I genuinely believe Kontentino is the best value-for-money tool on the market. And I’m saying that as a freelancer who’s tried them all — and in the end stayed (with love) with Kontentino for years, across many different clients and projects.

Pros

As someone who is very design-oriented, everything starts with UX — and Kontentino has that nailed, wrapped in beautiful packaging with a cherry on top. There’s no need for deep-dive onboarding calls (though they’re available if you’re that kind of person) — I understood everything at first sight. The second most important thing is the actual day-to-day usage and management of all the profiles, content, posts, comments, and workflows. And after genuinely using almost everything the market has to offer, I’ve had the best experience with Kontentino. Clients know how to use it. They like it. I love it. I honestly can’t explain it any better than that.

Cons

And just so I don’t sound biased — the only thing I struggled with in the past was the mobile app. But what I truly appreciate about the Kontentino team is that they actually listen to their users. They took the feedback seriously, improved the app, and today I have zero issues with it.

It's a perference – but all the things I mentioned earlier. The interface, usage, customer support, pricing, everything in Kontentino clicked with my preferences. Zoomsphere didn't have that great customer support and pricing options for my needs. Buffer didn't have a good interface and weak usage. Notion was just too complicated for my clients to understand.

The tool keeps me organized and professional. I can deliver content faster and clients notice the improvement.

Pros

I love that I can organize each client separately, but still switch between them easily. It helps me stay sane when juggling 10+ brands in one week.

Cons

It would be great to have a “dark mode” for late-night planning sessions - my eyes would appreciate it!

It makes day-to-day content planning smoother. I spend less time on boring tasks and more on creativity.

Pros

I really like the AI captions and how easy it is to tweak them. Also, the interface is clean and not overwhelming.

It became a must-have in our department. We use it for planning campaigns and reporting to management.

Pros

The calendar view is super visual, makes it easy to plan campaigns across channels. Easy to use in fast posting.

Cons

The mobile app doesn’t have all desktop features. Works for quick checks but not deep edits. To check thing its good, but for full experience we use desktop.
