Improved brand maintenance and better control of our online brand. This also allows us an opportunity to engage with customers at critical milestones in our process to determine any complaints or issues.

Pros

I appreciate the User interface and the amount of information that is on the dashboard. The aggregation of the reviews and cleaning up our online presence has been very helpful.

Cons

My biggest frustration is our inability to add other review sites that are specific to our industry. We would like to parlay our Google reviews to EnergySage to improve our online reputation.

Good! I am able to streamline my social media listening and saving time with responding to Google My Business has been great!

Pros

I really like how easy makes it to listen on social media. The main time saver for me has been responding directly to Google My Business reviews on the platform. I was able to save templates and use those to quickly (and correctly) answer any questions or thank people for their review.

Cons

I do not have any problems with ! The software does what I need it to and has plenty of articles to reference if I have a question.

SMS feedback generation. It is powerful!

Pros

Integrates with Zapier. Versatile enough that I can literally refer contacts to just about any site to leave reviews, and even send iOS contacts to one site or multiple sites while Android contacts are served other sites, while email contacts are offered still another set of choices.

Cons

Does not refer users to Yelp. Also, does not have built-in referral or loyalty functionality or even integrations. Does not do product reviews. This forces me to use multiple tools to offer all this functionality.

My overall experience with is simply great.

Pros

What I really liked about is that they have a free trial, this gives you the opportunity to try the software and see if this software actually suits your needs. Birdeye has a great scala of functionalities and these work really good, as far as I've seen. The UI is also nice, which makes it easier to work with.

Cons

has a lot of functionalities, this can make it a little bit overwhelming to get started with. I can't think of anything that I disliked about Birdeye though.

All of the customer service reps I've talked with have been super helpful and have worked with our IT guys when we had a problem that I couldn't understand.

Pros

It was super easy to set up and now that we have it going it makes it really easy to send a review link to anyone who we think would like to leave us one.

Cons

The chat feature times out after 60 seconds for people on our website which is just a little too quick for us to respond.

Pros

very useful tool for isolating your happy customers and identifying the ones that have concerns or complaints and address them directly.

Cons

one thing i would like to see in a future update is, we send surveys out with a review rating system of 5 stars, and only allow the 5 star reviewers to go to the section where we ask them to review us at our review sites. if they return a less than 5 start, we get the 'parked' review, but we never get to see what the star rating was on that parked review, whether it was 1,2,3 or 4 stars. would like to see that in the future.

We've been using Bird Eye for a couple of years now and I don't have any cons as of yet.

Pros

It gets people to post reviews. It also lets me know instantly if a patient has an issue so I can rectify it.

has an incredible dashboard of all kinds of reports to run allowing your company to see how they are doing. They also provide you a competitors overview to see how you are doing with competitors in your area.

Pros

allows us to capture reviews from our members and display them on our website for all to see!

I'm relatively new to using the reports and would like to have more time to be able to give a review on it.

The set up was good. The after set up Support is wonderful. I have had all of my questions answered quickly and accurately.

Pros

The best feature is being able to set up a drip email campaign and then watch as it works on its own to reach out to our customers. As reviews begin to come in we can assist the negative reviews while the system is gather others.

Cons

Unfortunately the responses from the email system is slim to none. this has no weight on how the software is used or works but more on our customers. I wish there was a better way to get more responses.

Reason for choosing Birdeye

Overall we found that everyone was offering the same thing for about the same price. Bird eye caught our eye for a number of reason. One thing I personally liked the best is the ability to update our company phone number, address, etc. in and it will update everywhere else (Google, Yelp, etc.)

I began using Birdseye solely for the purpose of surveying my customers after installations. Now im diving in to all the other amazing things it has to offer! Mostly though, I am impressed that the price is as good as it is.

The website is a little overwhelming, but rest assured its worth it!

Excellent experience with overall performance, agency support and account management.

Pros

makes it easy to keep an eye on our clients' reviews footprint. The professional layout and performance are very helpful in demonstrating value to our clients.

Cons

One integration process issue. We landed a major client who had an extremely large number of reviews on Kudzu. Before bringing this client into I had specific conversation with our rep concerning the critical need to port over the Kudzu reviews. I was promised this could be done - it never happened.

Reason for choosing Birdeye

has a very good reputation, brand identity, and it fit our agency's needs. As an agency, having quality support services helps with sales, client retention, and efficient account management.

Very good software to work with, easy to use and outstanding customer support.

Pros

The process for setting up is very quick and easy, The BirdEye team has a very efficient onboarding process they they perfected. The set-up was easy, the overall product is intuitive.

Cons

The only feature I'm missing is a report that tells me the # of reviews by star rating, by each agent requesting reviews, our use case is a monthly contest to award the agent with the most 4 & 5 star reviews each month.
