We were able to discontinue several other tools and platforms by having the needs met by constant improvements by CINC. The support and programming teams are so nimble that often times they can accommodate system changes within days or weeks at our request. Our success coach is always available to help and answer questions.

Pros

The quality of the leads, functionality and ease of use.

Cons

There are occasional glitches but that is to be ex0ected woth any technology.

10 out of 10. The functionality, the staff, Rigo, my platform manager, all are a huge plus, and I've been a client since 2014.

Pros

The public user experience. Get compliments all the time.

Cons

The landing page integration should be better considering all of the other features they have.

This is probably a bad moment in time for me to complete this review because in order for me to renew my annual contract next month, I will either have to pay another price increase to get the same exact features and service, or I will have to reduce my current package level in order to keep my old pricing. There have not been any substantial increases in features that we use that would warrant me paying $1450 a month just for the platform. Especially not when most of their competitors are offering the same thing for less than half the price. When you consider the high cost of the platform with the too high percentage cut that CINC takes out of your Google PPC ad spend budget to manage it is insult to injury.

Pros

The CRM has a lot of useful functions and I like the automatic property alerts

Cons

The pricing is too high when there are a hundred other services offering the same thing for half the price. And the consumer facing websites (templates) are not that attractive. They really need to update the templates and have more options for a sharper look online to represent your business professionally - at this price that should be included.

The platform has a good flow that allows you to work the CRM and make meaningful contacts

Cons

The random 3am leads and seriously those requests for showings and they always say they were confused

I had high hopes of receiving a good amount of leads. Im familiar with how to work incoming leads, calling them, staying on top of them. Its hard to do when the phone numbers and emails and even the names are wrong. I would never ever suggest Cinc.

Pros

There is nothing positive about spending an exuberant amount of money each month and getting nothing in return.

Cons

The quality of leads. I received majority of bad information. Never have booked a showing for 1 lead. Waste of money.

It was a good one, I think I was a customer for about 8 years. First lead service I consistently converted leads into sales. I definitely got a great ROI from having used it and I can honestly say it launched my career. I stepped away to focus more on an attraction based business focusing on my SOI and social media channels. I have a ton of past clients from CINC though which have lead to exponential repeat and referrals.

Pros

Great dashboard on the CRM and easy to navigate. Very consistent lead flow month over month. I also always called CINC the Chick-Fil-A of real estate for their great customer service.

Cons

It's not a CINC problem but more of an internet lead problem. Felt like it's been harder and harder to contact leads. Would like to see better sales funnels built in to social media ads with retargeting integrated. Maybe you offer that but I'm just not aware?

Amazing. Great customer service, I've made personal relationships with tech support staff and strong relationships with account managers. I reccommend CINC to any REALTOR looking to purchase of switch CRM's. Easy to use, looks clean, powerful and dependable.

Pros

The Lead Generation capabilities, consistency and ease of use is unmatched in the industry. The per lead cost and the reliability of CINC's system is critical to my business and I can rely on them 100% to deliver. Database management, reminder system, notes and all of the crucial lead stats/data are easy to see, easy to find and everything is clickable. If you don't use it- you need to.

Cons

On a Brokerage level, it lacks features leading us to adopt a second CRM. No marketing templates in terms of printables, nowhere to store docs or training videos for the Agents- really isn't designed as an all in one system- rather a powerful sales tool. Do one thing and do it well. CINC nails that part.

Pros

We have been using CINC for over 5 years for our real estate company, and it has been instrumental in propelling our business forward. The platform ease of use, customer database and our strong relationship with the account manager have made it our sole choice for managing our operations.

Cons

One downside is the constant increase in costs, and the AI feature is not as refined as we would like

My account manager is THE BEST!!!

Pros

My account manager, the layout of the platform, notes, communications, lead info, etc. I've used it for so long and I'm pretty proficient with it.

Cons

The 'communications' portion of the desktop platform doesn't sync with the app. Very frustrating because I don't have time to sit and delete 1000's of notifications.

Pros

Active and well educated support team. Based in Atlanta, they were all familiar with my loca real estate market.

Cons

I think they spend too much effort developing improvements to the app rather than focusing on the core of lead generation and engagement. exp.. a mobile app is nice but most work is still done best on a lap top or pad.

It’s not too bad but often the leads provided aren’t really serious about buying. Maybe 2/10

Pros

Setting up leads for agents, it’s a great way to get new clients and usually also provides the details of what they are looking for.

Cons

Sometimes the information passed on by the ISAs is not always correct. I have had calls transferred to me and they aren’t even looking to buy or sell.

I am very satisfied with Cinc and have already referred another REALTOR®. I like the CRM and the ability to track when I've attempted contact with a client and our conversations.

Pros

I like the pipeline and lead dashboard. It helps me stay organized and keeps track of who I need to call and when.

Cons

I don't like how the appointment met and set work. When I set an appointment and then meet with the clients it doesn't allow me to confirm this after we meet. It just shows appointment expired. I would like to be able to confirm the appointment actually took place and write any notes from the appointment.

While we made good money utilizing CINC, I will continue to look for another platform that gives me a return on our investment and shares sold data to help both buyers and sellers. In order to stream line my business and vendors CINC needs to look at sellers as well as buyers!

Pros

CINC is a great too, with great support... Very robust and has a lot to offer. The training and videos help a lot too.

Cons

Seller data... supposedly CINC was designed by a real estate agent. If it was, then that person would have paid more attention to the sold data. He or she who holds the most listings controls the market. When we purchased CINC, we were told they display sold data as active data. Not the case. Our MLS provides sold data and an IDX FEED can be mapped out as easily as the active data, yet, CINC refuses to do this. I have to purchase an IDX feed from another company and have another service to display the sold data. THE CONSUMER, WANTS TO SEE WHAT HAS SOLD IN THEIR BACKYARD, WHY NOT GIVE IT TO THEM? CINC is missing the boat on this big time...

Reason for choosing CINC

Our main reason was back then it would have been easier to add other cities across the country as we were expanding. However, since we started, we have abandoned any expansion ideas for now.
