Stay away from ! It was a complete waste of time, energy, and money. Disappointing from start to finish.

Pros

Unfortunately, there was nothing I genuinely liked, as the results didn’t meet expectations. The promises weren't fulfilled.

Cons

They made big promises but delivered poor results. It felt like empty talk with no real value. is simply bad!

The QR Code! It is very easy to set up and is a creative and easy way to gather reviews. I have created so so many QR codes. I was able to customize them with logos and colors.

Easy to use and adopt - team was quickly onboarded and could take action both in setting up the reportings and gaining visibility but also to start responding and managing

Pros

Comprehensive tool to manage publicly available reviews, evaluations, display and findability of brand and business / stores / locations; nicely combines analytics with capabilities to manage and respond to create a positive public image.

Cons

Some of the functionality is heavily focused on social media in the original sense but not fully integrated into displaying and managing reviews or descriptions on booking platforms.

I have a small real estate company and I am perfectly capable of getting reviews on my own BUT I chose because the promised to fix some issues I have problems with. I have a lot of buyers and seller that live out of the country and they were no able to leave reviews on google for me. Birdeye said "NO PROBLEM", we can help you with this. Well, they did NOT help and did NOT solve the problem!!! I also told them I wanted to connect to my personal FB page NOT my business pages. Of course they lied to me and they couldn't connect to my personal page! I also have two (don't ask me how that happend...) google business pages and I wanted to connect to the one that has all the reviews. Again, they said no problem......This is over8 month ago and still no solution for either one of my issues. I complained and complained and the only thing that happend is that they assigned a new person to me every thime I called. Wanted to cancel because they did nothing but lie to me BUT ofcourse they were not willing to let me out of the contract. $3000 total waste of money, time and energy!!!

Absolutley nothing, what they promised sounded good but they did not deliver at all!

Poor. After multiple attempts to fix my concerns and create a beneficial experience my concerns were not met, I have been trying to cancel my account for 4 months and have had multiple emails ignored.

Pros

The social media scheduling was handy ..

The communication was very poor, I went months with no response to email communication. I received less than 10 reviews through in the 5 months I was under contract, their system did not communicate with my booking system correctly which meant we had multiple missed opportunities, I then had clients who received review requests multiple times - even if they had already left a review. I had 5 zoom calls in the effort to set up, and then resolve my concerns that all took over 45 minutes and unfortunately I left each call uncertain of a clear outcome. I found the language barrier very hard and a lot of things were misunderstood.

### "A Definite No - Look further"

Our experience with over the past year was one of the most frustrating and challenging periods we've ever had with a vendor. The onboarding process was incredibly painful, involving dozens of video calls, phone calls, and countless back-and-forth emails. Once we were finally on the system, the problems seemed never-ending. I estimate that I spent nearly 200 hours of my own time setting up our clients, not to mention the time invested by other team members. After six months, we could no longer, in good conscience, allow our clients to continue using such a flawed system and attempted to terminate our contract. Despite presenting all the issues we encountered from day one, BirdEye refused to cooperate and forced us to stay for the entire year. We felt they were in breach of contract given the numerous unresolved problems, but they disagreed and held us to the contract. Our agency initially chose BirdEye because they appeared to offer the solutions we needed for our clients, and we were excited to get started. However, we quickly discovered that many of their tools were not their own but rather integrations with third-party systems. When issues arose, BirdEye was unable to resolve them directly and had to contact the third parties, leaving us in a constant state of uncertainty. Some systems simply did not work, and we were advised not to sell them to our clients. Ironically, when we first signed up, a colleague from another agency warned me about BirdEye, jokingly asking if they had worked out all their bugs yet. I laughed it off at the time, but he was absolutely right. BirdEye might work for single business entities, but as an agency, they are far from ready to meet our needs. Given our experience, I would not recommend BirdEye to anyone. It is a huge relief that our difficult relationship with them has finally ended.

Pros

Reputation management was okay. Clients liked AI features, but all systems offer that now. Share to social was also a nice feature.

