I have had wonderful, above board customer service that I wasn't exactly expecting when I started. I am on the free plan because I only have one client but if I get more, I can definitely see myself paying for this product for its ease of use and doing what I am wanting to do for my business. Pros The time tracking feature is my favorite because that is what I was looking in a software to do for me. I needed it to keep track of my time for my very small part-time business. Cons I can't think of any at this time. I can see how this would be helpful for companies with more clients. Reason for choosing Elorus It is free for one client and I only have one client right now. I don't have to pay money for something that I hardly use. The platform is really nice to use. The options for creating things that I want are numerous. Pros I liked the online invoicing (direct communication with official government authorities included) which helped me get rid of manual paper invoicing and mailing of hand-written invoices. I liked the reporting and keeping track of income/expenses. Cons Sometimes it is a bit hard to find what you need in the menu. You need to search a lot or go to the help pages. The lack of ability to delete non-critical invoices (invoices for internal use) is a bit frustrating. Also the lack of ability to issue such invoices (for internal use) out of order. I don't find a reason why not be able to do that. I would like to organize my old invoices (handwritten) into elorus and I am forced to import them one-by-one from the beginning. The ease of set up and use was surprisingly easy (we were fully set up to invoice within 1 hour) and the integration with the tax authorities was seemless. It has already become an invaluable tool for us and look forward to future updates and added features. Pros Ease of setup, option to invoice in different languages and currencies, expenses tracking with receipt/invoice scanner Cons Can't really think of any cons. More like a request really, I would like more reports to be added and the option to customize the reports more. Cons Some features like changing the email template are hidden within settings - however, the online and the live help with the Elorus helpdesk is highly responsive, so whatever issue you have is solved within the hour. March 25, 2023 5.0 Pros I love the interface and how everything is clear. And wherever it feels that it is not clear, there is a very helpful support center, where you'll find everything. And then even if you need to speak with someone, they are very professional. No problems at all, until today. I've used Elorus back in 2012, in my first company. Unfortunately I closed that company. Now I started over once more, and again, for my financials I use Elorus with no second thoughts at all! Cons Well I am not an accountant. I don't want to become one. Still every company has to have one. I have one for my company. But from my point of view, until now, I haven't found something to dislike.
