I like how simple it is to build and create eCRF, and how I can always count on customer support for any kind of issue and can be solved very quickly. Pros Greenlight Guru Clinical is user-friendly and very easy to build for clinical investigations and PMCF studies. Reaching out to support is also easy and they are always able to help and support on how to structure your study. Cons Rules for building the survey or clinical investigation can be improved. Greenlight Guru Clinical has had great support as we have gotten up and running. The shortfalls of how our study was set up are getting ironed out and things are running along very well. Pros I loved the Greenlight Guru Clinical support as we initiated our first clinical trial. Ida was great with walking me through needs and changes. Cons The extraction of data. I would really love there to be easily extractable data charts and info and a platform that provides that as part of their package would be well received. Also, if there could be a pricing option for the 'until you officially start the study' because you never really know how long it is going to be before you can initiate the first participants. We spent well over a year waiting for the regulating authority to approve our study without really using Greenlight Guru but had to pay the full amount during that time. Pros It is compliant with all the regulations for MDR, so it makes it easy to have approved in data agreements. It's also easy to setup studies and test them before publishing them. Cons It's a very high expense for the purpose, I think GGG has expanded it's offering but we don't need to use 80% of the new things but the cost is quite high. My company is asking for cheaper alternatives all the time, so it's hard to keep justifying the expense. Would be nice to have a less expensive option to select only the parts we need. People dont like when they have to rotate their phone to get more options. the soft ware is slow and people also dont like that you can't log back in and change your answers.
