Pros: Reliable and functions as it should. competitive with other products. The microsite is a powerful marketing tool for clients.

Cons: Don't really have a problem with the software but sometime the Support team is slow in responding. I'm sure they're all busy but when my client has a problem with the service, then I have a problem and I need you guys to get on it quickly and help me out. Don't need 24 hour response, I need response and help in a matter of minutes for urgent issues. I've already lost 1 client due to slow support response. I was unable to provide a solution on my own. Would be really helpful if you guys would publish and distribute a USER FRIENDLY instruction manual which gives details of how to best use the system with ALL its features and functions.

Pros: very useful tool for isolating your happy customers and identifying the ones that have concerns or complaints and address them directly.

Cons: one thing i would like to see in a future update is, we send birdeye surveys out with a review rating system of 5 stars, and only allow the 5 star reviewers to go to the section where we ask them to review us at our review sites. if they return a less than 5 start, we get the 'parked' review, but we never get to see what the star rating was on that parked review, whether it was 1,2,3 or 4 stars. would like to see that in the future.

Very pleased with my ability to easily respond to and monitor 50+ business locations' reviews daily.

Pros: Their robust reporting capability, specifically the feature that allows you to save reporting filters for future use. I also appreciate the sentiment check function in their review request campaigns that prequalifies reviewers and often bars disgruntled customers from leaving public negative reviews (instead reroutes them to a non-public feedback landing page) which boosts our star rating and online reputation.

Cons: Due to third party restrictions, responding to reviews on sites like Yelp and Facebook often requires the responder to link out to the original review on the listing page and the login information often does not transfer, making responding to certain reviews a clunky process.

Pros: This software really helps in getting feedback from you customers on what they really like. You can address the negative reviews and promote the positives!

Allows you to have daily feedback from you customers through either email or text notifications.

Cons: I would like to see some added functionality for a business with multiple affiliates/locations. The functionality of the software itself works great though.

Overall: This software has helped us to be better able to manage how our customers feel about us.

Pros: After countless hours wasted on our own efforts trying to obtain reviews, we gave into Birdeye. Why did we wait so long!!! We love it because it works! We saw instant results and the features do exactly what they told me it would. Super user friendly so anyone can learn with minimal training.

Cons: We would love for it to interface with our medical EMR without having to get a third party involved. We need it to be automated so we aren't manually uploading every 48 hours.

Pros: The ease of using the software and also the automation of the texts and emails. I am so excited to see all the analytics as well.

Cons: Nothing as of yet! It seems like It is easy for me to use so I dont think anything poses an issue right now

Overall: Acquiring more 5 star reviews, but also acquiring them more quickly than traditional methods or email alone.

BirdEye is the most successful practice building tool I have implemented. Highly recommended.

Pros: After the initial set-up the operation is seamless and does not require constant user interaction. The system just works and helps us attract new patients.

Cons: For us, we really do not have any complaints. The system is reliable and we have not experienced very many problems.

Pros: With so many in the space of rating and reviews, Birdeye goes above and beyond by being super user-friendly. The dashboard for reviews saves me tons of time in responding to reviews and it's wonderful to have an "at a glance" look at all of different listings from one view. The benefit of this product far outweighs what little time it takes to easily get ratings and reviews from customers who may not have taken the time to do so on their own. Customer support is top notch!

Cons: No cons-- everything has been positive! If anything... my only regret is not finding Birdeye sooner!

Pros: Easily get online reviews using this system. It automates the task of asking the customer to leave an online review.

Cons: Customer support can be extremely difficult to deal with at times. You will want to stay on top of them and make sure that it is functioning properly. They will not notify you if the system goes down.

Cons: The only remotly thing I can even think of is that we don't post to yelp, but that is by our choice.

Pros: Makes reviewing and responding to reviews super simple. I like that you are able to differentiate from mobile sms review campaigns and email campaigns.

Cons: The presence tab needs more work and functionality. Also there needs to be some sort of implementation with Yelp. Yelp is almost impossible to increase your score. Yelp features the majority of bad reviews and only cherry picks the good ones. I have 28 non recommended 5 star reviews with them and it drops my score terribly. Your software I would completely recommend to every person I know if only it could integrate with Yelp.

Pros: There are so many features that we can get rid of a few other programs we are currently using. I love the fact that I can send out a survey with a link to the review at the end so I don't have to send our customers two different requests. Matt, Heather, and Chance have all been great, the customer support is really top notch!

Cons: Takes a while to set it up if you have multiple locations and a premium account, but that's only because there is sooooo much to go over. I think the time spent will be well worth it in the end.

Overall: Streamlining our review and survey processes into one request and allowing us to have an enormous amount of features that meant we could cancel other standalone products that were doing similar things at a higher price. The customer support is absolutely fantastic!

