Pros

The 1-year guarantee is something I have yet to see with any other referral software system. It truly makes signing up a no-risk proposition.

Pros

The best thing about this software is the built-in connections and correspondence between the clients, receiving the initial email, and the people they refer to us. It is SO easy for our clients to refer us to other people because they don't have to type up an email. It is already done!

Cons

So far, it works as it should and they keep adding new features that work "out of the box", so nothing bad to report.

Setup and use are so easy, and it actually works! Clients refer people without any awkward conversations, and the cost is so affordable.

Bigtime ROI on my monthly investment

Pros

Automation, Cost, Huge Return on my Investment. Referrals started coming in from my very first campaign. The simple fact is that I always had the best of intentions when it came to asking for referrals, but I never followed through. This software does the asking for me, and I never have to kick myself for forgetting to solicit referrals.

Cons

Tons of features coming soon that are on the product roadmap, but not available yet. Can't wait to use the social integration and CRM integration features.
