We are looking for some software improvements that were listed above Pros Tracking features that can be customized such as maintenance intervals, speed limits, and other alert we have set to fit our company needs. Cons Could improve on: A) Camera features and retrieving recordings, installations; it would be nice to have a video tutorial, obd port lock system should be devised as not allow techs to remove the pug so easily. Only authorized staff can access the dashboard Cons We’ve had a few minor issues, such as occasional GPS delays in weak signal areas and limited customization options in the reports. The mobile app could refresh a bit faster, but overall these are small inconveniences that don’t affect daily operations or the overall value of the system. Map is clear and easy to navigate. Cons I wish ClearPath GPS had billing functions available on portal to manage locations and charge accounts. Also Easy to edit the information on as to whom is driving the vehicles. Cons Occasionally, the gadget may disconnect—either when changing the battery or due to movement while driving. We appreciate the excellent customer service and additional follow up and support where necessary. Pros Customer service is friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. Pricing is reasonable. For the most part installation of the units into the trucks is straightforward. Cons Sometimes the pings are not exactly accurate regarding location. Delivery of replacements or new trackers are usually right on time . Ordering process is always quick and easy. Pros Easy to use , easy install , the reports . Mapping is also detailed to a tee. Access from phone or computer. Cons Trackers that just quite working and replacement process but don’t happen a lot. I never actually talk to anyone.