Pros: VERY TECH SAVVY SOFTWARE. Rosalind taught me many short cuts to doing things that I believed was very hard.

Cons: I wish you guys could automatically integrate my information from Dealertrack instead to manually enter everything. Tends to be very tedious.

Overall: Access to all my reviews from different websites on this one software system. Makes my life easier instead of having to jump around websites.

I am deeply happy with BirdEye. The functionality, the training, and the team are all top notch.

Pros: It is truly the exact service that our organization needs. It provides all the insights, the response ability, the organization, and the customization that we needed, and our team is thrilled with it. Additionally, all of the BirdEye team with whom I've interacted since the beginning(!!) has been outstanding. I feel equipped to lead my team in implementation with the support of the BirdEye team.

Cons: I wish that there were more user permission levels. We have a number of positions at a store level that don't need need the ability to respond but need access to the platform. I sometimes find the organization isn't intuitive to me, but I do understand the logic behind the structure.

Pros: Since implementing BirdEye review system our business (~6 months) has gotten more reviews than the previous 5 years.

Cons: The only downside I can think of is that some of our clients are older and don't like receiving text messages. We told them they can opt out easily but sometimes its hard to explain technology.

Pros: Once we made the decision to sign up with Birdeye I was given an account manager to help with our onboarding. She was professional and thorough in explaining the product to me during our Webinar. Birdeye is a pretty straightforward and easy to use the web app to track reviews and set rating goals. With Birdeye you can run review Campaigns to help boost your online reviews, you can run reports so you can analyze Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly review activity with average rating. You can also set up social accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Linkedin) Birdeye also has a pretty hearty backend that will allow Developer API's, Mobile Apps, Website API integration and SEO rich snippets plus a dozen more advanced items. You can really dig into Birdeye and use this fantastic tool to help take control of your social media presence and review ratings.

Cons: I really have no cons at this time. We've been using Birdeye for several months and are happy with everything.

Pros: We just signed up with Birdeye and so far the installation, training, and customer service has been great! Tucker helped get us on board and answered all my questions and concerns and CSR got us installed and provided training on the software. Great at getting back to me and answering any questions I had, system is very user friendly!

Cons: Just signed up with Birdeye and so far we haven't run into any issues with this software so far. We are located in Canada so I know that having a local phone number sending the messages is important to some clients or else they don't open.

Pros: I like the fact that they filter negative reviews before they reach major search engines. This was a major drawback in the prior service I was using. This way I still get to hear the client's cause of dissatisfaction and address the issue directly with them, rather than having to explain myself on the search engines.

Cons: I wish they would offer more services like appointment scheduling, confirmations, website management and optimization etc so that I could have everything in one place instead of paying different companies to manage different things.

Overall: Receive more reviews for my business that go directly to search engines.

Pros: The easy to use platform takes the guesswork out of promoting your practice with online reviews. Birdeye has increased the volume of reviews for our practice, thus improving our online presence.

Rosalind is a gem. She provides exceptional support, excellent follow through and responds quickly and efficiently to all correspondences.

Cons: It is difficult to answer this question. Currently we do not have any cons with the Birdeye software.

Pros: It takes all the guess work out of asking customers to give you reviews. And, Birdeye will reach deep into your customer database and ask for reviews. It provides of mechanism for getting negative feedback in way that doesn't show up in your reviews, and therefore allowing me to fix problems. Their are also plenty of side benefits, such as a review site they set up for you. Good value for the money.

Cons: Sure, it would nice if this service were offered for free. But that's not the case. I haven't had anything else come up in the time that I've used the service.

Has generated more reviews than other methods and programs I have used.

Cons: Dashboard- I think the dashboard is not all that user friendly and is somewhat cumbersome.

Value- the monthly charge is pretty high considering the thing is on autopilot. Ideally the should charge more for upfront set up cost, but less monthly, if they want clients to be long term users.

Overall: Increased reviews-primary reason I signed up and it has worked as planned.

Pros: The software works. They keep it updated. It is easy to use. They pay attention to the industry and make changes when necessary. Whenever we had a customer service issue, the problem was resolved.

Cons: Even with the discount they give agencies, it is still expensive for low volume small businesses. I can see the value for a higher volume business. But most of our clients only had 3-5 reviews to request per month. We were able to find an alternative that works just as well but at a far lower price. (We can offer all of our clients this service for the cost of a single client with BirdEye.)

If you are an agency and cancel your agreement, they will go after your customers. It created a headache on our end because all of our clients were calling us wanting to know what the deal was. Just something to be aware of.

There were a few features missing that seemed like they would be included. But BirdEye is improving their system frequently. So I imagine that is just where the company is at rather than a reflection of their intention to put out a good product.

Overall: Our experience wasn't bad. We got what we paid for. It is just that the software is on the extreme end of being overpriced. (For our purposes.) And it was pretty annoying when they started to call our clients individually, but I suppose that should be expected to a certain extent.

