Bookky Legal Services Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Good software" March 1, 2019 4.0 If the software were perfect it would allow for the entry of mileage and postage expenses for every job and produce a report at the end of the year for tax purposes. However, that being said. I could not run the business without ServeManager. Pros It keeps all my jobs organized. I always know where I stand with each job. Lots of room to write notes and it’s easy to upload pictures of the people I serve using the mobile app. Cons The thing I like least is that the software does not account for the service of multiple defendants in one job. Customer support suggested that I set each defendant as a separate job, but that is counterintuitive to my clients resulting in multiple invoices for what they consider one job. March 1, 2019 5.0 ServeManager customer service is excellent, they always stay on top of your needs as a client and work hard to keep their product constantly evolving to better meet the needs of my company. Pros I absolutely adore this software for keeping my ongoing and past jobs organized. Creating invoices, messaging clients, creating Affidavits and keeping track of due dates, client instructions and special requirements has never been easier. Pros The product is easy to use, intuitive and allows me to move more papers than ever before. Their friendliness make it enjoyable to call them when you have a problem or don't know the proper way to do something. Pros This software is effective in the field and allows you to click a few buttons to finish up your work while you are in the field. Cons The signature block can only be submitted makes with your finger or pen on the phone pad. It causes your signature to be ugly. Pros I think that using the app to notify clients of the status is extremely beneficial. It is my mobile secretary. The attempts that are made and duly noted are automatically added to the Affidavit. We recently released a feature that allows you to update multiple jobs at the same address with a mass attempt. To turn this feature on, go to My Account > Settings > Enable Mass Attempts. We tried switching over to another software and it was very difficult to use. We went back to ServeManager right away Cons I do not like that we can not print out all statements at one time. August 31, 2020 5.0 In total, I am very glad that I shifted to this program, and I would highly recommend it for anyone who has high volumes of process services to complete. The fact that it will generate my invoices, track my billing, and allow me to have multiple employees on the program makes it all the more useful. Pros The software allows me to keep track of my processes, active cases close cases, archive cases and companies, all immediately available and easily edited as required. Are use a different software program for my private investigation cases, and this software is much easier to use and helps keep my investigation cases segregated from my process serving cases. Cons The software does require a lot of items to be entered that may not be necessary for the Process Service itself, but it is good to have it in my records, so it takes a few extra minutes to enter cases when I receive them. But I consider that to be minor compared to the overall value that I have with this program. Review Source JB John B. December 12, 2018 5.0 I deal a lot with marketing and serve manager is the main way i keep up with the work my clients have submitted. I can filter out the active jobs, and see dollar amounts relatively easy. I don't want to have to spend my time dealing with complicated software and ServeManager has made it simple and productive. Pros The clients and jobs are sorted so simply Client export for easy analysis Cons Search features are limited. May 2, 2019 5.0 This speeds up my process serving and helps me keep my customer informed. Pros I like that I can fill in the information and it properly places it on the affidavit. I can share the proposed affidavit with the customer for their approval. I also like being able to fill in after an attempt or service and the data is saved for the affidavit and I do not have to recreate or re-write the information a second time.
