We use it to keep records of client services/interations/behaviors. We use it for communication between staff memebers. We use the Shift Notes to record everything that happened on your shift so that the next person coming on staff knows exactly how the day went. Pros It is very easy to learn how to use, it keeps records organized and easy to find Cons Sometimes it has issues with saving, it won't save your records, or it takes a while to load. Pros The training was fun even though it took a week. The offices were amazing. Cons it wasn't simple enough for alot of my co-workers to grasp leaving us to pay for software we never used despite it being a great database software.
