### "Serve Manager Review"

I like ServeManager, its mobile app as well as the desktop version. Being able to upload in the field is ideal for time sensitive serves, allowing our clients and co-workers fast access to the serve or attempt information. We have been able to, in some instances have all the declarations waiting for a server when they get home from serving, making the turn around time for getting the signed declarations to our clients much quicker than the pre ServeManager days.

Pros

The form entry is incredibly user friendly, and fast when dealing with volume. The save and share button is one of my favorite things as you can send the completed declaration to the server to sign at the same time you are saving the information into the system. A real time saver!

Cons

I wish there was a way to have the city the server is signing the declaration auto populate, that would be a real time saver when creating invoices.

Pros

Very easy to use and straight to the point.

Cons

There is no app for ServeManager. That would really be my only suggestion. Makes life easier for the servers out in the field.

Extremely hands on customer care. I feel like I matter and Im not just a number.When ever I have an inquiry it is handled immediately.

Pros

The software is very intuitive and easy to navigate. It is extremely user friendly during data entry and is equally smooth during day to day use. The layout and screen presentation are logical and easy on the eyes and brain.

Cons

I wish there was a sort capability by order Number and by Invoice number. I havent been able to figure the rhyme or reason to that as they seem to be random. However you can just type the order number in or click the job # link from your email. A last view option like when going to invoices it automatically only shoe the open invoices which is normally what you are looking for when you go to that screen.

Overall I really like serve manager. It has a lot of great features and awesome customer service.

Pros

This is a great program. I love that it is web based so I can access it from anywhere. The program overall all is easy to use and set up. I also like that you can collaborate with other servers that use serve manager. It is very convenient when you have to complete a serve outside of your area. Overall this is a great program and makes it easy to run a business.

Cons

I wish there was a tab under serve status for the bad addresses. When you log an attempt as a bad address it just shows up in serve manager as an attempt. To me defeats the purpose. It should show as a bad address. There should also be a bad address tab under serve status so you can accurately track your jobs.

### "Servemanager just makes things easier"

Myself and my Office manager find it extremely user friendly, and very low maintenance.

Pros

The best part of the software is that it allows us to enter cases easily. When we have a similar Court case already entered, the software picks up that prior entry and auto fills, saving us time. The other best feature is how easily our outside Independent Process Servers can update us instantly of what is going on in the field. They send to us realtime information! Third, we love the Online Billing feature. We invoice a client, and sometimes within minutes they pay the invoice through STRIPE, a fantastic way to get paid quickly.

Cons

The typeset seems a bit small, and there is not a way to adjust for that, to my knowledge. So a Field Sheet may not allow a Bold set of letters, other than capitalization.

Great product, great customer support. It was a good choice.

Pros

Ease of use, being able to collaborate with other servers and clients easier, minimizing back and forth emails.

Cons

Not many reporting features. It isn't accounting software so it's not meant to but would like to see some more options for running reports on server pay, year over year stats right from the overview page. But they always seem to be making improvements for the better.

Reason for choosing ServeManager

Cost, and seemed less user friendly and complicated to use than ServeManager. Time is money in this industry.

I have recommend this program to all of my friends who are in the business. My attorneys love it and have high praise for their ability to keep track of their serves with a push of a button.

Pros

I am amazed at how easy this program is to use. Also the ability to customize it to suite you individual needs.

Cons

So far I haven't found anything I do not like.

My overall experience has been positive and I have no intention on changing to any other product. On top of the app I would also like to see eservice available when jobs are assigned to you outside of your company.

Pros

I like the ease of use and how easy it is to collaborate with other companies. Keeps track of everything. The GPS feature is nice to have and all the servers use it.

Cons

I wish they would have a IOS and a Google App to make things easier as opposed to always having to log onto the internet site and report your attempts.

Reason for choosing ServeManager

The staff and sales rep were in tune to my needs and made sure everything was working correctly. The price was on point and the ease of use were the biggest factors.

Overall it’s been an excellent experience. If I’ve had any difficulty using features customer service has been very helpful in giving me directions to a solution

Pros

ServeManager allows you to work on every job fro start to the invoice being paid.

Cons

I would like to see a mobile app. It’s relatively easy to sign into the mobile site but I think it would increase productivity for Servers to have access to an instant app

One of the coolest features is the ability to automate work orders with other companies all around the US through Servemanager with a high level of automation and greater transparency for our clients.

Pros

ServeManager software combines ease of use, excellent automation features and a committed and dependable support team. The costs are scaled into the size of operation so they are not burdensome. Servemanager puts us a step ahead of the curve and allows us to bring 21st century technology into the legal world more fluently.

