Pros

As a Broker at Coldwell Banker Realty, I am deeply disappointed with CINC. After carefully evaluating several companies, I chose CINC in November 2025 and agreed to pay $999.00 per month. It turned out to be a very bad experience for my business.I was fully committed to making the platform work: I completed all of their recommended training and followed their guidelines. However, the quality of the leads was consistently terrible. The vast majority of the contacts generated contained completely false information (fake phone numbers and emails). Other leads were just people who accidentally clicked a Google link once and had absolutely no interest in purchasing a property.Due to this incredibly poor performance, I had to request an early cancellation on February 25, 2026. During this tedious process, I had to speak with five different people from CINC, none of whom provided a satisfactory solution to the core issue.Currently, my credit card is in mitigation/dispute because I am demanding my money back for a service that completely failed to deliver on its promises. I absolutely do not recommend CINC to any real estate professional or broker looking for real, workable leads. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Overall it is a great realtor resource and it is becoming my go to source. Look forward to it integrating with the other systems I use so it can be my only tool.

Pros

I like how easy it is to use compared to other tool and CRMs I have used in the past. I have used CRMs powered by SalesForce (did not like) Nutshell (loved) and Delta (Hated). I must admit I use this and FUB (Follow Up Boss) and fine Pros with each of them.

Cons

The ability to delete or suspend/archive a contact that is no longer relevant. Just because I can filter it out does not mean I want to see it again in the future.

The cost of CINC is significant, and for me, it simply wasn’t worth it. My advice: Don't Do It! Don't Sign the Contract! Put Your Efforts, Energy, Time & Money elsewhere!!

Pros

I used CINC for over two years, and while the platform itself is strong from a technology standpoint, the quality of the leads left a lot to be desired.

Cons

Many of the leads I received were either extremely long-term (“we’re buying in 1–2 years,” “we’re just watching the market,” “we’re moving when our lease is up next year”) or not serious buyers at all (“we just wanted to see the inside of the building” or “we were in town and wanted to look at views from high-rises”). Others were completely outside my service area—sometimes more than 25 miles away—with no way to reliably correct that issue. In more extreme cases, I received leads from individuals in prison (I screen all leads through Forewarn), interior designers just browsing, and neighbors who were simply curious. Needless to say, the ROI versus the ROR (return on real relationships) was poor. I also had to request multiple changes to the AI text and email language, which felt overly aggressive and not aligned with my client communication style. The Market Reports provided are also very generic—something I would never send to a serious buyer or seller. They lacked substance and customization. I raised my concerns multiple times—first with my assigned rep, then with two other sales reps, and eventually escalated to the \[sensitive content hidden\]. Unfortunately, the issues persisted. Their CINC University training promotes a one-size-fits-all approach: “Make the calls, say the script. Make the calls, say the script.” If that works for your market, great—but if you value personalization and quality client relationships, I’d caution you to think twice.

Leads the register on the site have no interest in engaging. They don’t answer calls or call back. Overall poor quality

Costumer service is horrible. I gave 1 month cancellation notice and they charged me anyway. Wouldnt recommend

We do get a great number of leads and the filtering process can really help identify strong leads

Like any leads there are many that do not turn into sales but this is a given, not really a con just reality

Overall CINC has worked great. They make it easy to keep track of and follow up with a large amount of leads without things falling through the cracks. The support, videos available, and the bi-weekly sales training have been invaluable.

Pros

CINC has great automations and awesome integrations such as being able to push leads to the Mojo dialer.

Cons

The app has always caused issues. From freezing up almost everytime I open it for the first time of the day to the changes to the task/reminder dashboard. It would be good if the app could be improved.
