Pros It is an exceletn ERP software, continius development adding new featurs and quickly adapting any new tax changes. The MOST importand of all is a very well documented online manual and EXCELENTcustomer supprtor response. for any question they did response instant and on topic. The ease of use, the integration with the government databases is great, and can save yourself a lot of headaches. Special mention to the impeccable customer support. I faced one issue with a couple of invoices and the promptness as well as the level of support was something I have not experienced on any other application of any kind. Cons While it's not a "con" exactly, I frequently create invoices that are similar to each other, and I would like some form of more advanced (and easier to use) invoice template support. Before I signed up Takis was super helpful in answering all my questions and definitely also a big reason why I decided to commit to Elorus. Elorus is easy to use and offers a plethora of features. Personally I only use the invoice creation and time tracking feature at the moment. The best thing for me, which makes Elorus stand out from other service providers I have tried, is the ability to assign different currencies to clients. Also the invoice templates are beautiful and easy to customize with lots of options. Tracking payments is also easy, clear and fun. I can thoroughly recommend Elorus to other freelancers. Cons There is only one thing I have to mention here, and that is the lack of "words" as a measurement unit for invoicing. As a translator we very often charge per word (source or target words) and without this option I have to wiggle my way around the existing measurement units to bill for words. This makes it awkward for me and for a less professional looking invoice position, so I hope that this will be added to the units very soon! Review Source AK Aikaterini K. Cons I would appreciate if they integrated a wizard navigating me safer into which cost centres to pick base don my activities that correspond to the public accounting system...but then again that's what accountants are for. The lack of a Payroll module is causing me to hesitate to cancel my Quickbooks account so I might need to move back. Pros Easy to use, beautiful interface and affordable price. Cons Don't have a Payroll module. In the near future I will need to move from Elorus to a platform that provides Billing, Invoicing, Time Management and Payroll in a single solution. You can do up to 5 clients for free without any purchases on your part which was what sealed the deal for me. Pros Easy to deploy and use. Takes a bit getting used to but after that it's smooth sailing. You can also easily expand your business and do time tracking for hourly employees which I plan to do in the future. I hope purchasing a license is as easy as it was setting the business account in the first place Cons The UI takes some getting used to but with some exploration most tabs are self explanatory. I have in my plan to use it even more and use its tracking features for my expenses as well but I haven't found time yet. Pros It is free to use for a limited number of invoices. I have only a client because my company is like a personal one but I can do all the actions that I need through Elorus. I know that I am not the ideal customer for Elorus but I would recommend it or consider using it because of this experience. Cons The process was simple so I don't have something specific in mind. The learning curve was the expected one. Reason for choosing Elorus It was free for a limited number of invoices. Also, I think that Customer Service seemed more accessible through my interface.
