Pros

Great AI follow up. Easy system to use. I like all the details regarding contacts and how I can set up parameters for house clients receive.

Cons

A lot of leads that don't seem to any validity. there needs to be better vetting process before we get the leads.

Costumer service is horrible. I gave 1 month cancellation notice and they charged me anyway. Wouldnt recommend

Pros

Ease of use. All the bells and whistles. All the ways to search and find leads in your database.

Cons

Nothing I can think of currently. You are always on top and improving things.

Cons

If one of my contacts doesn’t respond to my emails after 6 months their email becomes non responsive in the system. I have found that many contacts through CINC sometimes aren’t purchasing for a year or more. This is frustrating

I am very satisfied with Cinc and have already referred another REALTOR®. I like the CRM and the ability to track when I've attempted contact with a client and our conversations.

Pros

I like the pipeline and lead dashboard. It helps me stay organized and keeps track of who I need to call and when.

Cons

I don't like how the appointment met and set work. When I set an appointment and then meet with the clients it doesn't allow me to confirm this after we meet. It just shows appointment expired. I would like to be able to confirm the appointment actually took place and write any notes from the appointment.

I am pleased with the quality of leads we receive and the information we receive. I feel the new auto-checking of phone numbers and emails is great. It appears the public loves the searches and even their Realtors. What a great way to get refferal agents out of the area and not lose a commission, Maybe;)

Pros

I feel the information of the lead and the speed to lead and follow up is great

Cons

We get too many Cinc University emails, I think if we had the sales people send out good practices or advise from what is working with some people and not others.Maybe spend a week on a daily tip of labeling, scripts that are working, other suggestions of items we may not be using in the system

### "Mixed Emotions about CINC"

My Account Manager is the BEST-EVER person who has worked at CINC and who has interacted with me. Thank you \[sensitive content hidden\]. If only CINC would give \[sensitive content hidden\] more to work with regarding upgrading the Dashboard and the system itself.

Pros

I have little to say about this because I am kind of stuck with this system after many, many years. The CINC system is NOT keeping up with its competiton!

Cons

CINC Managements and Designers of software do NOT listen to experienced Real Estate professionals who make suggestions. The software is outdated. The creators of the programs do NOT realize what is needed to successfully work the CRM system.

Reason for choosing CINC

At the time promises were made that the CINC system improves and is kept competitive. Also, that our monthly cost, although the highest in the industry, would NEVER INCREASE! The cost HAS increased and my TRUST in the Commissions Inc company has gone away.

It has been fairly good over the last 4 years...but with more & more Canadian companies coming into the lead market, its just a matter of time until most of us switch to a Canadian lead gen site...

Pros

CINC is a terrific program for a busy market! Once you master the ins & outs of the program it does a lot of the work for you with the exception of personal contact! my leads lie the fact that they can look at whatever property they choose... the automation & AI portion are very helpful.

Cons

The biggest obstacle with CINC & some of my Canadian Colleagues is the pricing! CINC on its own is very expensive but when u you do the $ exchange its crazy! I also wish they had a better check & balance of the bogus clients (Mickey Mouse was a lead that was sent to me)...I also get duplicate leads which could be corrected on their end! The 2nd biggest obstacle is the CINC learning curve... is extensive!!

Experience has been amazing. The support and training is incredible and is much better than any of their competitors.

Pros

The follow up features and AI are amazing and not found on any other platform that I’ve heard of. The mobile app is incredibly powerful and easy to use.

Cons

The front end design which is dated and needs to allow for design customizations. Also the cost of the platform is higher than most.

We refer to CINC as the gold standard of CRM's. Nothing else out there like it!

Pros

I love the customer service! Anytime I call I am greeted with the friendliest agent! They are so kind and helpful. If they don't have the answer to my question they get to the bottom of it as quickly as possible. I have never been let down. You never have to wait long either!

Cons

Sometimes the dialer goes down and the connection is bad.

I have had a very good experience with CINC, but I feel that there is still improvement needed in some areas.

