And I also appreciate that it is (also) a desktop app which integrates to Outlook - I am not a fan of Online Outlook.

Cons

Although it is currently understandable possibly due to technical impossibilities, I don't like, that the most useful new features are available only in online version of the app. I like, I want and I need the desktop version.

eWay-CRM has completely revolutionized virtually every element of our business. It has allowed us to substantially scale our infrastructure while creating time savings and new efficiencies at every turn. It's also allowed us to leverage the assistance of virtual assistants in a way that never would have been possible without eWay. We have systemized all aspects of our company to be better and faster.

Pros

The modules are almost limitless in their customization options which allows us to design module types that perfectly support the most efficient workflows.

Cons

That some feature changes still require the old admin settings. Though I am now comfortable navigating the old settings, it makes it more difficult to allocate responsibility to others sense it's a different dashboard that is designed differently than the new admin portal.
