Having a subject matter expert on demand for our team and brokerage growth is what a CRM service provider needs to do and CINC accomplishes that. Pros It has every feature I was searching for in my CRM use, coupled with the best CRM customer service staff I have ever worked for. Better than KV Core, Command, Sierra, Liondesk, and others. Cons Its indepthness can be complicated for someone new to the CRM and RE language. High-end users will love it because it works without the non-essential items being in the way. Many companies out there nowadays provide crm, ai etc on the back end. Pros I do like the crm, ai and the backend of the site to monitor the leads activity. I also like the cinc app and its features. Cons The number leads provided has not been as expected. Leads are forced to register and are not as open to having a conversation resulting in blocked calls. It’s organized. The support is wonderful. They do what they say they’ll do. It really is a great tool Cons I wish there were a more affordable option for individual agents. I am the sole user of the program and that makes it very expensive. But it’s so good I felt I had to give it a try Reason for choosing CINC Because of all the features. Everything is in one place. Cons The Facebook or Google PPC ads that CINC runs isn't too great at generating prospects who are likely to buy or sell in the next 3 to 6 months, so it requires a lot of remarketing. Cons Not being able to have a bigger video library; the holiday communications are lame. The Spanish ones are awful and should be written by someone with excellent command of Spanish. Pros What I like most about sink is the numerous ways leads can be categorized and classified. The options are almost limitless. Cons I really can't think of a negative. I would say that a negative that could happen in the future would be moving towards an AI generated Central operating system. I think the human factor is still vital and that handing everything over to an automated system in the end, is harmful. Consider this a preemptive criticism that doesn't have to exist.
