That it is web based program that Allows us to use the program why we are on in like. We also like the interface

Cons

No scan bar program to allow easy access to the particular job and intern. Check check or you would prefer to have a simple system to scan a barcode enter the detailed information and creating proof of service.

I have looked and looked to find something that I don't like, and after 3+ years there is not a single thing.

Cons

There is nothing I dislike about ServeManager, if you can find something wrong all you have to do is call and they can fix it or ad something to your liking.

Satisfied for my purposes wish it were easier to get questions answered and documents were useable instead of having to go to other sites to get useable docs for court

Pros

Professional appearing but system is not clearly explained so u need to do a lot of trial and error? POS templates when printed look small print and overlapping printing on bottom of last pages making it unusable? System seems to keep closed files on active status and doesn’t remove finished jobs from gps routes so I can’t use it? Just a few of my personal issues? But it still is better than nothing so I continue using it and try to resolve problems and print out my own docs for court I just don’t use servemanager templates? That’s my biggest disappointment?

Cons

Confusing system for less tech people like me, it keeps old files and closed accounts and can’t seem to remove them from gps routes and lists?

Overall I am very satisfied.

Pros

I love how this software is user friendly. As a business owner, I have never had an issue training any new server, as the software is self explanatory. I love the GPS stamped attempts and the fact that my clients are automatically updated. The option for my client to pay online is also very efficient! I love the newest improvements such as mass attempt updates. The company is very customer service oriented and takes recommendations from servers to heart! I have tried a couple other programs but Serve Manager is by far the best.

Cons

I wish the mobile site had more options. I find myself needing to switch to the desktop site from my mobile device which can be hard to read and time consuming to do.

The software handles my entire business. I only scratched the surface using it the first year for primarily invoicing. These guys are here to help. Their customer service is amazing and they tell you what they can do for you not what they can't. Find out the full potential. It has saved me and my business countless hours and money.

Pros

The customer service is like no other. It is super easy to use. There are plenty of Webinars, videos, product information and they are always looking for more ways to make my life easier.

Cons

My only complaint is not having control over my Job number.

Customer service is probably the best I have experienced with a vendor! I get responses back right away and if a problem can be solved immediately, it usually always is taken care of right away if not the same day at the latest.

Pros

You can hit the ground running with this software. It is very intuitive and although SM offers many training modules you really don't need them to get started right away.

Cons

Sometimes a new upgrade can take time to be rolled out. However, this can be expected with many large companies.

The overall experience of having ALL your business numbers, how many serves last month, how much in billing this moth so far, how much outstanding in invoices. Love that!

Pros

I really appreciate that the team at ServeManager is happy to customize any changes you need. An example, we had a client that required the county to be listed on the affidavit in the address. They had no problem adding that to my affidavits. Great service!

Cons

I do not have any negative feed back at this time.

I think this is one of the best management programs out there. It will keep your cases organized. Which is really useful if you have a big case load. The customer service i received was always great and fast at responding.

Pros

Great a keeping track of serves and following each case from beginning to end

Cons

I wish the layout was more user friendly. I find myself having to search for options more often than not.

My experience has been phenomenal. Whenever I have had a question it has always been addressed immediately. Also, this software has allowed me to seamlessly schedule and bill clients. This is a must if you are going to impress clients with your organization and speed.

Pros

The ease of use and simple layout makes this a very easy platform to organize serves and clients.

Cons

There are so few negatives. One would be that you can't search for an address in the jobs search field.

Having not only servers I use but clients work within Servemanager is likely the greatest asset of Servemanager in terms of streamlining the process of receiving, serving and completion of legal service of process. Going into at least five years of use, Servemanager works very well as I have many clients uploading and comfortably navigating within my account to do functions that previously took hours of work for me or my staff to attend to. The same can be stated for the work that is assigned to my servers. For the most part, the beginning to the end of a service is achieved via all involved parties (servers, clients, my staff) connecting and communicating within jobs. This central hub for the location of each job absolutely has revolutionized the way I operate.

Pros

Functionality. It's designed to fulfill exactly what is needed when tracking service of process. There are countless fields of data to retain and Servemanager covers everything. The software is intuitive and easy to use. There is a very little learning curve to start working within the platform. I

Cons

There is no perfect software. Everyone has preconceived notions and ideas on how a platform such as this should operate. What helped me overcome this is to utilize a business practice that I often consider. Think outside the box. If the software doesn't do something you need it to do, I had to realize there may be an alternative way to do this. After overcoming a few of these hurdles, I was able to drive Servemanager to its maximum potential and find little lacking. Granted, there are some things I believe are lacking but what Servermanager does well far exceeds any of its limitations.

Reason for choosing ServeManager

Other software I explored either had too much or not enough. Some were not even based in the US. Choosing a platform to use for my company was like finding my wife. It wasn't easy! I held on to my custom PSS MS Access based software for at least 10+ years. Going through the pro's and con's of every software system out there was tedious and I don't wish it on anyone. My advice to anyone would be to start using Servemanager and see how easy it is to use. Another concern of mine is how long will a software company remain in business? After personally meeting with the owners of Servemanager on numerous occasions and following their companies I felt reasonably assured that Servemanager would be available for the duration of the existence of my company. I intend to use it for that long.

### "ServeManager - The Obvious Choice"

Tracking invoicing has become much simpler and while that came to mind first, I can't help but acknowledge that ServeManager gives me a million times less paperwork at the end of our fiscal year. Do I need to know my gross profit? What was I doing the day I logged 150 miles and forgot to write it down? I've been to this address before. Were these people friendly or hostile? ServeManager has answered those questions for me a hundred time over just by going back and looking. If you logged it down, it's still there and sometimes it's there regardless. My overall experience is that ServeManager has become a tool I use that is just as common as a business card and a pen. It goes everywhere with me.

