Pros My account manager, the layout of the platform, notes, communications, lead info, etc. I've used it for so long and I'm pretty proficient with it. Cons The 'communications' portion of the desktop platform doesn't sync with the app. Very frustrating because I don't have time to sit and delete 1000's of notifications. I’ve been ROI positive for two years now and I’m a solo agent. I would totally recommend this company to anyone looking for viable leads to step up their production Pros I love the lead gen. You have the ability to customize your spend and the leads are viable. The website was tailored to my target demographic Cons The AI is not my favorite and sometimes it can turn a lead off because it is triggered by a lot of interactions between the lead and the site. August 2, 2023 4.0 I realized the support you get is a like being with a trainer, and the training is parallel to being trained by a real estate manager. You need to do this and you need to do that. HOWEVER, what does it applied or do for you? Pros Its easy to use, inputs, the website is easy to maneuver and fast (if you have excellent RAM and mid their internet speed on your computer). Cons Integration to other RE apps. Not sure what is being sent or posted, no idea what it looks like, how it is done or derived. Pros The amount of analytics and details about each lead is so helpful. We love "Alex" the AI bot that contacts clients upon registration. I really like the ability to add team members and distribute the leads to each agent where they can have their own account and manage their leads. The ability to text and email from the platform and add attachments and property listings is an important feature. Cons The quality of the leads is not always great. The "good" and qualified leads are few and far between. Does what I need and always shocked that there is more I don't even know it does. Cons The search filters, could be tricky if you have a specific buyer such an 55 plus active adult search, or want to do a map specific search. The map feature SUCKS SUCKS SUCKs, say I need to do a 3 mile radius search from Downtown Alpharetta.... I have to guess. Reason for choosing CINC It's easy to use and customer service is great! I ask alot of stupid questions and they are always nice about it. Even when I ask the same questions 10 times .... LOL I think there is a box missing..... suggestions. Or what can CINC do to make the platform better.... Maybe it does this and I just havent gotten there. Working my past clients/data base, working on expired listing and for sale by owners. To further clarify, the whole point of the CRM is to work your database, How can I intergrate VIDEO, like a Happy Birthday video to a past client? or Present client! Don't use the team aspect." April 28, 2018 5.0 Grow my business each and every year. Keep track of leads and what they are looking at and communications with them. Pros They have in house programmers so make modifications continually and use input from the users they have to make the product better. Excellent training in Atlanta area or Phoenix. They have always had me with a CSR (Customer Service Representative) who contact me every month or two to see how things are going and when I need to change my ads or learn something new I can get that from the CSR. If my CSR is not available I can always call the support number. Real life training to teach you how to be a more successful agent so the training is a lot more than just how to use the software. Can sort the leads on many facets of how they have interacted with the listings they view. Can see what they have looked at and how often they log in and what favorites they have identified. Cons There is a lot to learn and if I had not gone to the trainings I can imagine it might be intimidating. Its not cheap but if you use the system and followup with leads the ROI will be very good. If you don't like being rejected by a high percentage of the leads then this isn't for you, but the few percent that convert makes it worthwhile. It took me awhile to get my first sale but each year I have sold way more from the CINC leads than the prior year. Broker Real Estate Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Best CRM for Real Estate" August 3, 2023 5.0 Lead management was exceptional and made working my database daily easy and efficient. I love the app that syncs with the platform and found making daily calls much easier. Pros CINC makes it incredibly easy to manage leads. The app makes calling leads quick and easy. One of my favorite features is the ability to easily tag leads in multiple categories. They are automatically sorted by date of acquisition and easy to sort by other parameters. I like the ability to pin notes to the top of the individual leads and create tasks with reminders. I've used quite a few platforms and CINC is by far, the most comprehensive and easy to use. The onboarding process was quick and efficient with great customer support. Cons The AI feature needs to be tweaked. It is a valuable addition, however, the interactions in most cases have not been optimal and at times offending to leads. I do get notifications, so I can quickly jump in and intervene, but I've had to deal with very inappropriate responses. Review Source RT Rick T. And they are innovative and evolving using AI, etc. Pros Its a very robust and comprehensive program. So much better than an excel spread sheet or any other options that I have reviewed Cons Its a negative - but also a positive:They are continually updating and improving the program. Pros The platform is very user friendly, allows for easy lead filtering, prioritizing and marketing. The system is very useful in staying on top of priority clients. The only downsize for me was that leads in my market are more expensive than other markets so I did not get as many leads for the money committed to marketing than other, less expensive markets. If you work the leads, the results will come. My account mgr Debbie Cloud was fabulous to work with. Highly recommend her. Once we started using CINC and went to the training, we found how easy it was to use and the team really grew and outperformed all expectations. Cons It was a little more expensive than we thought we wanted to pay for a system but with all the training that came with it everything was worth it in the end because the team was able to use it and grow. Real Estate agent Real Estate Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "CINC lead usage" June 20, 2024 4.0 I have had a couple of hopeful leads who either wanted to buy in a different state than where I was licensed, so I referred them to another agent, or they made plans to come and then changed their mind due to a family illness and a bad quote on the sale of his house in another state from his listing agent there. Also, another one chose to work with another realtor after we met and had a great buyer's meeting. Pros I love the people who are serious about buying and selling and need my help. Cons The leads who have fake or non valid emails and phone numbers for me to help them.
