Cons There is a learning curve due to the rich feature set. Worth taking time to learn the platform and use it to the fullest. I love that I can set up a custom email sequence with VBOUT and use the drag-and-drop visual automation feature to create an email that is perfect for the person I am reaching out to. Pros I liked its similarity to Active Campaign with a better price point. Cons I'm trying to move active campaign accounts over and I'm stuck with some of the integrations. The extent of support from Vbout is "get a Zapier account". With no assistance there, I may revert my investment.
