While it was a big undertaking to learn all the ins and outs of the platform, I have had a great experience!

Pros

I like how I can tag my team in messages when I need their input! It is a good platform to communicate and coordinate with your team while also communicating with customers/clients.

Cons

All of the different inboxes can get confusing. Sometimes I feel like I don't know where my messages are going!

Pros

It is easy to use and make it easy to organize messages. Tagging people in threads also make it easier to communicate with one another.

Cons

When searching, you have to be very specific about what you are searching for. Sometimes I am not sure and do not remember the title of what I am looking for so it make it difficult.

I like how easy it is to use and organized I can make everything. It is super easy to to email customers and stay on top of everything.

Cons

Sometimes it glitches when a lot of updates are happening and I don't realize it needs an update. But nothing super negative.

overall great! there are small glitches but the support team is always super helpful getting them fixed

Pros

allows us to text customers in an organized way. I especially love the snooze, send later and different folders

Cons

I'd love to be able to see the messages I've snoozed. If e accidentally snooze a message, no way to find it unless I remember the name / until it pops back up

Amazing. Great customer support. Easy to use. Great value for the money. We've been customers for years.

Pros

SO easy to communicate internally about customer requests. Constant updates. Easy to learn. Such a great product!

Cons

Would love it if group text messages was easier to use with the dialpad integration. We use group texts a lot with customers and would be a great add.

My experience with missive has been really helpful for my team to be able to collaborate and get help from each other easily.

Pros

I like that missive allows me to be able to help my team easier and quicker. With so many conversations happening at once, missives tools help keep things straight.

Cons

Sometimes when I archive something from my inbox, it archives for my coworker too. Im not sure if its something Im doing wrong, but Im always just in my own inbox.

Almost eight months using this for our combined payables and receivables work. The difference is night and day compared to before when everything was spread across personal email accounts with endless forwarding chains. Actually having a system now instead of just chaos has made the whole department more efficient.

Pros

Running AP and AR at the same time means I'm constantly switching between paying vendors and chasing client payments. Being able to set up different inboxes for each function but access them all from the same platform keeps things way more manageable than our old setup.

Cons

The ERP integration isn't quite where it needs to be - we're still manually syncing payment info between Missive and our accounting system after conversations wrap up.

Missive has made my day to day so much more efficient. Easy to learn & immediately solves double work, helps create clear reminders & communication with our customers & our team.

Pros

How easy it is to collaborate with a team on the same projects/ communication. Also the time saving templates & scheduled send options.

Cons

I wish I could easily view what emails/texts I have snoozed. I also wish there was a way to merge conversations when you're apart of multiple teams, and duplicate email threads are shared showing different content. Makes communication confusing & easy to miss details.

I have been using Missive for the past five years, and my experience has been very positive. It allows me to manage client communications and internal team communications in one centralized platform. I do not see a need to switch to any other software, as it provides everything I require.

Pros

Ability to double-check with experienced team members before sending has been extremely valuable—particularly when handling complex billing disputes or unusual payment scenarios. Additionally, the ready-made response templates we have developed are highly effective, especially when managing repetitive payment confirmation requests throughout the day.

Cons

Some of our vendor invoices come through as PDFs that don't display correctly in the preview pane, which means I end up downloading them anyway. It's a minor inconvenience but happens often enough to be noticeable.
