The tracking feature is awesome too. I can create repeat expenses or invoices to be tracked for reporting purposes. This system is extremely helpful. Cons I do not particularly like that when I have a problem and need immediate assistance, that there is no number I can call to speak with someone. Highly recommended! Pros It's simplicity and user experience is way ahead of classic accounting solutions. Pricing is clear and closely follows regulations and similar requirements. I'm using it for several types of personal or small companies and it just makes sense. Cons I would love better stock management and reporting. One of my use cases is a warehousing company and with some small wins it could be better in this area as well. Not Elorus' main focus though, I understand that. Sometimes I get to send wrong quotations because of this. I am a user for a good 5 five years now and I am still uncertain about this.... Also, it sometimes feels unsafe when the person who talks to me from support, just enters my workspace to assist me with my issue. Come guys, what do we have teamviewer for? You can't just burst into my workspace in order to assist me, I need to give you clerance for that. Think about it, you might engage with even larger clients if you solve this. " July 6, 2025 5.0 It took me quite a while to find Elorus. When I found it, it ticked all the boxes. I nearly cried! Through using it and exploring slowly each function I found it works well and it is easy to use -- all what a 1-10 staff firm needs. Pros Recommended totally! I only have good words of Elorus. Easy to set up, use, and modify. Holds multiple currencies to the date of exchange. It does help my accounting and project management tracking. It does not offer complex bank integrations, which have often caused me problems in the past. It was easy to learn and teach to my colleagues. European-centric, no need to deal with millions of American-based information or unnecessary features, no need to have a PhD in physics to make it work. I am so happy with Elorus five months on. Cost/value/quality, spot on. Cons 1) The expenses could be partially completed once I upload a PDF invoice. 2) Use the same dashboard/landing to manage different companies. So I do not have to log out and log in. 3) I never needed it, but if I do, I would appreciate having chat or telephone support available. Oh, maybe when you click the full payment and the field above is blank, the system should not complain and assume that indeed the whole amount was deposited. They're always very helpful, patient and professional. Cons I haven't figured out how to incorporate expenses such as bank fees but imagine I need to read the relevant documentation. I had major difficulties earlier this year when a new invoicing system was introduced in Greece and had to subscribe to a partner company.
