Pros

Lots of options. Does not crash on me which would add time.

Cons

When I’m loading pics for a work order not and install I have to select one picture and then repeat the whole process to add another etc. photos, my album, picture, start over. I would like to be able to select all of them at once.

We use the Work Order module to track employee hours, material usage, and equipment use. It has been helpful to have all of that information in one place

Pros

I like that you can save the input options so each work order is quick to create. If you have the same crew and equipment, all you have to do it enter the totals and change the date, easy!

Cons

Generating reports is a little challenging, especially figuring out the correct parameters that you need to use to pull the information that you want or need. The way the "creating the report" page is a bit challenging to navigate, and I always have to go back and change things to tweak it to what I need. Not super user friendly or easy to use that section.

Executive is amazing. Anytime I have any problems he is there to help. He is thorough, and very professional.
