I began to use it and nobody from the office had enough time to show me how to do it, but I managed to handle it very quickly Cons it used to be cheaper till the previous year. It’s a tool that freelancers or companies should have Pros It combines features. For example time recordig tools, you can have a team, different projects and it feels quite complete. Also excellent customer service. They always reply and be helpful. Cons It takes some time to Log in and for safety reasons i need to log in every 30mins or so. It’s a bit annoying. Also my chrome plug in is not working ok but did not bother to fix it yet. You can find anything you like and do anything you like with goverment papers, invoices etc. I like the most the repeated invoices thing, this way you setup it once and then it will follow the rule every time of the year, month etc! Cons I really dont like that it keeps sending invoices with wrong dates if I am not going to change it myself it will happen again. Also there's some 20% fee over VAT here in my country but that SHOULD be used only with invoices from net price 301€+ and not below.. some message to let the user know that would be awesome as well. Didn't have to learn how to upload my invoices on oyr Tax Authority's platform since Elorus does it for me. Pros Ease of use. Good design of the platform. Straight forward procedure. Elorus provides the necessary security for my invoicing. Cons Not much. It's just the fact that every time I produce an invoice for a client that has already paid me, and I declare on the platform that the whole ammount has been paid, it keeps it as not paid and it keeps summing the "unpaid" amounts. And I never encountered any bug. Cons Nothing as such. Though, it's timer feature is something that could be improved more. It makes a little hard to track things and set up invoices. Cons I think there is nothing to mention as a drawback or weak point. If I had fewer clients or less work in a month, I didn’t incur charges. After 30 days without payment, I automatically reverted to a lower tier. I liked the simplicity of the UI, the ability to use it in full with up to 5 clients in order to see the possibilities and the work flow. Ever since, I use it daily to invoice clients, to keep up with the expenses, to create offers and have them signed and accepted, all in a very stylistic graphic environment. Welldone!! Pros UI is great, company's data is very accessible, the overall picture of income and expenses is easy to show. Cons Nothing too serious.
