Pros: The product features are very intuitive in nature and the customizations you can do using this platform is phenomenal. The distribution options, quota management is really effective. Integration with other platform by creating the embedded variable give you a lot of flexibility.

And the best part is the customer support - very responsive with the optimized answers to your queries. It definitely makes the user experience a delight, esp in early days of using the tool. I had great experience using Qualtrics so far.

Cons: One thing that I came to know as limitation is the size of the text box (visually) for the response in the matrix type question. I would like to have that option of making it bigger.

Pros: Generally, I find Qualtrics to be pretty intuitive, but for things that are more complex, the Customer Support team is phenomenal!

Cons: Not having a multi e-signature functionally - I'm hoping this is in the pipeline of things to add, as this could really help us minimize the number of extra surveying we have to do.

Overall: Customer support when I don't know how to do something myself

The support staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to contact!

Pros: The features make it easy to use. I especially like the "Logic" function and that it can be duplicated. I was working on a long survey which had the same question type and structure and this feature made building the survey a breeze! It was the first Qualtrics Survey I had done and was really impressed by the features. The support phone staff were also very very helpful and easy to get in touch with - which made all the difference!

Cons: I really enjoy using the program , and perhaps the only thing that I like least is that when I login, I have to do it twice. A little bizarre. All in all I really liked the program.

Pros: - Friendly to use.
- I can use a previous survey as a template for a new one.
- I can send massive-email surveys from Qualtrics and when the recipient wants to reply, he can do it directly to my email

Cons: - I can't find a way to get notifications to my email when a survey is completed.
- I cant' put the "back" button if the person taking the survey wants to go back to a question in a previous page.

Overall: Easier to make surveys.

Overall good product - Amazing customer support team, helps out fast and very efficient!

Pros: Qualtrics offers a broad variety to create an attractive survey with many different question types. Also, the data analysis and report functions are easy to use and have a great functionality. The customer support team is simply amazing! Helpful, fast, friendly and efficient. They even contact you via email if the problem could not be solved immediately (of course only if one agrees with being contacted).

Cons: The possibilities to export and translate the survey should be improved. Also, the design techniques (look & feel) could be created easier to use and more options would be nice.

Five star doesn't adequately capture my feelings about the software and customer support! Wonderful!

Pros: Easy to use, logical, a complete package for my online survey needs. I only wish my CATI system for phone surveys was half as good.

Cons: I really don't have anything negative to comment upon. It meets my needs very well, and whenever I get frustrated trying to do something, your customer support people are always there.

Pros: The ease of developing a survey. The application is very easy to follow and most of all to make changes.

Cons: There are no concerns at this time about the software. The customer service center is very helpful. I am very impressed with their service.

Pros: Qualtrics is a customizable survey platform which can be used to collect an amazing amount of data. The reports are comprehensive and customizable. It is great for the academic setting as it can go deep into questions and has features to ensure privacy.

Cons: It is not the most easy-to-use in the beginning. It is more expensive of other surveying products however it comes with extra tools which make it worth the extra money.

I've been using Qualtrics at work for several years & couldn't be happier with it.

Pros: It's intuitive & customer support is EXCELLENT. I recently had a problem involving student survey recipients getting an error message when trying to complete a survey. Basically, if a student was repeating a course, he/she was getting an error message that they had already completed the survey (the previous semester) & therefore couldn't do it again. I checked the Support database, couldn't find an answer, then contacted Support directly. Their response was fast & solved the problem. I fixed the issue in several surveys where students were experiencing that problem, & now I can tell faculty members that it's no longer an issue.

Cons: I didn't like the new interface at first, but now I like it better than the old one. "Panel" was changed to "Contacts," which is much more intuitive, and the "Share Survey" icon was changed to the one that looks like a "V" on its side, like in my smart phone. Aligning these simple things in Qualtrics with the technology I use everyday on my mobile device makes Qualtrics much easier to use. I think it also makes it easier for faculty members whose surveys I work on because they don't use Qualtrics as often as I do, but they have to collaborate with me & check response rates to make sure their students are complying with the survey policy.

Pros: how intuitive it is - the layout of the interface, the interchangable options, the look and feel and preview functions. i can say as a first time user i had a survey built in no time.