Cons

Onboarding was a nightmare. Customer support sub-par. Most tools are not their own and they had to reach out to 3rd parties to get things resolved, which happened a lot.

I have loved using . They take the time to understand our business needs and understand our brand positioning. They offer applicable information, high quality tools, and an ever-changing range of product offerings. We have used them for 3 years now and don't have plans of stopping. We have done our due diligence in comparing this product to other similar tools, and Birdeye proves it belongs on top.

Pros

As an agency, this is a great additional revenue driver for not only the agency, but for our clients as well. Generating and fostering positive reviews and having the ability to manage negative ones is a great benefit to clients of all sectors. The approach Birdye takes is high quality and very fair for businesses and consumers alike. It even has applications for overall PR strategy for clients as well. There are a handful of competitiors to that look like they generally "do the same thing", but if you want the job done right and done well, Birdeye is the unequivocal choice.

Cons

The only con from the agency perspective is that most businesses have a range of CRM's that their staff and leadership teams work in. Adoption to the tool for clients takes time and training. The support team and tools are very helpful when getting over this roadblock.

Some integrations take longer to set up, but support is there every step of the way with updates.

Overall, we are very happy with what offers.

Pros

We use to collect and manage Google and Facebook reviews of our product. We are impressed with the consumer-facing side of Birdeye. The automation of texting and emailing customers to request reviews is great. What we like the best is the way that the emails and text messages look when a customer receives them. The buttons are large and clear. The interface is easy to for the customer to use, and the process of writing a Facebook or Google review is really seamless and fast. Birdeye has helped us gather lots of reviews for Strong Cell. The best part of Birdeye is how the customer-facing interface handles negative feedback. When Birdeye presents the review request to the consumer, the button for Facebook and the button for Google are in blue, then at the bottom of the screen is a red button that requests negative feedback. When a customer clicks the red button, they are able to send our customer service team a message directly, giving us the opportunity to address their complaint, make it right, and provide a quality customer service experience. Meanwhile, arbitrating the potential negative review. This is fantastic.

Cons

The Shopify integration is not native. It is facilitated through Zapier. I prefer a native integration. Additionally, we feel limited in the widget options for displaying reviews on our site.

We had a lot of help in transferring our clients from the old company. The products offered have been easy to learn how to use, and the reporting tools have been helpful. The listing management has been great too.

I love and their customer service! When I reach a wall, they call meRight away and they are always so polite and their knowledge is huge!!

Pros

Since we got , our google reviews went from 46 to almost 1000 in less than 1 year!!! We LOVE IT!! The ability to text patients, confirm appointments via text etc… changed our practice to the better and saved us hours on the phones!!

Cons

I I would like the address book to have more fields so we could search lists according to what we are looking to text….

Overall, we are quite pleased with and plan to use their local listings service for years to come. The pricing is very competitive and we feed very comfortable with our rep. There are lots of other features that we hope to take advantage of in the future.

Pros

The cost for local listings management is very competitive, which is what initially drew us to . We have come to find that Birdeye provides incredible customer service. Our rep is quick to respond and always very friendly and enthusiastic. There are many other features available that we are currently not using yet, but are interested in -- most notably review management using AI.

Cons

For the local listings management service, there are multiple groupings of directory listings that can be chosen from. This was not explained to us initially, so we went with the default one that we were assigned -- assuming we were being synced to all directories. Eventually, we realized that we were not being synced to all directories and we chose a different grouping then what we originally were assigned.

Overall experience with is great. They are very helpful and informative. They help as soon as we ask for it and go above and beyond when it comes to showing us what we can do and use.

Pros

I love the customizable social feature. We have multiple clinics that all have different logos and colors. This helps make it very easy to post to all clinics at once. We also love the Reporting software. Its very easy to use and gives us all the basics that we need. Or if we would like to go in depth we can.

Cons

Survey integration has been our least favored item. It seems like we will need to change the way the front desk checks customers in, in order to use this correctly and this could get very messy. I loved how easy it is to use and customize but when it comes down to the front desk remembering to change the way they work on a day to day it will be difficult to incorporate and implement.

