Thanks to tutorials and VBout Academy course I was able to start really quickly. Not only for my own account, but to built a partner (customer) account as well. All needed steps are really well documented. Website tracking feature itself can do a lot of things. There is no need to paste code/snippet to Wordpress page header or footer(s), because you can install VBout plugin. Besides standard tracking features (popups, form submissions, clicks, videos tracking) VBout allows to set Push notifications, that is nice – and everything is done in less than a minute. File manager for storing all kinds of files is good – allows you to add folders inside folders, so the place can be tidy and organized. I like the Parner portal features for agency purpose as well. Again – very easy to use, easy to setup partner(s) (clients). Overall feeling – I am very glad I found this tool! Amazing team and great support. It was Sunday when I left a message on the in-app chat. I expected them to reply 1 day later but to my surprise they replied within 15 minutes. Pros The features of VBOUT are far greater than those of Klaviyo. This is an all-in-one marketing automation platform that even offers features like social media management and scheduling, landing page building. I am really amazed at all the features VBOUT has that could replace some of the tools I have, which means less money spent on apps/plugins! Cons I spend most of my time in the email template builder. VBOUT still needs more work in terms of styling options and user interface / user experience compared to Klaviyo, as I really like the email templates and the UX / UI provided by Klaviyo. Je débute dans l'email marketing et j'ai tout de suite compris comment prendre en main l'outil. L'interface graphique et l'UX sont bien pensés même s'il reste toujours de la place pour l'amélioration. Il est facile de lancer une campagne, la prévisualiser, la tester et la planifier. L'analytics est très intéressant également avec la possibilité de suivre les liens (links tracking). Cons Le constructeur de modèle de mail devrait être un peu amélioré afin de faciliter la création de modèle. Je rajouterai des fils arianes (breadcrumbs) dans les pages afin de pouvoir revenir facilement à l'écran précédent. Concernant le suivi des liens, il faudrait améliorer le domaine afin que tous les contacts puissent ouvrir les liens sans avoir d'alerte de sécurité. The email limits are fair considering the unlimited features and how advanced they are. Their academy is very helpful and I see a lot of people and companies using them.
