When I first used it two years ago it was complicated for no apparent reason other than to first-rate me but it has become much easier and I probably couldn’t do my job without it .

Pros

Judicial process server I love that he keeps all my servers in order and very well organized .

Cons

I can’t put pictures in Files as I’m working on a case .

Saves time, money, and organizes things nicely

Pros

I like the ease of use of the software. For my process servers it is an invaluable tool. The GPS Tracking is a big help to stay on top of things and helps verify that the job is being done. In addition, the accounting side works very well for our invoicing.

Cons

I don't really see a downside to anything. As soon as I see something that would be a benefit, without contacting support, it is added like features. They almost seem to be reading my mind

My experience has been ALL positive , with direct sales that offers assistance and will call to make sure your satisfied 100 %

Pros

It is so easy to set up and go, More like plug and play. I love to be able to track employess and review who they attempted . This is the best purchase i have ever made.

Cons

The only cons that i have is that i did not use the program , I could not keep up workflow without it.

The business problems that ServeManager is helping me solve is the ability to have a platform that I can use in the field and the ability to allow the customer/client to see the progress of their case. This really helps since I require pre-payment of services.

Pros

I love the fact that it is easy to use and upload documents.

Cons

Not able to integrate with popular financial platforms (i.e., Paypal, Zelle, Cash App).

Reason for choosing ServeManager

ServerManager was the product that fit into what I needed and still need. It was easy to implement. My time is very limited and so having something that I did not have to keep calling or emailing customer to help me fix a problem. If there is a problem, I know that I can call or email ServiceManager and they are there to fix the issue or assist me thru the issue.

As a new process server it has enabled me to get up and running quickly. I also recommend Serve Now.

Pros

Serve Manager is easy to use and produces professional affidavits as well as many other tracking and bookkeeping functions.

Cons

I would like to see a customizable template for unusual affidavits.

Pros

Easy to use, easy to invoice customers and keep them updated. Great price. Wonderful mobile version and desktop version.

Cons

not much to say bad about it. Should be nice to have more of the desktop integrations integrated into mobile version.

I tried 3 or 4 others before staying with Serve manager. I stayed because it was simple and easy. I stayed for the cost. I stayed for customization and the customer service

Cons

For some reason every time you update we have an issue

I have a website now, thanks to ServeManager and I can manage my process serving .

Pros

Folks at ServeManager worked with me on every phase of getting a website up and running. With ServeManager I can upload papers for the servers and we can monitor the service attempt. Lawyers love this feature.

Cons

I have no real complaints about ServeManager at this time.

I love that it makes it easy to keep up with all the jobs, servers pay and accounting.

Cons

I recently found out that another program offered 50 more serves a month at the same price. I also feel like we are charged a lot for credit card processing.

I like most about ServerManager the simplicity and quickness for creating invoices and bills for clients . The platform is user friendly and enable clients to create account .

Cons

The software has a limited trial with no credit card required , I think ServerManger needs to review pricing especially for small and newly launched business to make it affordable .

Pros

1\. Once you put in the information the software generates everything from affidavits to invoices. 2. Technical support is always happy to help if there is something you don't understand how to do. 3. Mobile app. 4. WEB based and you'll never loose your data.

Cons

1\. Haven't been able to figure out the routing and GPS.

Quite good. I prefer a hands on approach rather than using video clips ad infinitum.

Pros

I am pleased with the functionality and ease associated with preparation of Declarations and other legal documents.

Cons

I own and operate three separate private investigations entities and would like to swap out entities according to each geographical locale. These precludes having to establish three separate accounts and confuse clients due to overlapping geographical entities.

I inherited the account when my company - RIGroup LLC - acquired South Sound Private Investigations.
