Pros: Ease of use. We really didn't have to do anything! Our goal was to increase the number of reviews knowing that it would increase the ratings. Without BirdEye we would not have achieved this. Could not be happier with the result.

Cons: I did receive a few complaints about too many emails. Emails went out to all new members and I should have clarified how many times they would be asked to review.

Pros: Quick implementation, was up and working right after! Great reports and simple to use. Automates and does the work for me

Cons: Price a bit on the high end, but justified. Email templates can be more customized with add functions.

Pros: Makes it easy to see and respond to all of my reviews. And the auto re-marketing onto other review sites is great!

Cons: Yelp integration is not as good as it is with other review sites, as you are directed onto the Yelp page to leave the review.

Pros: It software is flexible and comes complete with training and great customer support. Everytime I ask for help, they are quick to respond.

Cons: Taking me time to switch over from previous supplier and get data in right format. But service is assisting

Pros: Online reviews were a complete mystery to me, and I was falling behind my competitors as a result. BirdEye's request system, and their ability to autopost to Facebook, makes this a breeze. Clients response rates are nice and high, in part because the text message BirdEye send makes it very easy to post a review .

Cons: It would be great if the reviews could be posted to Google+ automatically. I understand Google does not allow this. Other than that, it appears they distribute to all the relevant review sites. It can be a bit difficult finding certain features and settings in the admin browser, but i am getting the hang of it.

Professional, delivering what they promise at less than half the cost of similar programs

Pros: I send them a file of customer info and they get the reviews. for a company our size, we had 14 Google reviews in a week.

Pros: Simple, clean and efficient. User friendly by far the best social media integration system our practice has ever used.

Cons: The only con is that if a patient would like to opt out of this system they cannot do it on their own... we have to do it for them.

Pros: Easily get online reviews using this system. It automates the task of asking the customer to leave an online review.

Cons: Customer support can be extremely difficult to deal with at times. You will want to stay on top of them and make sure that it is functioning properly. They will not notify you if the system goes down.

Pros: Easy to use and availiable on my mobile phone so i can pull it up at any time. I have experienced great customer service with this software.

Overall: I like it the way it is because it is so easy to use. The software is constantly changing and improving all the time.

Pros: I love the functionality features and the ease of use. The BirdEye team has been very helpful and knowledgeable of their product. Quite the experts! I'm so glad I am using BirdEye to help grow my company.

Cons: I would love to be able to post to Instagram in addition to Facebook and Twitter on the social feature.

Pros: Reliable and functions as it should. competitive with other products. The microsite is a powerful marketing tool for clients.

Cons: Don't really have a problem with the software but sometime the Support team is slow in responding. I'm sure they're all busy but when my client has a problem with the service, then I have a problem and I need you guys to get on it quickly and help me out. Don't need 24 hour response, I need response and help in a matter of minutes for urgent issues. I've already lost 1 client due to slow support response. I was unable to provide a solution on my own. Would be really helpful if you guys would publish and distribute a USER FRIENDLY instruction manual which gives details of how to best use the system with ALL its features and functions.

Pros: BirdEye is extremely easy to use and has best-in-class, high-end features. The support team is very responsive.

Cons: I wish there was a solution for managing Yelp reviews--I get it that Yelp is hard to work with in this space.

Pros: There are so many features that we can get rid of a few other programs we are currently using. I love the fact that I can send out a survey with a link to the review at the end so I don't have to send our customers two different requests. Matt, Heather, and Chance have all been great, the customer support is really top notch!

Cons: Takes a while to set it up if you have multiple locations and a premium account, but that's only because there is sooooo much to go over. I think the time spent will be well worth it in the end.

Overall: Streamlining our review and survey processes into one request and allowing us to have an enormous amount of features that meant we could cancel other standalone products that were doing similar things at a higher price. The customer support is absolutely fantastic!

Pros: Love how easy it makes for my staff to get reviews, and how they get all our business listings cleaned up with ultimate goal of increasing online presence & better search engine rankings.

Cons: Only thing so far is that it would be great to be able to have my staff post responses to positive reviews without having to be logged in to my review site accounts. As it is, I will be the one to post responses, but that's ok - it's not a big issue, and also isn't something I'll do for every single review. I don't think they can work around this as I think the review sites require it.

Pros: It drives good reviews to the sites of our choice. Fairly easy to used. Good reviews drives business our way and that the best thing.

Cons: Send them emails for service and they usually never respond. We lost our original inside contact there and that's when the service level decreased.

Overall: More business, we think.

Pros: The software steers my patients to leave reviews on the sites that matter such as Google, Healthgrades, Facebook, Yelp instead of their own review website that they control. This is what other companies do.

Overall: Instead of expensive advertising, I can broadcast my client/patient experiences across a range of review platforms.
Once the software is installed, it runs seamlessly in the background integrating with my Practice Management Software.

Pros: VERY TECH SAVVY SOFTWARE. Rosalind taught me many short cuts to doing things that I believed was very hard.

Cons: I wish you guys could automatically integrate my information from Dealertrack instead to manually enter everything. Tends to be very tedious.

Overall: Access to all my reviews from different websites on this one software system. Makes my life easier instead of having to jump around websites.