Pros: when everything is working it does a great job of generating quality reviews and contains the negative reviews

Pros: Integrates with Zapier. Versatile enough that I can literally refer contacts to just about any site to leave reviews, and even send iOS contacts to one site or multiple sites while Android contacts are served other sites, while email contacts are offered still another set of choices.

Cons: Does not refer users to Yelp. Also, does not have built-in referral or loyalty functionality or even integrations. Does not do product reviews. This forces me to use multiple tools to offer all this functionality.

Overall: SMS feedback generation. It is powerful!

Pros: I appreciate the User interface and the amount of information that is on the dashboard. The aggregation of the reviews and cleaning up our online presence has been very helpful.

Cons: My biggest frustration is our inability to add other review sites that are specific to our industry. We would like to parlay our Google reviews to EnergySage to improve our online reputation.

Overall: Improved brand maintenance and better control of our online brand. This also allows us an opportunity to engage with customers at critical milestones in our process to determine any complaints or issues.

I have had BirdEye for two years, and I would recommend them.

Pros: Ease of use, and takes the job of a staff member who wasn't doing it! It is more difficult than you think to have your employees ask for reviews. This automation helps significantly.

Cons: Well, it has been difficult to integrate with my PM software. But customer support stepped up and made a solution that works for me so I didn't have to find another company.

Pros: What I like most about BirdEye is that it is easy to use and monitor. The on-boarding process was great and the technician helped me set up the system so everything runs automatically.

Cons: What I like least about BirdEye is that I am not able to get Yelp! reviews. I don't think this is due to any problem with BirdEye, but it is still an area I would like to improve.

Overall: The benefit I get from BirdEye is an automatic system for gaining feedback from patients and requesting on-line reviews from them too.

Pros: Allows us to send a review request once and Birdeye does the chasing. Has helped us increase the number of reviews significantly with next to no effort.

Cons: Can be a little slow to log onto the system.

Overall: Good. The customer service is excellent although you have to contact them through email and wait for a response the following day.

Pros: We love the way you can push review links out to patients via sms, it makes asking for a review a seamless part of any visit or appointment to our facility. Highly recommended to any business that wants to increase the amount of reviews on their site.

Cons: It would be nice if there could be a way to add in a customized survey about your service, where specific questions could be answered. It would be another valuable way in which you could test new features or services.

Pros: nice easy way to get reviews completed by clients automatically and share on social media sites. I love that there are additional features too. And that my company gets a copy of the reviews.

Cons: not able to re-send review request to clients if within 180 days of being sent. somethimes we need to send again to remind clients to prsent a review

Pros: It drives good reviews to the sites of our choice. Fairly easy to used. Good reviews drives business our way and that the best thing.

Cons: Send them emails for service and they usually never respond. We lost our original inside contact there and that's when the service level decreased.

Pros: We are looking for a reviews platform that can help us get more reviews on google for our 7 real estate properties. We were considering 3 platforms and I'm glad we finally picked BirdEye. In the first month of our service, we got 73 google reviews. The entire marketing team is amazed to see the results

Pros: Filtering bad reviews before they ever reach the net. I also like the text message functionality as many clients are unlikely to unilaterally visit a site to review an attorney's services.

Cons: Price is a little steep. But then again I don't know what arrangement your company has with wireless carriers, nor have I fully realized the potential uptick in my own business due to the increase in reviews. I just onboarded today so....

Pros: Our office has been using BirdEye for about a year and it has helped us get more positive reviews. We don't like to have to ask clients to do this and understand how important this is these days so BirdEye takes the stress out of that.

Cons: It can be a little confusing setting up the client information and checking in to see if someone has written the review, but BirdEye notifies you as soon as the review is posted.

Birdeye is a wonderful tool to automatically get reviews from my dental patients

Pros: The software steers my patients to leave reviews on the sites that matter such as Google, Healthgrades, Facebook, Yelp instead of their own review website that they control. This is what other companies do.

Overall: Instead of expensive advertising, I can broadcast my client/patient experiences across a range of review platforms.

Once the software is installed, it runs seamlessly in the background integrating with my Practice Management Software.

Pros: It is easy to explain to our customers and it's easy for them to post reviews. The best thing is that they are leaving Google, Facebook, and BBB reviews, not just some third party reviews that don't help as much.

Cons: I have used a number of other services and this is by far the best. I honestly can't think of anything I am not satisfied with.

Pros: The feature that we most enjoy about the software is being able to view all of our social platforms from one dashboard

Overall: The amount of attention that BirdEye gives to you makes you feel like you are their only client. It's awesome to know that an answer is never more than a few moments away.

The only downfall that we see is that we cannot post directly to the social media platform from the dashboard, but that is no problem.