It's OK. I'm frustrated that there are no learning modules to take a new Admin User or Owner through the basic setup and functionality. It's an easy interface on the surface - but much to learn by plowing through Help Topics one-by-one or opening a Support ticket for each issue I encounter...

Pros

Fairly easy user interface - although sometimes at the cost of functionality (or self-customization). Nice dashboard for our Clients to view their Reviews and Reports if they want.

Cons

Not easy to pull reports with every view I want (without making a "feature request" to add that report or view that I want. Also, Help topics are not nearly detailed enough to describe why to click ON/OFF each setting option (for instance) - and what impact that would have for functionality or user control (or notification).

We've been with them for several years, and the value you receive is top-notch for this type of service. We have reviewed at least 10 of them over the years and have stayed with since they provide great support.

Pros

One of the best things about is the customer service. Our agency rep \[sensitive content hidden\] has been spot on answering our questions and getting resolutions to any issues we have. He has also been very supportive, providing assets to help us grow.Our clients would most likely not have a review system in place without us bringing a solution to the table, and Birdeye has allowed us to provide this comprehensive solution to help build our client pages on social platforms.

Cons

There are some small glitches with the connections, but that seems like an issue with a lot of platforms that are using API connections. You have to monitor your connections to make sure everything is still running smoothly. The monthly recap is a great way to identify missing connections but you still need to make sure things are connected properly.

Because it is complicated for field service specialists to constantly check checks, 's perspective is very valuable. The busier the group of guys is, the less likely they will be to be slow to ask for a check, because Birdeye makes it easier for the specialists as they deliver what is required. Also, remembering passwords and browsing several different websites is equally or more difficult than remembering reviews. If a review has a score of less than 5, I want you to be able to get started immediately. Birdeye brings everything together in one accessible place plus it tells me about new releases. We have recently become registered with Birdeye, however, we can already see a distinction.

Pros

This program is really easy to learn and has provided a knowledge base, plus contact with the user if you want further assistance. It is hygienic, clear and easy to use. It brings all your notes together in one easy to find place. In addition to integrating with our field program for requesting repairs, it can be linked to the company's website and can be fully customized with company branding to match the look and feel of the website. It happens automatically every day and they will ask the customer a question twice more, waiting two days between requests. Repetition increases the percentage of the customer making the critique, however, they do not aggravate the customer.

Cons

Perhaps because we are novices at , I don't care about their software problems. Everything works as it should.

I lost money by using and they still wont fix the issues!

The ability to get more reviews on google

Cons

Lots of issues with integrations and billing but most of all I purchased Yext through them and was given Synup! I was lied to and when I called them out on it they said oh we will give you Yext now, I asked for a refund and they said they were working on it, I found this out at the end of July or beginning of August then I told them I would not be renewing my 25 locations, they then said they would send me a new contract, tried to get me to sign a 3-year contract, I refused and said I wanted to drop down to 10 locations, they then sent me a new contract for one year, I didn't sign, then they auto renewed, I'm reporting them to the state attorney! Also everyone I dealt with was fired or left!

Overall, my experience with has been very positive. The ability to build campaigns with templates and automate the sends has been a game-changer for us. I can't argue with the results on the review side of things. There are still some features we haven't utilized yet, like CRM integration.

Pros

The ability to direct customers to multiple review sites has allowed us to target key review platforms and have an immediate impact. We have been piloting for one of our office locations and the results have been amazing. So far, in about 7 months, we have increased our Google reviews +110%, Facebook +68% and BBB +260%. I've also run some preliminary numbers on impact of organic search traffic and early indications suggest that Birdeye has given us at least a 5-10% boost in "discovery" searches on our GMB page. The ease of use of this software has been great. The automations have freed up time to focus on other things. The webchat has also been a very effective tool to get ahead of potential issues and keep customers happy, or at least prevent them from getting overly upset. That's been an added bonus for sure. The website review widget is a nice feature - putting our growing / positive online reputation on prominent display when our customers visit our website.

Cons

I would like some more integration with google analytics. We do get some spam that comes through the web chat - not an unusual amount, but it is a bit annoying and seems to come in waves.