Pros: Simply results on getting positive reviews. So far, so good. I'd love the opportunity to re-review in 6-9 months but currently I'm impressed.

Cons: 1. Ease of transfer/ability for BE to extract data. 2. Need to know/use more of it. (Partially I need more time or assistance in delegating the marketing aspect of this).

Pros: There is adequate flexibility with BirdEye so the requests for reviews can be tailored to reflect the culture of the business.

Overall: We were able to receive reviews from customers.
I like the results generated by the software. Installation was easy, customers respond favorably also.

Pros: It is sweet and to the point! Very functional layout, easy to navigate and understand, and almost instantly started providing our company with results.

Cons: It takes 24 hours for the reviews to show up on the software. Not all that bad, but I like things now!

I have had BirdEye for two years, and I would recommend them.

Pros: Ease of use, and takes the job of a staff member who wasn't doing it! It is more difficult than you think to have your employees ask for reviews. This automation helps significantly.

Cons: Well, it has been difficult to integrate with my PM software. But customer support stepped up and made a solution that works for me so I didn't have to find another company.

Pros: This has saved our office a lot of time. No longer are we having to call all of our customers to ask for a review that they almost never ever followed through on. Birdeye makes asking for a review a quick process and we get more responses.

Cons: Overall it's great. It does what it says but sometimes I have to fumble around the dashboard to find what I am looking for. I think it could be a little bit more user-friendly but it's not a deal breaking problem.

Pros: We love the way you can push review links out to patients via sms, it makes asking for a review a seamless part of any visit or appointment to our facility. Highly recommended to any business that wants to increase the amount of reviews on their site.

Cons: It would be nice if there could be a way to add in a customized survey about your service, where specific questions could be answered. It would be another valuable way in which you could test new features or services.

Pros: Our office has been using BirdEye for about a year and it has helped us get more positive reviews. We don't like to have to ask clients to do this and understand how important this is these days so BirdEye takes the stress out of that.

Cons: It can be a little confusing setting up the client information and checking in to see if someone has written the review, but BirdEye notifies you as soon as the review is posted.

Pros: This software really helps in getting feedback from you customers on what they really like. You can address the negative reviews and promote the positives!

Allows you to have daily feedback from you customers through either email or text notifications.

Cons: I would like to see some added functionality for a business with multiple affiliates/locations. The functionality of the software itself works great though.

Overall: This software has helped us to be better able to manage how our customers feel about us.

Pros: Automation, everything done per scheduled time. Setting up by birdeye by remote into my server, then it just like cruse control.

Cons: I wish there is an alarm telling if software not working. There are times that I wonder if it drops one day and I wouldn't find out till weeks passed by.

Pros: Easy to use, can customize, nice drip campaign that will send out a text and two emails. Ability to see if clients even clicked the link to start a review. Heath was awesome and it was so easy to get everything set up.

Pros: I like the fact that they filter negative reviews before they reach major search engines. This was a major drawback in the prior service I was using. This way I still get to hear the client's cause of dissatisfaction and address the issue directly with them, rather than having to explain myself on the search engines.

Cons: I wish they would offer more services like appointment scheduling, confirmations, website management and optimization etc so that I could have everything in one place instead of paying different companies to manage different things.

Overall: Receive more reviews for my business that go directly to search engines.

Pros: Love being able to keep up with and manage our clients' reviews. In this day and age it is so important to have a good presence on the web and this product helps us to do just that.

Cons: Still trying to navigate all its functionality from a management stand point. Trying to find my way around the screens to find the information I need.

Pros: After countless hours wasted on our own efforts trying to obtain reviews, we gave into Birdeye. Why did we wait so long!!! We love it because it works! We saw instant results and the features do exactly what they told me it would. Super user friendly so anyone can learn with minimal training.

Cons: We would love for it to interface with our medical EMR without having to get a third party involved. We need it to be automated so we aren't manually uploading every 48 hours.

Overall: Great online reviews

Pros: The easy to use platform takes the guesswork out of promoting your practice with online reviews. Birdeye has increased the volume of reviews for our practice, thus improving our online presence.

Rosalind is a gem. She provides exceptional support, excellent follow through and responds quickly and efficiently to all correspondences.

Cons: It is difficult to answer this question. Currently we do not have any cons with the Birdeye software.

Pros: We are looking for a reviews platform that can help us get more reviews on google for our 7 real estate properties. We were considering 3 platforms and I'm glad we finally picked BirdEye. In the first month of our service, we got 73 google reviews. The entire marketing team is amazed to see the results

Overall: So far we have seen great improvement in our review volume and online ratings. We are hopeful that this will help us get more customers and enable us provide better customer experience.

Comments: It is all about the contract to birdeye. We tried getting a hold of them for months to no avail. Once we did, we tried to cancel and they threatened collections. Their software was not user friendly, consistently produced errors and glitches, damaged our on page seo, etc. the website implementation too was poorly designed and difficult to use

Comments: The way that Birdeye alerts and captures reviews, and lets you share reviews is unique and valuable. Pricing could be better. It's disappointing that you can't share Yelp reviews.
