Several sites praised how easy it was to use compared to usual EDCs. The customer service team has always been very quick and helpful when answering our queries about potential changes to study forms. Cons At the time I used the EDC review of live data without extraction on the website was quite minimal, more tools to review and summarise data without having to download it would be helpful.
