The application covers many of the process completed by the HR Departments, with his out of the box functionalities and is really easy to complete the Implementation process previos to the Go live. Cons Nothing to mention on this aspects. As part of the ServiceNow Instances, the organization can integrate in a single system of records many differents process, oriented to a variety of need On the ITSM model.
