It runs really smoothly. I have only been using it for about 5 months so I haven't ventured into certain aspects. Cons There are a few features that are wanting. I would only say that during set-up, I would spend extra time to ensure all the forms are accurate and create individual forms Pros I enjoyed how user friendly the platform was and the ease of creating reports was an excellent feature Cons I did not like that forms were not individually created. The staff involved in training us were very helpful not only during organised training sessions but also via email where they were very quick to answer any questions we had. They have been key in making sure everything has been done efficiently when time is valuable. Pros It is very easy to design Electronic Case Report Forms using Greenlight Guru Clinical. The variety of question and answer types has made it very quick and efficient to tailor forms to how we want them to be presented. Other features such as adding validation rules are also very easily implemented making the process very straightforward. Cons Reminders for participants to complete forms are currently sent automatically, it would be ideal if reminders could be sent manually too. Review Source DM Darwin M. Pros The interface is user-friendly and easy to add and find data. The user can easily navigate to the tabs and panes so one is able to see if data is missing or incorrect. Pros The product support and flexibility of the offer. The system well supports our research aims and data collection requirements and will enhance our processes to make them more streamlined. Cons It is not perhaps quite as intuitive and simple to set up trial processes as I would expect, however, support is there. Reason for choosing Greenlight Guru Clinical The customer service from the start was responsive and timely. I had to chase competitors for quotes and demonstrations which indicated to me the type of service I might expect using competitor software. No such problems with Smart-Trial. The software was clear and easier to navigate for trial participants than other products, was more secure in its data protection and the company are up to speed with current changes to medical device regulatory processes which their product supports. It allows to easily scale the study for multi-sites and multi-phase trials. Data export can be tested and used to prepare analysis scripts so that the report for the final analysis can be quickly provided for review. May 24, 2018 4.0 It was a good introduction to using a data management system. The service from the company was also very helpful concerning set up, use, and validation of the system. Pros The format is large and easy to read and use. It was convenient having someone else set up the system for us instead of having to do it ourselves. Jon always replied to our emails and made changes to the set up very quickly. Cons It was slow (this might have already been improved). I do not know how it is integration with other apps working. Cons I think the system should ask for the vistit date when the study patient was at site, instead of the date you open the eCRF. How to set the time is not a good way. You should be able to write it down with numbers instead of the " stupid " clock. Several sites praised how easy it was to use compared to usual EDCs. The customer service team has always been very quick and helpful when answering our queries about potential changes to study forms. Cons At the time I used the EDC review of live data without extraction on the website was quite minimal, more tools to review and summarise data without having to download it would be helpful.
