And I’m saying that as a freelancer who’s tried them all — and in the end stayed (with love) with Kontentino for years, across many different clients and projects. Pros As someone who is very design-oriented, everything starts with UX — and Kontentino has that nailed, wrapped in beautiful packaging with a cherry on top. There’s no need for deep-dive onboarding calls (though they’re available if you’re that kind of person) — I understood everything at first sight. The second most important thing is the actual day-to-day usage and management of all the profiles, content, posts, comments, and workflows. And after genuinely using almost everything the market has to offer, I’ve had the best experience with Kontentino. Clients know how to use it. They like it. I love it. I honestly can’t explain it any better than that. Cons And just so I don’t sound biased — the only thing I struggled with in the past was the mobile app. But what I truly appreciate about the Kontentino team is that they actually listen to their users. They took the feedback seriously, improved the app, and today I have zero issues with it.