Cons

I don's really have a complaint I can think of. The software works great and whenever I have needed help or adjustment the Lawgical support staff have always been available and helpful.

The largest benefit is keeping my business finances in order. I can now stay on top of who has paid and who hasn't. I used to be at a few thousand dollars on open invoices. Now, thanks to their account aging report, I can stay on top of customers that don't pay timely. The integration with stripe has been awesome. Many of my non-local customers love paying online. The rates are in-line with everyone else out there. Customers also love the automated updates when there is an activity with their case. Happy customers return!

Pros

So many reasons to love this software. I would truly be lost without it. I like how everything is organized. It tracks all by serves, does the billing, generates reports (even specific court forms) and the dashboard lets me keep it all in check.

Cons

I do wish it had a few other features. But good news, they are always updating the software. I would like to see a field sheet in the format of a #10 envelope. That way we can have a handy-sized field sheet that holds the documents in it or can be paperclipped for larger jobs.

Everything has been amazing! There have been several times where I needed a new court form added to the list of available ones. With a quick email to the support team, it is there and there very quickly! Each and every time that I have had a question or suggestion, they are there to address it right away!

Pros

The software is so easy to use! Every function is very simple to use and can learn extremely quickly, even with minimal experience.

Cons

The ability to create office job numbers. There is a spot for the client's job number and the automatically generated one from serve manager. Our office uses our own job numbers. This helps us with filing and things along those lines. Would like to be able to use a feature like that.

Has helped improve efficiency. While I won't hit the 75 serves/month mar for a while, I was having trouble keeping 20 monthly serves organized before SM. It is essential to me and my PT helper.

Pros

If you're a process server who needs to organize and get your act together paperwork-wise, this software is essential. CHeck out the GPS Attempts and other features. Easy invoicing. Lots to love..

Cons

Wish it could track my other, non process serving jobs. A mileage tracker would be an awesome add-on to the attempts.

Hi Michael, Thanks for the review! We always love hearing our user's success stories when it comes to efficiency and organization. In regards to your concern with tracking mileage, what you could do is create a Route from your Map section in the Job's tab. With routes, you can set a start/end destination, and include up to 25 different jobs in the route. The system will not only calculate the mileage of the total trip, it will also provide turn-by-turn directions and a link to open the specific location on Google Maps/Apple Maps so you can have assisted navigation while on the go. Serve Manager not only track my jobs, it does the routing for deliveries, and does invoicing. I love knowing and being able to show evidence of when and where service was made.

Pros

The program works flawlessly and they are constantly adding more great features. The price is a bonus too, it is very reasonable.

There are always more features I would like to have. They are constantly developing and adding features so I can't really complain.

Easy to use, provides all functions necessary in the world of process serving.

Cons

The only downfall I have, is being required to pay for changes to the system for proofs or things necessary to my specific company. If I am paying monthly for the service, I think you should as a company, allow a handful of free changes per year, then have to pay if there are excessive changes......

### "My company loves Serve Manager "

Pros

The software is easy to use, the staff is very responsive when we have needs or concerns, and they are just all around good people. With Serve Manager, you get a ton on bang for your buck. I highly recommend them.

Cons

My biggest issue is that it feels like it takes a step or two more than I would like to print anything out, but it's a pretty minor inconvenience.

Pros

Ease of use! It takes all the complicated, daunting tasks and automates them for you.

Cons

I have not come across to many Cons for the software. Occasionally I find that two cases become linked together, but I am not 100% it is not user error.

The thing I like most about Serve Manager is the customer support and ease of use. It is simple to use, simple to set up and has customer service like no other.

Cons

The thing that I like least is that I have to have multiple email addresses - one for my personal business and another for use on another companies site that I contract for.

Overall this is a great prodcut that has simplified and organized management of my serves. I always have an instant updated status of my serves.

Pros

This software has covered all of the bases with regards to serving process. From uploading the documents to documenting attempts to completing and sending the affidavits.

Cons

I would like it to be easier to upload cutomized affidavits. Currently we have to send a request to ServeManager and wait for their upload. I would like to be able to customize and upload the affidavits that I use most. Waiting for ServeManager to uplaod affidavits seems a bit inefficient.

Reason for choosing ServeManager

The free trial allowed me to use the product. After seeing it in action there was no need to look at other products. This product makes process serving easy and efficicient which converts to increased productivity.

Cons

ServeManager helps me to always keep up with the papers I need to serve as well as my billing. It has helped me keep everything on track. I love that I don't have to use anything else!

Pros

I love how easy it is to use this software. I had a couple of issues when I started using it 2 years ago and customer service was wonderful and walked me through everything. The software is mostly self explanatory.

Cons

I really haven't found anything I don't like about the software. We even use it on our phones in the field.
