Pros The best thing about CINC is how easy it is to use. From the initial lead input until a systematic and automated follow-up plan after the closing - each step is tracked, to-dos are given, and nothing gets missed. Pros Labeling for searching, timelines for progress, and I like that they added the deal feature to track past transactions. Look forward to it integrating with the other systems I use so it can be my only tool. Pros I like how easy it is to use compared to other tool and CRMs I have used in the past. I have used CRMs powered by SalesForce (did not like) Nutshell (loved) and Delta (Hated). I must admit I use this and FUB (Follow Up Boss) and fine Pros with each of them. Cons The ability to delete or suspend/archive a contact that is no longer relevant. Just because I can filter it out does not mean I want to see it again in the future. Review Source Rebecca S. August 1, 2018 4.0 With Cinc I have a CRM that lets me organize, filter my leads, nurture them with email drips, the drips use the DISC character profile system and assigns a drip based on their personality. Email my database, create pocket listings, reverse prospect, create landing pages, add all my agents, shows me reports... it just has so much! Pros This system is so rich with lead generating tools, it is incredibly valuable! The website is beautiful and functional, the email drip funnel system makes nurturing leads a cinch. They offer ads at an additional cost, the seller ads need improvement. You do have the ability to create landing pages, add agents at no additional price. Now that is a huge value! Prompt answer/return of phone calls and you can actually speak to a human. Amazing in the crazy would we live int. Pros I can set up clients to see homes, otherwise nothing that comes to mind. And the CEO who was engaged on my situation was abrasive and arrogant. Pros They have too many restrictions. The software freezes up frequently and the attitude of management once you purchase is basically, "we are perfect and you are stupid." While there were some good leads, the overall use of this system was cumbersome. The software was unreliable and the lead quality was far lower than Boomtown or Ylopo. This is overpriced garbage which was bought out by a large company (Fidelity) and they treat you like you are second rate when it comes to certain things. Cons It is circa 2008 with very little modern updates to address social media marketing and modern lead acquisition. It seems like the leads are coming from lists instead of actual advertising and many of them (when we call) have no idea what we are talking about. Software online locks up frequently. Alternatives considered [BoomTown](https://www.capterra.com/p/151892/BoomTown/) Reason for choosing CINC They did a better job of selling me crap. As soon as training was completed it went down hill from there. Months before my contract ended I reached out to my 3rd account rep in a year and had concerns. He was aware of my desire to terminate my contract as we could not find a solution to the problem. It wasn't till the month of contract expiration did I hear from him. Telling me the price goes up on the month to month and If I wanted to cancel in writing giving 2 months months notice. I was told he would suspend my ad spend which didn't happen and now Im being billed for it as well as the higher month to month fee. The lack of communication, customer service, poor lead quality. 322 leads in 1 year, $14,400 spent and 1 closing that didnt cover 1/2 my investment. Pros Drip campaigns were great. I get varying information from various experts on the platform, which can be confusing but I test each to see what works best. I also wish it were priced more affordable. Pros One of the features I like most is how it helps me stay organized. It guides me through my followups and each touch of the lead. Cons I don't like that once you 'trash' a lead, they still appear in the list when searched if you have a duplicate record or another lead with the same name.
