Pros You can send SMS in any local language which is unique and the best feature of Textlocal. It provides a unique and simple interface to send bulk SMS to your customers. It offers you flexible and competitive SMS pricing. You can easily integrate their SMS service into your website and software using API. Cons Currently, there are no dislikes about Textlocal with me. It helped us to decrease order cancellation rate and boost customer satisfaction. My overall experience with Textlocal is great. Pros 1) It offers you smart bulk SMS platform 2) You can personalize your bulk SMS easily e.g. you can use custom fields with variable data from excel or/and insert images, videos, PDFs etc. in bulk SMS. 3) You can use API to automate SMS sending and receiving in your website, applications etc. 4) It provides you various reports like scheduled messages, sent message history, credit used, history of all API messages etc. 5) It offers you flexible and economical bulk SMS plans to fit your requirements. Information Technology and Services Used the software for: 2+ years ### "SMS send problem in India" December 14, 2024 1.0 I recently purchased 1L sms from Textlocal. At that time they did not tell that textlocal is not registered with Airtel. We are registered with Airtel as Principal Entity. So we and our customers are not able to send SMS now. Pros Service was good earlier but as Government of India has made new rules regarding SMS, Textlocal has some problems now. Cons TextLocal is not registered as telemarketer with Airtel in India. It may create problem to you if you are registered as Principal Entity on Airtel. You won't be able to send SMS. We are registered as Principal Entity on Airtel and have purchased SMS pack from TextLocal and now they are telling that they are not registered with Airtel. Review Source BB Baladas B. Once you integrate it with your ERP through API, real-time updates can be sent easily.2) If you look at cost it provides competitive per sms rates compared to others.3) It enables you to send pre-alert on delivery schedule which reduces chances of shipment undelivered due to non availability of receiver.4) In the case of self pickup option sending pre-alert helps customer to get information on pickup schedule in advance.
