Pros: The ability for our employees to text directly to our customer base from our business phone number.
Cons: I didn't want to have to load our data into the system. As it turned out, Captivated Support did it for us.
Overall: It puts us in immediate contact with customers so that we stay apprised of any need that we may be able to fill.