Pros: Ease of use. We really didn't have to do anything! Our goal was to increase the number of reviews knowing that it would increase the ratings. Without BirdEye we would not have achieved this. Could not be happier with the result.

Pros: Just started using and I like the features and ability to follow up and connect with customers to get a real view of our staff's performance in the field and actually get good reviews to post. In our industry, we can do 1000 things great and no one will hear or know about it, but the one time we drop the ball, we get blasted. Birdeye will help us to overcome this.

Cons: It's definitely not cheap and results on value will only be calculated in the future. The system will also take some time to really learn, although Birdeye did a good job in training and follow up when they noticed limited usage.

Overall: Will evaluate over time, but I want to get better engagement from our good customers and therefore improve our ratings.

Pros: Birdeye might be useful for those doing only monitoring. For those who want to generate reviews they are inconsistent and have no value add. ROI is 0%.

Cons: Birdeye lured us in with promises, but they didn't deliver. They are the master of the hard pitch but in the end they get you to pay a lot of money for almost no value added. Actually none in our case. For a review company it does not have the ability to externally review it on google, facebook, or almost any other third party sites I can find. The whole organization used birdeye. However, birdeye was in fact not useful because it did not do what was promised. We were not able to have google reviews as part of our survey. We were not able to link to our third party rating websites that we needed to. The purchase was not useful and then they ignored us when we asked for our money back.

Professional and easy to use. Set up was a breeze and customer service is top notch.

Birdeye lacks a Chrome Extension.

We have discussed with Birdeye support and product management this key feature missing.

They seem disinterested.

Pros: Online reviews were a complete mystery to me, and I was falling behind my competitors as a result. BirdEye's request system, and their ability to autopost to Facebook, makes this a breeze. Clients response rates are nice and high, in part because the text message BirdEye send makes it very easy to post a review .

Cons: It would be great if the reviews could be posted to Google+ automatically. I understand Google does not allow this. Other than that, it appears they distribute to all the relevant review sites. It can be a bit difficult finding certain features and settings in the admin browser, but i am getting the hang of it.

Pros: Love how easy it is to see everything in one dashboard space; brings together previously disparate platforms.

Cons: While the platform is easy to use, I wish it had a feature that would somehow quasi-improve online reviews on its own.

Pros: Really great way to boost your online reviews across different review sites. Customers do not seem to mind it and we instantly saw an increase in reviews in the first week of use.

Cons: While I do not consider it expensive, with the exception of text messaging, it was something one of our other paid software was capable of so we did not feel it justifiable to pay for something we could already do.

Overall: Increase in reviews from customers

Pros: Quick implementation, was up and working right after! Great reports and simple to use. Automates and does the work for me

Cons: Price a bit on the high end, but justified. Email templates can be more customized with add functions.

Pros: Love how easy it makes for my staff to get reviews, and how they get all our business listings cleaned up with ultimate goal of increasing online presence & better search engine rankings.

Cons: Only thing so far is that it would be great to be able to have my staff post responses to positive reviews without having to be logged in to my review site accounts. As it is, I will be the one to post responses, but that's ok - it's not a big issue, and also isn't something I'll do for every single review. I don't think they can work around this as I think the review sites require it.

Wish we would've found it sooner!

Pros: Easy to use, can customize, nice drip campaign that will send out a text and two emails. Ability to see if clients even clicked the link to start a review. Heath was awesome and it was so easy to get everything set up.

Pros: BirdEye is extremely easy to use and has best-in-class, high-end features. The support team is very responsive.

Cons: I wish there was a solution for managing Yelp reviews--I get it that Yelp is hard to work with in this space.

Pros: The ability to manage and SHARE client feedback across platforms!

Cons: No cons to report at this time. Very excited to get started.

Overall: Great experience. We're looking forward to increasing our on line presence and awareness of our brand.

Pros: I like the ability to create review generation campaigns with ease and having everything easily accessible on one dashboard.

Cons: I haven't run into anything I absolutely don't like. Perhaps the inability to reply on the platform without integrating admin@birdeye could be a con. Or also, the fact that you can't leave open a review form right on a tablet so customers can review every time they walk into the store is another issue. I understand both of these have not much to do with the software, and more with the logistics of each source.

Overall: It is incredibly easy to use.

Pros: Easy to use and availiable on my mobile phone so i can pull it up at any time. I have experienced great customer service with this software.

Overall: I like it the way it is because it is so easy to use. The software is constantly changing and improving all the time.

Pros: Reviews rolling in on the first day - I LOVE BIRD EYE!

Cons: the cost - wish it was a little cheaper but I do see the value of the cost

Pros: One of the salesmen, Peter, at the WIO was polite and understanding.

Cons: We did not find that Birdeye helped achieve the promised goals of generating google reviews after a three year period.

Overall: When addressing our frustrations and concerns politely and sincerely, solutions were not offered and/or ignored.
