Cons

Just recently that we had an issue with logging in and we have to remove everyone then put then back again to rectify the login issue.

Pros

Management of reviews is critical and is very user friendly. Chat bot has been critical because it increases patient retention

Cons

Direct feedback feature needs a new set up. It can be confusing to patients.

I love everything about and the technical issues I have had have been solved by the support team. They are awesome and I can’t say enough about them

Pros

Love . Some small things I would like to change but overall great company and more importantly great customer service

Cons

Having to chat live w support for healthcare providers to get healthcare listings added. Also not having Apple Maps categories listed in the initial setup.

We're extremely happy with and all of the services that we subscribe to.

Pros

makes it easy for existing customers to review their actual experience and it helps with the overall customer experience. Customers would always tell us they were happy with our service and they would always say they would leave a review online for us. It didn't always happen for different reasons but Birdeye makes it really easy for them to leave reviews inn just a couple of mouse clicks.

Cons

I wish it would work with Yelp like it does with Google.

Pros

I loved the features, but I was hesitant at the beginning because of the learning curve, but assigned me \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], and man, he really took his time and was always available to answer any questions I had. That made my decision to go with Birdeye a good decision for me, as I was afraid of not dedicating the time needed to learn it. Now that I understand the software, its a beautiful tool! I recommended it 100%

Cons

if I had to say something, I'd say the switching of customer accounts could be a lil bit quicker, but besides that the platform is grat and steady

### "A Solid Tool for Brand and Review Management"

Pros

is a solid tool, and is best for sourcing reviews and performing brand management. It makes automating review sourcing from clients very easy and as such is highly scalable for companies that have a high volume of customers to source reviews from.

Cons

For agencies managing several companies, the UI can make it a bit difficult to manage multiple users and businesses. Also, the reporting is relatively week and doesn't provide sophisticated, deeper insights into analyzing a brand's reputation.

Pros

might be useful for those doing only monitoring. For those who want to generate reviews they are inconsistent and have no value add. ROI is 0%.

Cons

lured us in with promises, but they didn't deliver. They are the master of the hard pitch but in the end they get you to pay a lot of money for almost no value added. Actually none in our case. For a review company it does not have the ability to externally review it on google, facebook, or almost any other third party sites I can find. The whole organization used birdeye. However, birdeye was in fact not useful because it did not do what was promised. We were not able to have google reviews as part of our survey. We were not able to link to our third party rating websites that we needed to. The purchase was not useful and then they ignored us when we asked for our money back.

Would like to understand which site you were not able to aggregate into your account. Concerning your surveys, Google does have a policy that you can not review gate, and we adhere to all Google policies as to not put your business at risk. I would be happy to discuss Google's policy further as it relates to your survey requests. All Spin - Brokers steer clearWe are a mortgage brokerage in Australia who were sold on this by slick sales staff who constantly bad mouthed their competitors. The product is not fit for purpose, after sales support is deplorable, people don't respond, completely disregard or ignore question or concers and even address you by the wrong name. We are seeking a refund as this product is not fit for purpose and has not delivered as promised, and have been completely ignored. We will be making official complaints with Australian authorities should things not improve within the week.

Awful after sales service and rude operators who don't know what they are doing

### "Worked Great for our Business"

Our business had an issue with online reputation/review management. Through years of neglecting in addressing this issue, it just piled up with more and more negative reviews. The problem is that this was by no means an accurate reflection of the services we provide, rather it was from a few disgruntled or happy "customers" which is quite common in medicine. Once we implemented , I started seeing the 5 star reviews pour in. We saw our Google review average go from a measly 3.3 to a 4.6 in 6 months, with other sites trending upwards similarly. As a result, we've seen an increase in our business and couldn't be happier.

Pros

It's easy and straightforward to use and really produced the results we were looking for.

Cons

Nothing really - I found it to be user friendly, intuitive, and loved the dashboard feature.

Pros

The implementation setup was easy with full support from . The software platform is so easy to use and has a great reporting section. Also you can have automatic responses go out for good reviews.

Cons

Can't fault it for much, the custom set up for reveiew responses could have been labelled easier, so if a 3 star review came in, a 3 star auto response goes out. That would be helpful.

The demo was excellent and product offerings were supierior.

They have not generated any leads for us & they don't provide the promised service. They don't deliver any service and don't care to respond except to charge us monthly. Seems to be no more than elaborate scam of small business and would recommend it be avoided. Had to cancel our credit card to stop them from charging us.

None. There is nothing positive about this organisation.It appears to be an elaborate scam!

Cons

Impossible to cancel. Avoid at all costs.

It's been great. Customer service is great and professional.

Pros

My favorite feature is the review platform (which is why we purchased the product. However, the sms feature has proven a return on investment in itself. It was a feature I didn't think I would use but it has significantly increased our business.

Cons

I wish there was a better integration and easier way to leave reviews for platforms such as Yelp and Facebook. I know this is not a problem as it is Yelp and Facebook policy issue. I also wish it integrated with Thumbtack.

The software is by far one of the easiest and best ways to let visitors to your social media platforms know how your clients feel about the work you do. We have a very successful tattoo studio for the past 19 years and at first we thought the Birdeye product wasn’t necessary... We could have been more wrong. As the positive reviews started to mount up and the numbers climbed, far surpassing those of our competitors, we realized the power of this software. Birdeye let the social media shoppers in on An intimate level, right from the mouths or our satisfied clients.

Cons

When it come to reasons not to have this software installed, there are truly none. One might think that there’s some risk opening up the public review process to unsatisfied reviews. The truth is, invites a client with a negative experience to contact the business first with there gripes before posting to the social media platforms in the effort to repair the negative experience hence circumventing the posting to a public forum.