Pros

We are utilizing the Automations, and video messaging.

Cons

Limitations on marketing materials that can be sent through the platform. We are not able to send our monthly newsletter, so we had a outsource through Canva, and MailChimp. We would love to see CINC expand the ability to send more personalized marketing materials.

While we made good money utilizing CINC, I will continue to look for another platform that gives me a return on our investment and shares sold data to help both buyers and sellers. In order to stream line my business and vendors CINC needs to look at sellers as well as buyers!

Pros

CINC is a great too, with great support... Very robust and has a lot to offer. The training and videos help a lot too.

Cons

Seller data... supposedly CINC was designed by a real estate agent. If it was, then that person would have paid more attention to the sold data. He or she who holds the most listings controls the market. When we purchased CINC, we were told they display sold data as active data. Not the case. Our MLS provides sold data and an IDX FEED can be mapped out as easily as the active data, yet, CINC refuses to do this. I have to purchase an IDX feed from another company and have another service to display the sold data. THE CONSUMER, WANTS TO SEE WHAT HAS SOLD IN THEIR BACKYARD, WHY NOT GIVE IT TO THEM? CINC is missing the boat on this big time...

Reason for choosing CINC

Our main reason was back then it would have been easier to add other cities across the country as we were expanding. However, since we started, we have abandoned any expansion ideas for now.

Too costly for a single user. Other platforms are less so I’ve been looking to switch but takes time moving CRM. The ease of use os good with CINC.

Pros

When you do get a good lead it is good. But it is very time consuming as no one wants phones.

Cons

Text messages are limited and you are unable to put attachments from you phone them or attach listings. Only from computer. We are not by our computer every minute (that is old school). Need to come up with technology on school districts. Zillow and or apps are winning our clients back due to their displaying school districts. For what I pay, this is a big miss!!

Amazing. Great customer service, I've made personal relationships with tech support staff and strong relationships with account managers. I reccommend CINC to any REALTOR looking to purchase of switch CRM's. Easy to use, looks clean, powerful and dependable.

Pros

The Lead Generation capabilities, consistency and ease of use is unmatched in the industry. The per lead cost and the reliability of CINC's system is critical to my business and I can rely on them 100% to deliver. Database management, reminder system, notes and all of the crucial lead stats/data are easy to see, easy to find and everything is clickable. If you don't use it- you need to.

Cons

On a Brokerage level, it lacks features leading us to adopt a second CRM. No marketing templates in terms of printables, nowhere to store docs or training videos for the Agents- really isn't designed as an all in one system- rather a powerful sales tool. Do one thing and do it well. CINC nails that part.

Overall, it has been our sole lead generating, CRM and dialer that has been instrumental in our growth

Pros

We have been using CINC for over 5 years for our real estate company, and it has been instrumental in propelling our business forward. The platform ease of use, customer database and our strong relationship with the account manager have made it our sole choice for managing our operations.

Cons

One downside is the constant increase in costs, and the AI feature is not as refined as we would like

It started off amazing. Our account rep is great. We make so much money using it. However we are currently trying to expand on other platforms to see if we can get the same results without the system malfunctions.

Pros

I loved everything the first 4-5 years. I sing its praises at presentations which I do 5-10 times per year. Our ROI is great.

Cons

The kinks and glitches that are constantly coming up. Right now 'favourites' dont work. The map search isn't finding several properties. The dialler crashing five times a day at least. The 'search' feature of notes was removed. I have leads messaging me all the time now complaining about things not working.

Very disappointing, CINC is the epitome of over-promise and under-deliver. They brag about scrubbing leads and only supplying valid emails and phone numbers. However, well over 20% of the phone numbers are for non-existent people. Another large portion is to people who have no idea why you are calling and the remainder just don't ever pick up. By far the most common response received from the tiny minority of people who do respond is "Not Interested".

Pros

The CRM portion of CINC is good and its relatively easy to track leads and communication.

Cons

The leads are almost all duds, I purchased the CINC program to increase my business, but the only thing it has done is draw over $1300 per month out of my business.