Pros

ServeManager created an easy to use, everything under one roof experience that saved us time and money which are two things you never get back, especially in this industry. The database of servers that use ServeManager is creating a professional network where a summons issued in Missouri can be served in Maine in a matter of hours. The options for online payment, cloud storage and GPS coordinates to proves serves are becoming a staple in this ever evolving industry. ServeManager stayed on top of that and continues to offer the best in Process Service software.

Cons

While it is unfair to say it is a con, ServeManager never reported to be "Private Investigator Software". I used it for that for a period of time until I found another software to use. That particular software stated that they could handle my process service portion of my business as well. But they couldn't keep up with the ease of use that ServeManager offered.

Serve Manager is the best product on the market. They often and readily accept feedback which they use to make improvements to this service on a sometime monthly bases. One of the original creators still calls and keeps in touch with us every month. Who else does that?

Pros

Five years ago when I started my company I needed a lot of help. This product made navigating through the process of service of process easier. There were many things I needed help with after I made a serve and this product help me figure them out. The ease of allowing us to do things such as national affidavits of service, invoices, auto address generator when creating jobs, keeping up with different clients and court cases makes it an excellent product and much superior to similar products on the market. Did I mention the even have a mobile version which makes things easer for servers in the field! I couldn't imagine operating my business without it. Serve Manager was honestly the best initial investment I made for my business besides my business license.

Cons

Wish there were easier ways of changing court names and address once they've been added to a field.

Reason for choosing ServeManager

I chose Serve Manager because they did such a good job of convincing up front of the value of the product. I was swayed by the enthusiasm of the person of the person explaining the benefits the software would have to me. The other companies didn't make me feel that my success was as important to them.

Utilizing ServeManager has saved our company a bundle in administrative work by streamlining the entire serving process. The ServeManager's staff are extremely professional, reaching out to us each and every month. Letting us know how much they appreciate doing business with us, and to inquire if we need help with anything! Their team members are sincere, honest and ready to help in anyway they can. We look forward to utilizing ServeManager for years to come.

Pros

The features are second-to-none and are consistently improved, with new features added on a regular basis. The remote mobile access contains all the tools needed when out on the job, in realtime! GPS logging to support actual attempts made, and emails the attempts to the client and to the server when the option is enabled to do so. Notes for the ongoing process for each case as it remains active/open. The newest feature "e-serve" will be a great feature when more courts start to allow/accept e-serves. It would take a month to list all the awesome features ServeManger has to offer. You can't go wrong with this product and the service provided.

Cons

ServeManager could certainly use more electronic payment processing providers, like Square.com. 🤔

In regards to your concern with issuing invoices, what you could do is open the specific client company from your Companies tab, then navigate to the invoices tab where you can see all invoices for that particular company. From this page, you can use the date range filters to isolate the specific jobs, then using the options dropdown menu to mass issue the selected jobs. You can also apply payments to multiple jobs, create a statement, or create a bulk .pdf file of all the invoices. Saves time! I can do the job from start to finish including billing the client and offering them the ability to pay with an online link to be able to do so saving the client time and mailing fees.

Pros

I love being able to utilize the program straight from my cell phone. I can do billing, set up jobs and the GPS feature and directions to the subject location makes entering the completion of a service of process done in real time. I love being able to set my clients up as a collaborator and more time is saved when they upload their jobs for me to do. It has saved me hours of administrative time.

Cons

The email that is sent to clients to collaborate seems to make them feel uncomfortable. I have always had to reassure and follow up.

When we started our company a little over a year ago we had experience with several other software programs for process servers. There was never even a discussion about which software company we wanted to use. Servemanager is the best software out there for process servers. Now that we own the company the functions for invoicing pricing and contact with our clients is exceptional

Pros

The software is very easy to use and it is always available two are process servers. It has many functions that are very useful to a process serving company.

Cons

My number one complaint was that we could not do Mass services at one location. This is now a part of the service program the only problem we have with it is it does not do a mess serve for the same address only for the companies with the same name.

Ease of use with the routing and mapping turn by turns

Cons

Mapping. It no longer give you a vocal turn by turn, you need to read while driving which is not good. It added 30 to 60 more seconds on each job because our field staff have to pull up google maps and enter the address manually and get the maps to work. Now on the platform you click on the address and it does nothing more than give you the step, no audio or turn by turn which is very poor usage and now adds more time.

Reason for choosing ServeManager

The mapping and routing, but now the mapping is no longer a turn by turn it makes me wonder if there is something better out there!

overall i really like using serve manager. it is easy to learn and use. i have recommended the software to several other servers and companies over the years.

Pros

it is very easy to use. i like how it links to your clients and they can get status updates right away. it is so easy to create affidavits, which use to take me a while to do one, now less than a minute.

Cons

i don't like that when one of our servers does an attempt it sends the update from the servers email so when the client emails back it goes to the server and not our company. we have had servers in the past that have taken clients from us because of this.

Pros

I like the ease of usage! Very impressed with mapping system. The ability to use it in the field is extremely good because when I get in from the field my work is done.

Cons

I had no system prior to this one. The only thing I disliked was that their was no training available that I knew of.

I had spoken with other companies that have it and use it and they spoke highly of the program. Also talk to a rep at one of the meetings I attended.

Pros

Ease of use, especially when time-crunched. Upload/download, get it done efficiently and quickly. I use invoicing for other than process servicing and works greater than others.

Can't readily think of added uses needed.

Super easy to use along with a low monthly cost.

Cons

There's no contractor statements that can be printed when submitting payments. Some affidavits require customization and would like to be able to save them for future use.
