Cons It was slow. You had to do stuff in such a round about way. It crashed often and a lot of the keyboard shortcuts didn't work. The UI and UX need a major redesign. Pros The practice I work for specialize in anesthesia. Medsuite is great billing software for this field when it come to the proper coding. It is easy to learn and has very little technical difficulties. Cons Although you are able to run various reports, they are not as specific as it could be when look for a particular trend.
