Pros
They are automatically sorted by date of acquisition and easy to sort by other parameters. I like the ability to pin notes to the top of the individual leads and create tasks with reminders.
I have been using CINC for over 8 years and very happy with the preformance. The customer service is very good.
Setting up a webpage in correlation with the backpage, makes it super helpful. It’s great to just go to one place for everything.
Also, a nice feature is the holiday emails where you can send out to all of your contacts. It is a nice feature that you can see when you last contacted them no matter what form of contact it was.
Cons
The AI is poor in response. I can’t believe I spent this much money for nothing.
I notified my support person who stated I signed a contract and had to abide by it. I felt that was bad customer service.
Their Customer service is absolutely terrible.
They had us put together a spread sheet of who was paying what and filtering areas chosen by each agent...this was COMPLETLY ignored.

"Awesome real estate CRM and lead gen platform"
Overall: We were able to discontinue several other tools and platforms by having the needs met by constant improvements by CINC. The support and programming teams are so nimble that often times they can accommodate system changes within days or weeks at our request. Our success coach is always available to help and answer questions.
Pros: The quality of the leads, functionality and ease of use.
Cons: There are occasional glitches but that is to be ex0ected woth any technology.
"Over 5 year user of CINC "
Overall: Overall, it has been our sole lead generating, CRM and dialer that has been instrumental in our growth
Pros: We have been using CINC for over 5 years for our real estate company, and it has been instrumental in propelling our business forward. The platform ease of use, customer database and our strong relationship with the account manager have made it our sole choice for managing our operations.
Cons: One downside is the constant increase in costs, and the AI feature is not as refined as we would like
"Very disappointed on the whole"
Overall: Very disappointing, CINC is the epitome of over-promise and under-deliver. They brag about scrubbing leads and only supplying valid emails and phone numbers. However, well over 20% of the phone numbers are for non-existent people. Another large portion is to people who have no idea why you are calling and the remainder just don't ever pick up. By far the most common response received from the tiny minority of people who do respond is "Not Interested".
Pros: The CRM portion of CINC is good and its relatively easy to track leads and communication.
Cons: The leads are almost all duds, I purchased the CINC program to increase my business, but the only thing it has done is draw over $1300 per month out of my business.
Vendor Response
"hi hi hi hi"
Overall: great. I am little old me, no big team. Cinc works hard to make it affordable to me.
Pros: it is fairly intuitive. new features are often launched
Cons: half leads, but cinc cannot control that and is working on the verified part which helps
"Homest feedback"
Overall: Excellent! the support, training, online tutorials are superior.
Pros: The look and feel of the website. And the CRM is the best I've used out of several
Cons: The costs are too expensive for the conversion rate. It's not a 10x return or even close
"Overall thoughts on cinc"
Overall: Great been using for years as always improvements can be made as we grow.
Pros: How it tracks leads when using the site to help your conversion rate. How easy it is for me and leads to use the website for higher conversion rates.
Cons: Many leads have faulty numbers and emails yet we still pay for those.
"A competitive advantage"
Overall: My sales rep, onboarding rep, success manager, and continued rep are what keep us here. Having a subject matter expert on demand for our team and brokerage growth is what a CRM service provider needs to do and CINC accomplishes that.
Pros: It has every feature I was searching for in my CRM use, coupled with the best CRM customer service staff I have ever worked for. Better than KV Core, Command, Sierra, Liondesk, and others.
Cons: Its indepthness can be complicated for someone new to the CRM and RE language. High-end users will love it because it works without the non-essential items being in the way.
"Like having your own assistant. "
Overall: Great! My representative [sensitive content hidden] is always a call or email away when needed.
Pros: Best thing is the MLS feed to my site. It is easy for any real estate professional to utilize.
Cons: Not all of my local needed MLS fields populate to the feed on my site.
"A very thorough product."
Overall: I use it daily. It took a bit of time and effort to learn, but it is a useful tool.
Pros: The amount of features. It can really do a lot.
Cons: It feels a little overwhelming when I'm in it. It almost does to many things.
"A year with Cinc"
Overall: It has been very positive. You have to do the work and use the system to make money. Leads are real people looking for our help!
Pros: Very easy to navigate and the support is amazing. This is a company that cares about your business and satisfaction with their product
Cons: Some features were never explained to me at the beginning.
"CINC review from an agent that does not recommend."
Overall: Poor. Increased billing. I came on with another agent and a lender and they allowed the lender to exit and pass the billing off to us without any notice. I was given a $120 upcharge for the AI service that was part of my contract in addition to this upcharge. Not a good experience. A lot of the leads are false info or bad numbers. DO not recommend this company at all
Pros: In theory this system was great. It offered all the things an agent would want.
Cons: Customer service. I was promised hand-holding and set up that I never got. When they changed templates they did not tell me they were going to do that and my website was down for over a week. Getting what I wanted and asked for UPFRONT was promised things that I never got. I advise customer service that I was promised these things in the beginning and they told me that "We don't provide this service any more".
"CINC or not to CINC, that is the question!"
Overall: I realized the support you get is a like being with a trainer, and the training is parallel to being trained by a real estate manager. You need to do this and you need to do that. HOWEVER, what does it applied or do for you?
Pros: Its easy to use, inputs, the website is easy to maneuver and fast (if you have excellent RAM and mid their internet speed on your computer).
Cons: Integration to other RE apps. Not sure what is being sent or posted, no idea what it looks like, how it is done or derived.
"I love Cinc and My Rep! "
Overall: I’ve been using it for five years. It’s an additional lead system but the only one we won’t drop. It’s good exposure for our listings, a great way to share with clients and virtually hands free if you need it to be while on vacation, life events, etc.