Cons: not alot to say.. however the distribution side is one aspect - the goal is to distribute a survey to a sample however little is mentioned on how one can track one of the sample responses back to the central data store

Pros: I like all of the survey features that Qualtrics offers. You can use a large variety of question types with various response types (multiple choice, open ended, etc.). There are more advanced options to skip questions, send users to certain questions based on response from a prior question. Viewing results is made easy and it is easy to make sense of results.

Cons: Some of the advanced features for survey creation are not entirely clear regarding how to use them.

Overall: I was able to create and distribute high quality surveys with ease.

Very helpful customer service, the chat feature solved my problems within a few minutes

Pros: Easy to use the survey feature, the software recognizes the type of question you are writing and it automatically creates the answers

Cons: The numbering of survey questions are dependent on when you created the questions. For example; your first question on the survey might be numbered "10" because it was the 10th question you created. Although you can move it to the top or bottom, the numbers will remain the same when exporting.

Customer support is very friendly and helpful.

Pros: I have used the program for my own research as well as having my students to run their studies. Qualtrics provides a lot of options displaying surveys. Data export is also user friendly, with multiple data formats Data collection becomes much easy with this program.

Cons: There are many new features that are hidden. For example, how to retrieve data with random assignments. Fortunately, the customer support is helpful in addressing some advanced issues.

Overall: Makes student research much manageable.

I think qualtrics is easy to use and the tech support is extremely helpful

Pros: It is easy to design the survey in the software and use both as an administrator of the survey and as a user. I have had no trouble using it, the data is easy viewed within Qualtrics and easily exported

Cons: Sometimes the computer is slow uploading the data onto the server. However, that is my only complaint other than that it is extremely easy to use.

Pros: Ease of use and functionality and ability of the support team to talk assist you to do complex tasks

Cons: I have nothing that I don't like! This is a great program with great technical support that you don't have to wait on hold for hours to access.

Overall: Ease of use, great complex survey solutions that have many uses.

It's not always easy to do exactly what you want with the software, but there is always a way.

Cons: Some things I would like to use it for require complex workarounds, wish they would solve some of them with updates or new features.

Pros: Love the ease of use and the customer service of this software. We use the 360 Assessment tool, and always hear how easy to navigate the software is!

Cons: I can't say I have any real complaints about the Qualtrics 360 Assessment tool. Keep up the great work!

Pros: The ability to analyse and interpret data is hugely beneficial to marketing and science communities, I love the value this software brings

Pros: Allows me to construct a survey exactly how I want it to function. But more important, the customer service is absolutely first-rate!

Cons: When constructing the survey , it is a little bit clunkier than it seems like it needs to be (lots of clicking). Also, the "new" look seems to make accessing things and creating surveys to be more inefficient.

Pros: The user interface is super simple. It is user friendly for newbies-pros. The automatic filling helps with time too

Cons: When you have been on a survey for a while, the program time you out without option to continue. It logs you out and you have to start all over.

Overall: It makes surveys building and fielding super simple. The reports section is very helpful as well. Allowing you to cut by a all variables.

Qualtrics isn't perfect, but they are always updating and have many many features that help.

Pros: Flexibility of questions available. They have pretty much every way imaginable to capture and gather data. This is very helpful.

Cons: The export to Microsoft word is clunky at best. There should be a completely stripped down version that looks like a regular word document.

Overall: This helps me with my research and helps with promotion and tenure.

Pros: The single greatest aspect of the Qualtrics platform is their outstanding customer support. Better tech support than any other company I have ever dealt with. Response time is close to immediate.

Cons: Wish Qualtrics had a larger selection of video tutorials. Also, sometimes it is difficult to find answers in the knowledge base. However, the availability of real time chat and call support more than makes up for these limitations.

Pros: Easy to use. You do not need to know much about this software because Qualtrics web is explaining how to use and it is completely based on your needs.

Cons: I think the strengths of this software outweigh weaknesses. The only issue is the designing questions with graphs and figures. I mean more artistic.

Pros: We've been able to do so much with the platforms we are using. It's so much more flexible, effective, and gives us the ability to provide our product team and other groups real time information to make impactful decisions.

Cons: There are some formatting features that could be more robust (e.g. vocalize widgets could allow more formatting with text size, alignment, chart types)

Overall: Super easy to set up surveys, analyze text, and create meaningful dashboards. Site intercept is amazing :)

Pros: The survey library is robust and includes a wide range of template to help you to get started creating surveys quickly. Anyone can jump in a create a survey as it is pretty straight forward options. Users can create an accounts for free. I find it more robust that Survey Monkey.

