Pros It is smooth and it streamlines everything really nicely making it fun to use! Cons No cons really just getting used to all the features would be closest thing to a con I've experienced. Easy to use and extremely easy to navigate. Pros This software allowed me to track each individual paycheck and date the check was suppose to be paid to the employees of my former boss. Cons The only trouble I ever ran into was a “missing check” although it was never missing just filed under a name the employee didn’t put in their application or I-9.
