April 6, 2018 5.0 Pros It was easy to learn and easy to adapt it to our business requirements. It simplified our workflow and shortened our monthly billing and invoicing cycle. With its automated reminders about invoice due dates and overdue invoices we effectively manage the payment cycle of our invoices. The support team is very responsive in providing quality guidance and solutions to our questions. We are happy with our selection, as it is a modern solution, gradually evolving with the addition of new features. Cons We would like to see the addition of payment gateways for credit card payments that will have lower transaction fees than the existing gateways. The program also tracks time ,which is great if you have billable hours ( this doesn't directly apply to my work ,but is still a great feature ) . The integration with the local tax organizations (taxisnet) Did we mention that it's really ease to use? When I left my old way that produce invois does not support complex tax calculations. For example, some taxes are not calculated on the net amount. You can track your time & then bill it all from the same platform. Listing business expenses is also relatively hassle-free. Probably the best feature is the integration of Elorus invoices with myData (the Greek government's finance API), meaning you can save your invoice and it will automatically upload on myData (with currency converted to EUR) without having to do manual calculations & uploads. Pros \- Easy tracking of time spent on projects- Easy Invoicing- Customer-specific invoice config (e.g.: currency, language, templates)- Notifications (Out of date Invoices)- Ability to save webpage as app on iOS devices Cons Minor UI improvement: Elorus could use a custom color scheme for the UI based on the business organization you are currently logged in. We love the export functionality and helps us to fill our tax reports. The new connection with Taxisnet is great. Cons There a re no cons, or at least in features that we use. Maybe a nice feature that is missing is the ability to import sheets from bank transactions in order to use it as a book keeping tool. Or a balance sheets export.
