Believe me I have tested their patience.On the other hand there is plenty technical staff could do and make SITE123 stand out, Canva is a Company whom a lot can be learned from in that regard.All in all, this is my 4th year. my experience of SITE123 has been extremely good, and yes I would recommend them wholeheartedly Cons Not something I have had to consider. Stone Mason Construction Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Easiest Web builder by far" July 28, 2023 5.0 i did a bit of shopping around before settling on site 123. i have recently taken my small builders company online and only needed a simple website, after using Wordpress, Grow and squarespace Site123 was by far the most straight forward. after choosing a template the website was more or less complete for what i needed the rest was very intuitive. the couple of questions i did have were answered almost immediately by a human. cannot recommend this site enough! Pros the templates were amazing and pretty much built it for me, customer service is faultless and cost was the most competitive Cons cannot fault, everything was simple, no jargon. i have little to no IT literacy and even i had next to no trouble. any stumbling blocks i encountered were solved almost immediately by support. Very easy to work, great images and customer response and much more. This is the way to go with website design. Pros Easy and user friendly. Customer service was the best ever and quick. Cons On some new page additions, There needs to be an option where a sentence, word or paragraph can be underlined, bold, enlarge fonts, etc. Site123 doesn't allow this. I was about to give up the search, having tried the others. This is the easiest site builder to understand by far, and it automatically built in functions that made me look great that I didn’t even know were there! You don’t need the WordPress learning curve, you just follow the prompts. Two functions set “Site123" apart and above the others. When they say your basic site is free they mean it! Of course they need you to upgrade to stay in business, and you should, but if you’re building a site to show off a friend’s hobby as I was, your “basic" site is there until you upgrade. You don’t come back in 24 hours and find your “free” site blocked till you pay up. The best part is your support group feels like your team! They are there 24/7 and they stick with you till what you need help with has been achieved. My advice? If you’re building a site look no further, this one does what you came to get done and makes you proud. Pros Fast and easy to use with an excellent looking result and the best support out there. Cons The ten featured images could not be selected. Whatever you upload last boots what's already there. I really need to control the first images visitors see or they won't stay for the rest. Reason for choosing SITE123 All the others seem like bait and switch. They are only free long enough to waste precious time. In addition, the customer support is super fast, probably their best part. Cons The same thing that makes it great, which is the huge amount of templates, it's also its main problem. If you wanna do something that is not in those templates, you simply can't. It's not a big issue, but annoying sometimes for basic functionalities that they don't have (e.g. justified alignment in the text...) After mastering the software I then created a website for a client. The first mistake I did was not understanding that after I registered as an Expert, I did not link the website I was creating to my Expert account. When the client paid, I did not receive my commission that I was looking forward to receiving after my hard work. As a Newbie to Site123 I feel this was a minor mistake that was supposed to be forgiven. It was not like I did a major mistake that put the company into disrepute or something. I merely did not understand the concept of linking my client's website to my Expert Account. I love Site123 but i am deeply disappointed by this painful experience. Pros I has more features compared to other softwares I have come across. After learning to use it, it is very user-friendly and relatively easy. Cons The one main sore point is about the fact that Network marketing is not illegal in all or many countries. AMWAY is one of the bisgges network marketing company in the world based in the USA. However Site123 does not allow Legal product based Network marketing websites. To me that is sad because unless the network marketing programme is not an illegal pyramid scheme, it should be allowed. Cons Some templates are too inflexible (font size and placement). Some elements do not allow full formatting (adding links). Limited ability to more images around. Cons Being a church that likes to put the service on the website 100mb just is not enough and compression detreats from the video.Could do with more templates for religious organizations and not just shopping.
