Being able to really know if our crews are doing what they are suppose to is invaluable. The easy of use with the software and the app allows the General Manager to really keep up with and manage the crews effectively and save money overall.

Pros

This system has allowed our scheduled to move and change times or add immediately based on where people are. We are able to see where every crew/driver is at any given time and make sure company vehicles are not being used for personal use. We are able to create the virtual time card to confirm crews time actually worked. - Our rep has been wonderful to make sure all is up and running smoothly and very quick to respond when we needed additional units. Great Job by this company.

Cons

We have only been using the units for 3 months but they have been great. We had one small issue of a "running" code but I called support and they reset the unit and it has worked perfectly since.

One thing I do really like about Clearpath is their responsiveness when a problem occurs. Their Chat feature is super nice.

Pros

I really like that the cameras are fixed and can't be manipulated by our drivers. The older cameras our guys could point them to the sky when they didn't want to be seen. These can't be adjusted after you install them. I mean you can but you need tools.

Cons

The install was a little clunky. The sticky that comes to mount the camera didn't work great in the Las Vegas heat so we used our own.

Pros

The thing I like most about ClearPath is how easy it is to use, we never have any issues knowing where someone is so we can keep customers updated.

Cons

There isn't anything I have found yet that I don't like about ClearPath. the only issue I've had was a dead battery in a vehicle that sat for a while

Pros

The order process is easy and convenient. \[sensitive content hidden\] is extremely responsive and helpful. ClearPath offers different shipping options which put the priority in your hands. The installation is seamless. It's extremely easy to install and the component is able to be hidden. The app is user friendly and can be installed on multiple devices. I can't speak enough great things about our experiences. We now have 3 trackers and they all work wonderfully.

Cons

So far, we haven't had any experience that has been unfavorable.

Great - low pressure on sales, easy to setup and use, and costs are very reasonable. We needed something to track maintenance and also getter a better idea of where our fleet is at during the day. Basic use but having done it now, I wish we had done this years ago.

Pros

It was very easy to setup and install. Just plugged in the units to the trucks and was up and running shortly. I was able to setup maintenance tracking and reports super easily. The proactive alerts on speeding and other events has been super helpful.

Cons

I'd like more templates or predefined/recommended maintenance intervals so I didn't need to create them from scratch.

Excellent. No complaints \[sensitive content hidden\] our CSM has done an excellent job taking care of us. The support Team has always been their for me if I have had any Issues with a device with no complaints always very friendly.

Pros

The easy use of the Product from setting up new devices and adding new drivers to the system. I think we get a fair price on the equipment and it does a lot of cool stuff. you can see OBD codes, Fuel Gauge reading along with the % of fuel. Integrates with Wex Fuel Cards , Fleetio shop integration that we use and probably a bunch more you can add if you use something different.

Cons

Can't really say I have never had any bad experiences with it and I have been working with them for the last 2 + years now.

They are great to work with and we have recommended them to many others.

Pros

The customer service is top tier. It is great to work with a company who wants to hear what you have to say so that they can make the product better. We were previously with GeoForce and they completely stopped caring about what we needed..

Cons

When we signed up with ClearPath we knew that the maintenance tracking wasn't what we needed. They told us that they were working through that and listened to our suggestions. The new maintenance tracking has taken care of all of our concerns.

When we have bumps in the road we reach out and they respond and assist. We are 2 years in and service is consistent.

Pros

No contracts and the program actually works. We have used GPS for 10 years, at least 5 different systems and most had the issue of reports not working properly or stop working. ClearPath is not the cheapest, though the last time we tried a cheaper company we got what we paid for. The reports work and the map and geozones are great! The set up was easy, time is money so this was important.

Cons

Nothing really, they do not have a way to build customer alerts but they took the time and made the alert for us. Customer service is definitely present.

### "Top Tier GPS and Tracking System/Cameras!"

We are solving the problem of team members not stepping up when an issue happens on the road (\`Someone just ran me off the road!\`, \`Your guy just blew past me!\`), since we can now go to the cameras and view the exact time, who was there, and what caused them to create that situation.

Pros

ClearPathGPS makes it easy to log in, and view anything you need to see regarding your fleet and their active location/speed. The ability to also download it on your phone is out of this world useful. I can also appreciate the ability to view the dashcams at any moment, and have the auto-record if a moment is sketchy/dangerous (Glass Breaking/Tailgating/Speeding/Etc)

Cons

The only difficult part of ClearPathGPS would be the initial setup of the cameras/gps, and having it all work properly, as some cameras can provide difficulties doing this. Not all of them have issues though, and the support team is quick to help fix any issues that arise!

Pros

The clear path online GPS map aids with tracking our drivers locations allowing for better time management, as well as allowing a better estimated time of arrival in real time.

Cons

Tracking a vehicles path from an earlier time can be a little tricky and confusing.

It was a tuesday night, I arrived home from my mens bible study, I sat down in front of my computer to shut it down, I clicked on each browser window to look at it before I closed it. When I got to Clearpath GPS, I noticed that truck # I2009 had the ignition ON, I knew that driver had parked for the evening and was supposed to be home, I called him to check , he was home. I got in my car drove to our yard, when I pulled in the truck was gone. I called 911 reported the theft of my 2009 International along with a 2017 Wabash dry Van loaded with LG appliances. I called my wife and said look at my computer, Is there a truck moving on the screen, she said YES, so I said what direction, she didnt know, so I raced back home and jumped in front of the computer and began to track my truck heading 55-60 mph westbound on highway 60 in So. CA, I had the CHP dispatcher on my phone giving them constant updates on rate of speed and direction of travel, along with vehicle color and signage, they began to scramble all available units to the westbound 60, I was able to update them in real time, they finally sighted the truck and trailer westbound 60 approaching the 605 interchange, I confirmed that was its location , the truck then went 605 south and they were all ready to attempt the stop, they did. They lit him up. The driver exited 605 south and Rose hills offramp, he was met at the top of the ramp by two more CHP units facing crossways, the thief made eye contact with the CHP and gave up , shut the truck off. they made the arrest, I took my driver and we drove to the scene while they gathered evidence. They had found a GPS scrambling device plugged into the power output on the dash, with blinking lights on it. Thanks God it didnt work . The thief had a bag of truck keys, and one in the ignition that fit our truck. I got my truck back that night in perfect condition, no damage to the truck or trailer, the cargo still sealed inside the trailer. It took 69 minutes from the time they started the truck until they shut it off, upon arrest. I delivered that load the next morning to Best Buy DC in chino CA on time. They signed the bill of Ladings ,NO shortage, NO overage, No damage. By the grace of God and Clearpath GPS and the California Highway Patrol. A company disaster was stopped dead in its tracks.

### "Inexpensive way to get a ton of information"

It’s only been a short time, but so far it’s been great. There were a few minor challenges with installation due to the age of our vehicles, but customer support was very easy to get a hold of to resolve it quickly. Everyone I’ve dealt with seemed equally capable (and in the U.S.) which Is very important to me. I want someone who actually works AT the company when I need help. Not just someone reading a script.

Pros

The amount of reports (preconfigured as well as custom), is really quite amazing. It’s take a lot of guesswork out of the administrative side of things. Before using the software, if a crew forgot to turn in a time sheet, we had to track them down and hope the remembered the time they were at a job. This is no longer an issue.

Cons

They are currently in the midst of an upgrade, so you have the choice of two platforms. The software works great. I wouldn’t really say there are things I “didn’t like”, more that there are things I would personally find useful. For example, the ability to run a report or search based upon address.