Cons: The reporting options are clunky and slow. Support is helpful fixing issues but some of the issues feel like they should have already been addressed.

Amazing, because of the customer support experience. Excellent customer support.

Pros: Customer Support - Excellent. The customer support team is excellent and so responsive. I really appreciate the fact that we can call anytime. This is missing in other competitor platforms (aka Survey Monkey). Beyond that, the Qualtrics respresentatives are always humble, knowledgeable, kind, and responsive. I really enjoy my experience with Qualtrics.

Cons: Often restricted because of some minor lack of ability to make adjustments. However, Qualtrics representatives are very responsive and work to figure out a solution to the problems that you are facing and are always willing to listen .

Overall: Excellent Design of software, quality customer support, valuable survey design templates. and communication tools.

Pros: easy usage, to get what you want is a step by step process. the training Qualtrics supplied our project manger Mr. Andre Louis made my problem simple.

Cons: There was no fault I could fine, if I have to have hundred words this is going to be crazy if there is no con there is no con. I did not like having to make things up to complete this surveym

Pros: Simple enough to learn how to use on your own, but really powerful data and metrics can be leveraged out of Qualtrics. This application is the future of experience management - gives great insight into the current status of customer experiences.

Cons: Can be overwhelming initially when looking at all the different ways to present and visualize the data, especially if you're not a statistician by trade.

Very easy to use in my college courses. Allow for collaboration and team work.

Pros: The best part is the "survey flow" feature. It has allowed me to do everything I need to do for my projects, like assign different questions to certain conditions, and it is laid out in such a way that I can see how everything should work in a way that makes sense.

Cons: Some of the features could stand to be more customizable. For example, I wanted to send my participants an e-mail to do a second survey 2 days after they had completed the first survey, but there is no option for 2 days and you cannot input a custom amount of time. So, I've had to manually send e-mails each time, which has become cumbersome.

Overall: I'm using this software to do a thesis project, and it has allowed me to do everything I need in a way that is simple and intuitive and that I can mostly do myself with no assistance.

Technical assistance comes with the product, which is a great benefit!

Pros: A lot of the software is intuitive. Logging on for the first time, a new user likely could put together a decent survey just going through the steps. Lots of functionality available here...the software does a lot of the background work for you.

Cons: Changes / updates are made without notice - at least I am not aware. When this happens I have to figure out where things are located now. There are also icons on the main screen that don't tell you they are shortcuts if you hold the cursor over them. You have to click on it to make it do something. There is likely a good deal of functionality available that I don't know anything about.

Overall: I was able to put together a rather complex survey in only a few hours.

Pros: Qualtrics provides a way to really seamless interactions for both the customer and administrator. The customer service they provide is also excellent and they really want to help people develop surveys to understand the buyer journey more in-depth. We were able to determine valuable insights about our customers and develop content and upgrades to meet their needs.

Cons: This is not a simple platform... which is both a pro and a con. It took me a lot of time and training to fully understand the full potential of the software. But once I understood it, it was extremely valuable. So as long as you're willing to put in the time, this is worth it.

It was a great experience. I wanted to generate unique code to reward my respondents.

Pros: Easy and useful. The best part is that it has training and support available all the time. Even a novice can become a user within a few hours.

Cons: It can be made more obvious as most survey might use it. Example, putting the icon on the left menu or something.

Pros: It is easy to use and to navigate. There are a lot of small features that you can do to make the data collection and processing a lot easier.

Cons: The feature that is the hardest to use is moving around blocks. There could definitely be an easier way to do that.

Overall: It gets the job done and in efficient way.

Cons: It's a steep learning curve but once you get it you get it. When I first started using it I was not very confident but now I feel extremely comfortable using it.

Pros: For someone who is not real tech savy this program is easy to use. Thanks for creating this with people like myself in mind.

Cons: Honestly, not really anything. If I ever have a question and I call customer service and they help me within minutes (they don't make you go through a long phone tree either!).

Pros: Qualtrics is super easy to use from the user end and provides a top notch experience for the survey taker!

Cons: It can be a bit to manage from the backend. The UI isn't the friendliest for admins setting and/or managing the integration, but it all works great in the end.

So far I have had an excellent experience with Qualtrics.

Pros: The software is easy to use, it has a sophisticated look, and offers data analytics which is very helpful for me as the creator of the survey.

Cons: I wanted to have an option to include a side-by-side rating alongside a text box entry for each statement within my survey, but it seems that is not impossible based on my conversation with Support.

