It's been perfect since I first started using it in December 2014. I was new to freelancing and it perfectly matched my needs.

Pros

It's simple to use, covers all my needs, provides excellent value for money and customer support is always there when I need it.

Cons

I don't think there is anything to dislike about Elorus. I've never had any problems with it as it works o well.

Very very good, got a lot of peace of mind after discovering it. I track expenses, project and cashflow.

Pros

Before Elorus ti was chaos, Now I get a good picture of my small company's financials, without guessing, calling my accountant all the time, and without janky excel spreadsheets.

Cons

I can't batch re-categorize costs, and can't filter by cost category. I might be able to, but I haven't figured it out. Last but not least, it doesn't interface with my accountant's software so we to do the Job twice

The customization of the reports needs improvement. Other than this, there are no major issues or missing points

I use it for invoicing, I only need it for this purpose and this is what I like the most. It's not a swiss army knife that will confuse me. It manages the income and expenses for my company and this is my need.

Pros

It's secure, it's not expensive and it has easily accessible chat support. Whenever I asked anything I get a reply in less than 2 days.

Cons

The API support can became better (ex. bills pdf download) and increase the limit that currently is low.

There are very few downsides. Some features like time tracking, are still less advanced as stand alone solutions, but does the work. This is a minor point and does not affect daily usability or value.

Pros

Direct fast support from the Elorus team direct messaging, they absolutely know their job. Really easy, pleasant User Interface with graphics- images good colors, easy to the eye.

Well if i must say something that would be pricing, while its among the cheapest platforms out there, it can always be cheaper.

I am a curmudgeon. I find flaws almost everywhere. Not with Elorus. These guys have all my needs covered.

Pros

I am a user of the freemium. Never had an issue, or need for support. The interface is intuitive and smooth, and everything works like a charm

Cons

I am not sure I have something that I like the least. Maybe how the default PDF template is shaped? Oh, maybe when you click the full payment and the field above is blank, the system should not complain and assume that indeed the whole amount was deposited. Or maybe the 0% VAT articles, have me put a description and infer the article? Something like that

The security is very high. Before you can log in you have to input a security code that's sent to your email address - it feels very safe. It's also great value-for-money.

Cons

Some of the features were initially a little tricky to get my head around but once you spend some time with it, it becomes much easier to navigate and use.

I use it daily to register sales and expenses and issue all my invoices with it. It is compatible with Greek invoicing requirements and is easy to set up.

Pros

It is easy to use, reliable and contains all reports I need for my business.

Cons

They never gave me the Affiliate Link I requested, although I have been recommending them to colleagues. Furthermore, I would like more payment options and a project management module because I have to use another software product for project management.
