I have made a few sales over the years, but have done a lot of follow up that doesn't go anywhere.

Pros

Great AI follow up. Easy system to use. I like all the details regarding contacts and how I can set up parameters for house clients receive.

Cons

A lot of leads that don't seem to any validity. there needs to be better vetting process before we get the leads.

Cons

Costumer service is horrible. I gave 1 month cancellation notice and they charged me anyway. Wouldnt recommend

It’s not too bad but often the leads provided aren’t really serious about buying. Maybe 2/10

Pros

Setting up leads for agents, it’s a great way to get new clients and usually also provides the details of what they are looking for.

Cons

Sometimes the information passed on by the ISAs is not always correct. I have had calls transferred to me and they aren’t even looking to buy or sell.

Amazing. Great customer service, I've made personal relationships with tech support staff and strong relationships with account managers. I reccommend CINC to any REALTOR looking to purchase of switch CRM's. Easy to use, looks clean, powerful and dependable.

Pros

The Lead Generation capabilities, consistency and ease of use is unmatched in the industry. The per lead cost and the reliability of CINC's system is critical to my business and I can rely on them 100% to deliver. Database management, reminder system, notes and all of the crucial lead stats/data are easy to see, easy to find and everything is clickable. If you don't use it- you need to.

Cons

On a Brokerage level, it lacks features leading us to adopt a second CRM. No marketing templates in terms of printables, nowhere to store docs or training videos for the Agents- really isn't designed as an all in one system- rather a powerful sales tool. Do one thing and do it well. CINC nails that part.

The KVCOre customer service was horrible, the leads were very expensive, the product was hard to use, many features didn't work properly in Canada, staff was rude, interface wasn't great. just a nightmare.

It started off amazing. Our account rep is great. We make so much money using it. However we are currently trying to expand on other platforms to see if we can get the same results without the system malfunctions.

Pros

I loved everything the first 4-5 years. I sing its praises at presentations which I do 5-10 times per year. Our ROI is great.

Cons

The kinks and glitches that are constantly coming up. Right now 'favourites' dont work. The map search isn't finding several properties. The dialler crashing five times a day at least. The 'search' feature of notes was removed. I have leads messaging me all the time now complaining about things not working.

### "Mixed Experiences"

I don't have much to add to the pros and cons I've listed, except that any suggestions for improvements or constructive criticism on changes which have been made are simply ignored. The platform is quirky, so new changes require us to adjust how we modified our behavior for those quirks. Either tighten up the whole system and make it reliable or stop making changes please so we can all just live with what we've got.

Pros

Lead capturing is excellent. The ability to text, call, or email in one platform is perfect for finding the medium which best suits each lead. The behavioral messaging can be very useful, though it's important to tweak it so it's appropriate for your business.

Cons

The app has gone through many updates, most of which seem to improve the look while diminishing the functionality. It is impossible to use the app and see what you need to do on any given day without spending a minute adjusting filters. On either desktop or app, you cannot easily schedule reminders for leads because the calendar regularly defaults to past dates, necessitating constant vigilance on the part of the user. You cannot prioritize tasks and reminders in your daily list, causing you to have to scroll up and down to find the next most important thing. Mass selection of leads for communications also often requires having to select leads multiple times after paging through them because they inexplicably become unselected. Basically, it is a powerful program that requires you to be careful when using it and also accept that functionality degrades with updates.

Experience has been amazing. The support and training is incredible and is much better than any of their competitors.

Pros

The follow up features and AI are amazing and not found on any other platform that I’ve heard of. The mobile app is incredibly powerful and easy to use.

Cons

The front end design which is dated and needs to allow for design customizations. Also the cost of the platform is higher than most.

CINC had the ability and potential to replace REW completely if it worked but the front end site is just not up to par with that of REW or KV Core.

Pros

I love the customer service! Anytime I call I am greeted with the friendliest agent! They are so kind and helpful. If they don't have the answer to my question they get to the bottom of it as quickly as possible. I have never been let down. You never have to wait long either!

Cons

Sometimes the dialer goes down and the connection is bad.

Pros

We have been using CINC for over 5 years for our real estate company, and it has been instrumental in propelling our business forward. The platform ease of use, customer database and our strong relationship with the account manager have made it our sole choice for managing our operations.

Cons

One downside is the constant increase in costs, and the AI feature is not as refined as we would like

### "I love Cinc and My Rep! "

I’ve been using it for five years. It’s an additional lead system but the only one we won’t drop. It’s good exposure for our listings, a great way to share with clients and virtually hands free if you need it to be while on vacation, life events, etc.

Pros

Honestly, \[sensitive content hidden\]. She’s the best lead rep we have. Quite amazing. She calls when something new is coming out, cares about our success and helps any time I have a question. She’s she’s so much light on the power of the product. It’s made my experience with CINC better just because of her.

Cons

I’d like live lead call ins. When leafs call in, we know they’re more serious than someone who answers a text or is bored and just wants to see a listing detail, never to be seen or heard from again. Of course that’s the old “some will, some won’t, so what?” Theory. You need thick skin in sales.

I love the lead gen. You have the ability to customize your spend and the leads are viable. The website was tailored to my target demographic

Cons

The AI is not my favorite and sometimes it can turn a lead off because it is triggered by a lot of interactions between the lead and the site. Can be turned off though

Very disappointing, CINC is the epitome of over-promise and under-deliver. They brag about scrubbing leads and only supplying valid emails and phone numbers. However, well over 20% of the phone numbers are for non-existent people. Another large portion is to people who have no idea why you are calling and the remainder just don't ever pick up. By far the most common response received from the tiny minority of people who do respond is "Not Interested".

Pros

The CRM portion of CINC is good and its relatively easy to track leads and communication.

Cons

The leads are almost all duds, I purchased the CINC program to increase my business, but the only thing it has done is draw over $1300 per month out of my business.

Pros

Its a very robust and comprehensive program. So much better than an excel spread sheet or any other options that I have reviewed

Cons

Its a negative - but also a positive:They are continually updating and improving the program. You have to be on top of those upgrades to make the most of the program.

### "CINC lead usage"

I have had a couple of hopeful leads who either wanted to buy in a different state than where I was licensed, so I referred them to another agent, or they made plans to come and then changed their mind due to a family illness and a bad quote on the sale of his house in another state from his listing agent there. Also, another one chose to work with another realtor after we met and had a great buyer's meeting.

Pros

I love the people who are serious about buying and selling and need my help.

Cons

The leads who have fake or non valid emails and phone numbers for me to help them.
