Overall, we are really pleased with what we are getting with this tool and plan to continue using it.

Pros

Super helpful to have this tool keeping us in the loop with reviews coming in for our clients! Definitely a big time saver for us. It is also nice to get reports directly to the person who needs that information.

Cons

The platform is not a user-friendly as many of the other tools I have used. It took a while to learn to navigate to everything that I was looking for.

Cons

Support for Yelp is no longer there, but that is due to Yelp not Birdeye.

Customer service has been incredible. They continue to stay in touch until problem has been resolved.

Very nice presentation when clients open the review request,

Cons

Many clients have difficulty or are unable to leave a review, but this not the fault of Birdeye, it’s a google issue. People without a gmail account have to surf around to figure out how to use their non gmail account. many get frustrated and stop, or think their review has been posted, but it wasn’t. Birdeye gives you an additional option to leave a review through Birdeye alone which is helpful for those with difficulties.

Good experience. Seems to have great customer support. Integration is not too difficult and features outweigh other platforms. Price was not bad. Would recommend to others.

Pros

HIPPA compliant messaging via text messaging and email. The ability to integrate reviews on different channels and listings management included. Customer support seems very good.

Cons

The review widget was difficult to implement onto our website due to Birdeye's code. Also, originally was told Facebook instant forms would auto populate in the Birdeye system but was later told it does not. No a big deal but would have loved to have that included. It also took longer to set everything up than expected.

Birdeye has been great. I've recommended it to a number of colleagues. We purchased this program to help manage our reviews. This has allowed us to have more positive reviews by a large number in our business sector and also allows us to address negative comments before people leave a negative review.

Pros

Manages our review requests and integrates with our Electronic Health Record system so there is nothing for me to do. It has a ton of other features that I don't take advantage of, but good to know they're there should i need them.

Cons

I don't really have any negatives about this software.

### "My experience with Birdeye"

The initial reason we used Birdeye was to manage our referral campaigns. Although the referral portion of Birdeye is good, I do feel it needs a little improvement. I really wanted a way that I could manage referral pay-outs through Birdeye, connecting to Amazon for example for gift cards and managing who I have paid and who I have not paid.

Pros

Customer Service was important to me and Birdeye does have a great staff of people that are there when you need them. They answered all my questions when I had them almost immediately.

Cons

The inter-office chat is definitely a product that I know Birdeye is working on but would be really helpful in our business.

It's so easy to send review requests to our patients. We've also incorporated the voicemail/text feature into our office and we have so far loved it! The internal notes feature is really great as we have multiple people using the platform throughout the day and it allows us to keep track of who has done what.

Pros

The ease of use with this platform is definitely what I like most about it.

Cons

Sometimes old correspondence will pop up in our 'Open' inbox and I'm not sure why that is. It could be user error, but IDK.

Great reporting. Great support team. Lacking a key feature though (Chrome Extension). So we will most likely move on.

Pros

Reporting in this tool is top notch. Includes NPS scores.

Cons

At a retail level it does not work nearly as well as our prior tool Podium. Birdeye lacks a Chrome Extension. We have discussed with Birdeye support and product management this key feature missing. They seem disinterested. We'll most likely move back to Podium when our agreement is up.

We have a few clients who are using BirdEye to improve their online reputation. Many have used a review software program in the past with little success. One example that comes to mind, is a client who had 30 reviews from using a similar software across Google and Facebook for over two years. We have more than doubled the amount of reviews, and increased their star rating by almost an entire point in a little over 6 months. The client is ecstatic! That is what matters most to our business, client satisfaction and growth!

Pros

Easily able to connect to social media and search engines and customize clients dashboard. It makes it really easy to send out reviews to customers and gives great insight into areas where clients can improve.

Cons

We have been using the service for over 6 months and have no complaints.

I am a office manager at a dental office. After using BirdEye for about 2 month we started doubling the new patient we were getting per month. We were getting 10-15 new reviews per month which BirdEye made it easy for the patient to leave. It’s heped out my office a ton!

Pros

Not having to do anything to send out the review. BirdEye works with the software I use in my dental office so I don’t have to do anything to get the reviews sent out.

Cons

It would be nice to have someone call and check in making sure you know if there are any new features that are added.

The reviews we receive are definitely done with the help of bird eye. It keeps me organized as to who i reached out to already and allows me to add people for future use ahead of time.

Pros

I like the ease and customer service of Bird eye. I like that once i input a customer, they are saved and it shows me their activity. If they have opened or clicked. I find that very helpful in knowing peoples interest in reviewing us. The customer service has always been helpful and very responsive.

Cons

I think the campaigns or the templates could be easier to use. I don't like to make a template and be required to use that for certain stuff. Some parts should be a little more user friendly.
