It is SO easy for our clients to refer us to other people because they don't have to type up an email. It is already done! Cons So far, it works as it should and they keep adding new features that work "out of the box", so nothing bad to report. Referrals started coming in from my very first campaign. The simple fact is that I always had the best of intentions when it came to asking for referrals, but I never followed through. This software does the asking for me, and I never have to kick myself for forgetting to solicit referrals. Cons Tons of features coming soon that are on the product roadmap, but not available yet.
