Pros

It is a very simple system, with intuitive controls. It is possible to work online version, very efficiently

Cons

suitable function in the online version, graphics could be a little better, some functions are unnecessarily complicated

Easy way to save, link, forward emails. Tasks, projects easy way to keep notes.

Cons

If you perhaps save a document incorrectly - I cant find it again. Passwords at all the documents is annoying when opening

I don't know all functionalities of this system. In my opinion is not readable. It would be good to have whole view per client ( contact person, meetings, history of contact) Now is not visible.

Pros

1\. possibility of checking status projects

Cons

We can't put the potential revenue in readable version, it is diffcult to assess the volume in demanded way.

We chose e-Way because of its integration into MS Outlook, we did not want to use a separate application. We were very impressed by the plug-in panel, thanks to which the user can always see whether the contact is registered in the database or not and is able to add it to the database with one click. We regret that for us the key plug-in panel is also e-Way's biggest pain point. Supposedly, Outlook itself is to blame. User-wise, however, we find it very inconvenient. Other than the above, we have no objections to e-Way. However, user willingness to filling the database is quite poor due to the problems with the panel.

Pros

MS Outlook integration; Right-side plug-in panel, allowing, i.a., adding new contacts

Cons

The plug-in panel often shuts down, logs out, etc. This is supposedly not the fault of e-Way, but of Outlook itself. However, it doesn't change the fact that it is very inconvenient.

Very intuitive. Could be modified to adapt into the different solutions even by knowledgeable users. Price competitive solution. Easy to implement.

Pros

It is integrated with the Outlook - no other application needed. Integration with the MS Office completely. Mobile application available and works.

Cons

Sometimes slowing down or reducing performance of Outlook.

I only use eway as a taskmaster. and it's a 50% solution. mainly because in the task, the two can't write different comments and notes on how they would move the task forward.

Pros

integration and linking with emails related to the topic

Cons

instability in Outlook - sometimes it starts, sometimes it doesn't. Need to restart the addon in outlook. it's annoying.

It's an user friendly tool to keep the information, but I would prefer to have more than that. To be able to put the annual target/objectives, to see any time the % done, to get reports etc.

Pros

A good database tool. I'm able to see companies, contacts & projects from other countries that can be a prospect for us as well.

Cons

I do not have the rights to extract reports, excel files and any information needed.

The bad - the web interface has no integration with emails, Outlook for Mac is unfamiliar and I can't use it, nor can current modern Outlook for Windows. Moreover, I find the philosophy of the whole system unclear.

Pros

Probably nothing worth mentioning (and minimum of 40 charactest here - are you crazy?)

Cons

It forces me to use the outdated, unfashionable and ugly classic Outlook or the web interface, which in turn lacks integration with email. In addition, when one would be willing to use the old Outlook (why, for God's sake!) and has a modern Copilot+ laptop with AArch64 architecture, everything is disgustingly slow and by the time Outlook boots up, I can make coffee. It's 2024, not the noughties where x86 is the only platform in the world. So I use eWay out of necessity, not pleasure...

We have been using eway for about 5 years to keep track of orders from enquiry, to offer, to execution. It is possible to filter - trace old orders, record insurance claims, etc.
