Pros
When we decided on this product we were most excited about the matchmaking capabilities along with the ease of use for both attendees and exhibitors.
Scope of functionality is good, the possibility to integrate our requirements into the core platform is good and the main reason we selected this platform.
Mykyta is great - if we worked with him all the time I would be singing your praises.
Overall, the software has positively supported the management of our events, and the team are always happy to help with any issues.
Cons
We experienced a lot of difficulty in various areas during the implementation and our live show. There seems to be many glitches that happen randomly and make for a frustrating experience.
However, responses from other staff are very slow, and they do not take the time to understand the problem, offering inappropriate solutions.
Error prone and long delays to get these resolved.
Technical issues on different devices and different browsers for our customers; difficulties logging in and holding meetings for our customers (also technical I believe).

"Great event management software for all types of event"
Overall: Overall, the software has positively supported the management of our events, and the team are always happy to help with any issues.
Pros: The best thing about this software in general is how every element of an event can be managed seamlessly, and there are various options to support particular requirements. My favourite feature is the visitor registration and emails - which enable the process pf registering for an event flawless. You also have full control over how the emails look.
Cons: There are some limits to integration with other apps, although I realise they cannot do so with everything. There are sometimes updates that can affect our event sites or just general strange glitches, but they are always quite quickly resolved.

Overall: very user friendly. i have used the app very frequently.
Pros: Very easy to use, managing my appointments and searching for buyers.
Cons: some notifications did not come in immediately. not being able to block my calender trough the mobile app.

Overall: We did not have any issues with the platform and it was user friendly. I used it for finding other booths and capturing leads the most.
Pros: I liked the lead catching feature and being able to search other booths.
Cons: If internet was slow it was hard to capture the leads. Was there an interactive map feature for booth finding? If so I didn’t see it but it would be a nice addition.

Overall: It was a very useful tool for us as exhibitors, to be able to make our appointments in advance, to know a little more about the attendants, and also to be able to follow up after IMEX, since at that moment we have a very short time to explain all the information.
Pros: To have a list of all IMEX attendees, so that we can send them a message and invite them to make an appointment with us.
Cons: When I scanned the QR code of the clients, I couldn't find their email in their profile, so I had to ask for it again.

Pros: It has the functionality of all the required elements of an exhibition whether that is visitor registration, exhibitor management, speaker schedules, email modules and networking for delegates. Everything links in with the backend website.
Cons: Can't think of anything in particular and nothing that you don't experience with building a responsive website that has so much functionality

Pros: Onsite badge management, Expoplatform integrates their powerful virtual features well into the onsite applications as the return to onsite continues to roll out.
Cons: We don't encounter any issues using the platform, quality support is always readily available.

Overall: Overall, I would recommend using ExpoPlatform. It allows you to be creative, expand your technological skills and reduce paper waste. It also creates a better experience for your stakeholders who can enjoy the interactive features of the software.
Pros: There is a lot you can customise and you can create a platform exactly how you want it to look. Customer service and help you set it up and trains you on how to edit it thereafter. I had a bit of experience in programming and setting up a platform, but I still found it easy to navigate once I tested it out and played around with it. Our exhibitors also found the platform to be very useful (we created an exhibitor manual for them) and it helped us reduce paper waste and saved us a lot of time!
Cons: When we did have issues or questions about the software, it was sometimes very difficult to get a hold of customer support. The newly introduced chat function eased this a lot though because a number of staff were able to help you rather than just one specific person.

Overall: It was a very intense experience due to the time constraint and promises that were made during the selling part and were hard to keep once the implementation started. Messages weren't clear from the team and this ended up requiring a lot of extra work from both side to get to the desired outcome. Probably needs more structure on the support side of things and more clarity on what can and can't be done on the platform from day one.
Pros: It has a lot of features which makes it a good fit for different products. User interface is likeable. Flexibility in adapting the features to your needs.
Cons: It took a while to understand a lot of the features and a lot of times not even the Expo Platform team was aware. The support materials are outdated and refer to fields that are not active anymore or not detailed enough to help during the setup.

Overall: As an international financial institution, the World Bank has very high standards for the events we run. Support is a crucial part of the event process and ExpoPlatform's software and team have helped a lot with providing a smooth conference experience for our delegates. We would love to continue working with ExpoPlatform in future.
Pros: We've got a modern website with unique design in a day and it was easy to manage our conference programme and speakers form the admin panel. The registration of high profile delegates went smoothly and we had an excellent experience of using the software to manage the event.
Cons: We had a very tight deadline and were not able to experience everything the platform has to offer. Can't think of any cons in the software itself.

"The Platform Has Potential "
Overall: Overall ExpoPlatform has met our needs and allowed us to achieve what we set out to do. While there were many hiccups along the way, I do think the platform has potential to be great. I think that as more companies spend more time in the virtual space, EP will be able to better learn client's needs.

Pros: It is a complex platform where you have all the options you need and can easily switch them on/off from event to event. Great matchmaking and AI recommendations, and super user-friendly!!
Cons: No idea, everything's perfect. If you need a consultation it is easily given, though the service is intuitive and you normally do not have any difficulties

Pros: Customer service - the team we worked with to implement was extremely responsive, always there to help us find work arounds when needed and make system changes when warranted. Very honest and easy to work with.

Pros: We've got a very cool networking for our attendees, they could request meetings and book sessions, interact with speakers (for us it was additional revenue and sponsorship opportunities)
Cons: The system was not translated in Arabic, but at that moment English was enough. For the next show we will need to add more languages