Pros: Honestly, [sensitive content hidden]. She’s the best lead rep we have. Quite amazing. She calls when something new is coming out, cares about our success and helps any time I have a question. She’s she’s so much light on the power of the product. It’s made my experience with CINC better just because of her.
Cons: I’d like live lead call ins. When leafs call in, we know they’re more serious than someone who answers a text or is bored and just wants to see a listing detail, never to be seen or heard from again. Of course that’s the old “some will, some won’t, so what?” Theory. You need thick skin in sales.
"CINC Transacts "
Overall: If you are afraid to make a call then you will find ever way to build a wall and not use CINC. If you understand the power of calling then this program is your best buddy to keep you organized and lead you to the finish line of creating a sale. CINC organizes and works along side of you to nurture to the goal a sale.
Pros: An excel sheet in a hyper state of providing information on a ever changing market.
Cons: Like it all and learn more of its use every day ...
"Review for cinc"
Overall: Excellent. We were some of the original owners! From the get go we loved cinc.
Pros: The value and quality of leads is amazing. They also have a really good support system if you can have them find you a rep that you get along well with. It feels like they are a family owned business!
Cons: Some features change without notice. Als had a bad couple of reps who didn't care.
"CINC lead usage"
Overall: I have had a couple of hopeful leads who either wanted to buy in a different state than where I was licensed, so I referred them to another agent, or they made plans to come and then changed their mind due to a family illness and a bad quote on the sale of his house in another state from his listing agent there. Also, another one chose to work with another realtor after we met and had a great buyer's meeting.
Pros: I love the people who are serious about buying and selling and need my help.
Cons: The leads who have fake or non valid emails and phone numbers for me to help them.
"CINC for Real Estate"
Pros: Our office uses CINC for all of our real estate CRM management. It is easy to easy and quick to set up.
Cons: Lead generation ads sometimes seem to lack performance.
"CINC for Real Estate"
Overall: Great experience. Our rep, [sensitive content hidden], is awesome and so helpful!!
Pros: Gives us tons of leads to call on easy to use and great for helping keep track of leads
Cons: I want the ability to read labels in a record when there are several (more than 3) by hovering over the "more"
"Overall good "
Overall: user friendly and easy to manage on day to day use
Pros: advanced crm with latest features for real estate
Cons: very very expensive monthly fixed cost plus it is USD so for users in Canada it is very very high cost per month
"CINC Rocks!"
Overall: Excellent, I just needed to put more into it to make more money.
Pros: The communication and the overall support.
Cons: Nothing. I would have said the leads that are not leads but now they are scrubbing the leads.
"Good, Bad and Ugly!"
Overall: While we made good money utilizing CINC, I will continue to look for another platform that gives me a return on our investment and shares sold data to help both buyers and sellers. In order to stream line my business and vendors CINC needs to look at sellers as well as buyers!
Pros: CINC is a great too, with great support... Very robust and has a lot to offer. The training and videos help a lot too.
Cons: Seller data... supposedly CINC was designed by a real estate agent. If it was, then that person would have paid more attention to the sold data. He or she who holds the most listings controls the market. When we purchased CINC, we were told they display sold data as active data. Not the case. Our MLS provides sold data and an IDX FEED can be mapped out as easily as the active data, yet, CINC refuses to do this. I have to purchase an IDX feed from another company and have another service to display the sold data. THE CONSUMER, WANTS TO SEE WHAT HAS SOLD IN THEIR BACKYARD, WHY NOT GIVE IT TO THEM? CINC is missing the boat on this big time...
"Realtor"
Overall: Too costly for a single user. Other platforms are less so I’ve been looking to switch but takes time moving CRM. The ease of use os good with CINC.
Pros: When you do get a good lead it is good. But it is very time consuming as no one wants phones.
Cons: Text messages are limited and you are unable to put attachments from you phone them or attach listings. Only from computer. We are not by our computer every minute (that is old school). Need to come up with technology on school districts. Zillow and or apps are winning our clients back due to their displaying school districts. For what I pay, this is a big miss!!
"I changed companies took my business into my own hands with cinc"
Overall: Im still new to cinc but the referral program the copious amounts of training they offer has become the one stop shop for my real estate business if you put in the work you can run your business from just cinc alone
Pros: Ive never had a lead engine that brings in thr lead flow that cinc does at first it was almost shocking
Cons: Utilizing home pulse cant be done in the system as an agent you have to do it as a lead to get a home value
"Wonderful company. "
Overall: Fantastic service. Would recommend to any realtor wanting to increase their business.
Pros: My ROI was met 3 months into the program. The staff and the support you receive is phenomenal. Absolutely no regrets whatsoever.
Cons: Only con is i should have started with this company sooner.
"Unparalleled CRM"
Overall: conclusion, the CINC CRM has revolutionized my real estate business, enabling me to successfully convert leads into high-end buyers in The Florida Keys. This user-friendly platform, coupled with its robust lead management and marketing tools, has skyrocketed my productivity and efficiency. The seamless integrations and exceptional customer support have further solidified my trust in this remarkable CRM. If you are a real estate professional looking to achieve exceptional results, I wholeheartedly recommend giving CINC a try.
Pros: CINC's powerful marketing tools have been a game-changer in my success in the competitive Florida Keys market. This CRM provides a comprehensive suite of marketing materials, including beautifully designed landing pages, automated email campaigns, and visually appealing newsletters. The ability to automate these marketing efforts saves me countless hours, freeing up time to focus on building strong relationships with prospective clients. As a result, I've witnessed a significant boost in lead engagement and conversion rates, fueling my business growth.
Cons: Low end buyers and sometimes wrong number that the leads enter
