Experience will be different depends on support" May 11, 2018 3.0 Pros The ease of not having to constantly man the emails or sending homes directly. It is a nice system, and it gives you peace of mind knowing that if you go out of town or aren't able to send emails, or text, it will do it for you. Also, a nice feature is the holiday emails where you can send out to all of your contacts. It is a nice feature that you can see when you last contacted them no matter what form of contact it was. The software is fairly simple to use and there are instructional videos to go back to that will walk you through each step, so you won't have to constantly call for help. Just make sure that you get a good support staff assigned to you, or your experience won't be great. I wish I would have realized this sooner. The system will work if you work it as you are told and expected. You have to make calls and this system will record the times you have reached out. Cons The fact that it will send emails letting clients know they aren't from you, when you just sent a personal email or called them.. A lot of leads give a bad email address but do leave a phone number. I would like to send more than a few word text, maybe an ad attachement or a photo via cinc app but you can't. Ridiculous. I have to go out of the app and send with my own phone number.....defeats the purpose of staying within the app I think. Pros leads Cons space to text. Training needs to be much more elementary and trainers shouldn’t miss training sessions. It’s been a donation of thousands of dollars to this company at this point and at this point we just want the 6 months to be up so we stop getting a bill. Pros After more than 3 months we’re finally with a gentleman who has been the best so far with explaining the system and giving hope that it may work. Cons Training took almost 3 months. During those 3 months we spent thousands of dollars on leads we didn’t know what to do with. Our trainer went way too fast and our team has been extremely discouraged and felt like this was a complete waste of money to this point. Reason for choosing CINC Thought it might be best for my team to get quality leads and close more deals. The way it sends out properties is really smart too... they send properties out for a while, until the person stops looking at them. SMART. Cons Cost is high for my ROI. I am able to offer quality leads to my team and manage them in an easy to use platform. Pros CINC helps keep you top of mind with leads/clients using their personality based drip campaigns. You can track user usage and frequency as well as see which properties they view. Phone calls, text messages, and emails can be sent directly from the system with no need to toggle back and forth between two screens. The advertising done on your behalf produces quality real estate leads for both buyers and sellers. Cons We occasionally have issues with the mobile app, but the glitches never seem to last more than an hour or two. Pros The most impactful for me is the CRM. It allows me to host all leads in one place, and schedule follow-ups and reminders. Cons Sending text listing from the website. It makes each user sign in every time with name, email etc...Per feedback and personal frustration with the site, people do not have the time or patience to do so. From the introduction with \[sensitive content hidden\], implementation with \[sensitive content hidden\] and training with \[sensitive content hidden\], each individual provided such thorough, personable service and seamless transitions from one person to the next. They have incredible product knowledge, and genuinely cared about my business. I couldn’t have been with a better group! They’ve all made a robust system very easy to navigate. The worst part of maintaining my loyalty with them is that their customer service is atrocious. They care way more about what makes it easy on their staff then what really is important.. their customers. We finally pulled the plug on cinc and switched to Boomtown and there is absolutely no comparison. Boomtown beats out cinc on absolutely every front. Boomtown appreciates my business as well! I wouldn’t recommend cinc to anyone after experiencing what a good CRM can do for my team. Pros Honestly I only stayed with them because I was familiar with them. Pros It's broad capabilities to provide so much function and features for the leads that register. Cons The quality of the leads are a little tough, it is so much effort to convert them and the numbers are pretty low.