Pros: Qualtrics is key for gathering data around the customer experience. This helps to improve the customer journey and leads to more sales.

Cons: If you're not crazy data minded, it can be a bit overwhelming. Takes a bit of time to understand what you're looking at, but once you do, the findings are invaluable.

Pros: I mostly like how quickly we were able to get surveys created and running. We were able to integrate our solution with Salesforce. This has been great.

Cons: I did not like the difficulty with customer support we faced when integrating with Salesforce. They were not so easy to work with.

Pros: It is very user friendly. It has done everything I've ever wanted to do. When I wanted to do more complicated processes, I called their customer support and they were so great to work with - always available and solved problems easily.

Cons: I'm not a fan of the results output on their website. When I have wanted to quickly see some results, it wasn't intuitive how to find that. So I always had to download the data and run the analyses myself.

Pros: Qualtrics Vocalize makes it easy for me to share data with exactly the people who need to see it, and interactive filters give them flexibility to view exactly the data they want. There are many different chart types to choose from bar graphs, line graphs, tables, gauge charts, and word clouds, just to name a few of my favorites! I can assign permissions by user attribute or data field to show as much or as little data as necessary. The formatting options also allow me to choose colors and fonts to match my company brand, which is a huge plus.

Cons: I feel limited when it comes to doing advanced calculations (simple calculations are no problem). There is not a built-in feature to show response rates though sometimes this is possible to do with a calculation.

Overall: This makes it so easy to share data with consumers in a way they can understand and use. There is tremendous flexibility with the software as far as chart types, formatting, and user permissions. Plus, it's fast and easy to learn, especially with online training and customer service available.

Having used several other survey support tools, Qualtrics has been excellent in all regards.

Pros: Full functionality, excellent customer service, supports our entire university! Allows different levels of users. As brand administrator, I can fully support all users but online support can be directly accessed by each user.

Cons: Some of the newer changes to the interface have made it a bit harder to use. We are presently having some trouble with the automatic account creation but I hope to have that resolved shortly.

Customer support for the Qualtrics survey system is invaluable and highly effective and accessible

Pros: As a medical school faculty member I have come to truly appreciate Qualtrics for many uses. I like the capacity to fine tune questions; formats, and user experience so that the survey enhances my work --both for educational and research purposes. On top of the software it self the 24-7 Software support is truly excellent. Tech Support staff are informed, patient, persistent, and available round the clock. All in all a great product delivered in the best way possible .

Cons: I wish there was more support for the downloaded files once they are in Excel.

I've been happily using Qualtrics to design and report on surveys in my work for several years.

Pros: It's easy to use, yet provides advanced tools for complex survey design. But the most superior aspect of Qualtrics is the superb customer service, especially the telephone tech support! The reps always find an answer to my dilemmas in short time and in a helpful way. They listen carefully and do their best to research the issue, as needed, to resolve issues.

Cons: I sometimes find the online tech support (web pages) inadequate. This has improved, however, over the last year. I always look there first, then resort to calling the tech support reps if I can't find an appropriate solution online. The tech reps do a superb job, which makes up for any missing online help.

Overall: I have been able to design, analyze, and report on numerous surveys for clients. I also enjoy pushing my knowledge and skills with Qualtrics to the limit by learning more, or more advanced techniques, each time I use it.

Qualtrics has been awesome since implementation with their continued stellar customer service.

Pros: The platform is beautifully organized. The surveys themselves are customizable and look great on a PC or a mobile phone (the mobile capability is a definite plus!). Importing and exporting data is easy, scheduling messages and reminders is a streamlined process, and the dashboards, although sometimes tricky to master, can show data in a variety of ways. Also, their customer service is far & away the best of any software program I've used!

Cons: There are only a couple things I can think of. The inability to copy dashboards is a huge setback when you have to come up with a few different dashboards for different roles but you want them all to have the same setup and historical data connected. The favorability scales could be expanded to include more Likert Scale options rather than just having Favorable, Neutral, and Unfavorable.

Pros: I can check it anywhere from any device. Also, easy to use and understand. Qualtrics also have a lot of information in the internet so user can rely on that as well.

Cons: Some function should be in a different spot for example link expiration and survey expiration are in a different location.

Pros: Overall the software is excellent, easy to use and accomplishes everything needed. The customer service is impeccable. The setup to create online registrations, evaluations and capturing various kinds of information.

Cons: That there is no simple way to upload all survey's and print at one cohesive time versus printing each one individually.

Pros: There are a ton of options to choose from. The customer service is probably the best (and fastest) I have ever experienced.

Cons: Can be confusing when initially starting out, BUT the customer service is incredible and can get you over the learning curve fast.

Exporting any files takes forever and navigation is very slow. Pages don't always display correctly

Pros: I like the menu and the easy to read KPI's. I like that the fonts size is easy to read. There really aren't a lot of creative features to use that aren't arduous.

Cons: Overall the software has many conflicts when requesting data with filters and doesn't always display the data. I have to log out and back in because refreshing data doesn't help when nothing shows up. The only way is to log on/off

Pros: Flexibility. "Multiple choice" or "Matrix", everything works perfect. I also like the "Rich content editor" for editing the content. Another cool thing is you can add your own pictures if you so wish. My best application is the "side-by-side' table. It is awesome and saves a lot of space.

Cons: I wish it could support more editable diagrams. For example, I wanted to put an actual "Euroqol thermometer", a vertical thermometer-like scale from 0 to 100 to capture patient's/customer's well-being but I couldn't. I had to be content with a horizontal 'slider' that looks pretty but it does not fulfill the requirement of a standard survey where the actual picture is expected. In addition, I wish it would be possible to have a tick mark for a single choice apart from the awesome looking choice of radio buttons. But I think there is always a trade-off involved in the life as well as in the surveys.

Phenominal tool...definite learning curve to be able to build dashboard, but a massive time saver

Pros: once a dashboard is built, it makes seeing the data almost effortless - immediately. very easy to filter to get what you need

Cons: probably pricing - very expensive on a per user, annual basis...for a tool that I would consider essential to anyone who collects any amount of continuous data within a survey

Overall: the ability to cut and view NPS data using embedded data...by date, class, facilitator, etc.

Pros: Accessibility, the features are very intuitive. The customer service is very helpful. I recommended this at my current job as well!

Cons: Please change the feature where's responses are deleted after a week (even if we marked this). It is always helpful to have deleted data.

Overall: Great data

Qualtrics has potential to be one of the best survey platforms, but we encounter bugs often.

Pros: Qualtrics's ability to support embedded data and merge fields within email invitations. Large variety of question types and branching logic. We can use embedded data to remember how a contact responded to a previous survey and help with sample selection to drive valuable market insights.

The data visualizations through Vocalize dashboards. We were able to set up NPS dashboards for each department in our Sales and Service team. We also have tabs for each Salesperson.

Ticket management helps with documentation of actions performed on survey respondents that responded negatively. Assigning them to a team was easy and intuitive.

Cons: The Qualtrics Sales team was not transparent and reluctant to share our individual SLA when I was a new member of the team. I spotted inconsistencies in our quote such as response count and module access (Marketo and Tableau). Our response count was set to 5000 when our quote was for 6500. They fixed that when I pointed it out. Marketo was enabled when in their documentation it is described as an add-on feature. They disabled it to their benefit when I pointed it out. Tableau was disabled when in our Brand Administrator User Type permissions it is checked green for Enabled, but we do not have access to it according to our Sales account representative. Since Qualtrics works by quote and not by packaged licenses, it is difficult to pinpoint which individual modules we have access to. It is by the Qualtrics Sales team's discretion.

For a large portion of our license, SMS was a feature that was not accessible due to technical issues between Twilio and Qualtrics. It was fixed a couple months before our license expired. They did not describe what went wrong and presented the solution in a black box.

Qualtrics does not support printing individual tickets. Ticket exports do not include Comments made by our team. The reply feature within a ticket does not actually send out emails.

Vocalize dashboard email exports are inconsistent (about 50/60 successfully sent out each week). The other dashboards encounter errors when attempting to manually download.

Pros: Design. The graphs are nice to see trends.

Cons: When I click in to a survey, have to scroll through what seems like 'nonsense' for ages to get to the comment

Overall: The webiste seems amazing and full of information. It could be because I was used to the previous system, but when I first log on I'm struck by the amount of information and where I should actually look. The system vaguely makes sense but I find it confusing. I just want to know where to look to get the scores I need.
The overall design is nice, I feel I'm letting myself down by not being able to use it. I simply want to know my overall score, and the comments that go with my latest survey.
The filters at the top often don't work and I end up lost or with no information- I will only ever want to see my own score or my branch (perhaps in comparison).
