Everything is very easy to use and self explanatory but not only does Serve Manager gives you a free trail to use for FREE so you can get to experience and see the software product your going to purchase for a lifetime.

Everything is very easy to use and self explanatory!

Cons

Maybe something I can suggest would be having a repopulated past due notice invoice or a friendly reminder statement.

Pros

I really like their records & documentation management system. It quite convinient to pull out the data from the database and analyse it.

I think if Servemanager could start an email management system as well, that would be great

Administration. Ease of Use. The accounting functions to help us make sure we are paying, and getting paid in a timely fashion.

Cons

This is a difficult question as this program works rather well. Perhaps the job status could be a little more definitive. I would like to see a choice in the drop down for "Proof out for filing to court"

This software cuts down my office time with quickly prepared affidavits and invoices allowing more time in the field.

Inability to attach photos on site sometimes in heavily wooded areas.

I like how wherever you go you can access serve manager from the phone or from the computer. Keeps you connected in the field and off.

Cons

There is nothing I like least on this software you can basically do everything you need to for your company especially with high volume coming in!

ServeManager make invoicing and billing clients easy. It really helps with keeping track of how many jobs you receive and send out.

Cons

I do wish it had a mobile app. I also wish it allowed us to personalize the Invoices more.

Customer service is adequate, but not when you need affidavits customized. The program pretty much needs to be used as is, or it will not work for you.

Pros

It is user-friendly for accounting, and visually assists you to keep track of finances.

Cons

It is not practical for producing affidavits, or entering service information in the field. A mobile app that allows you to upload service information at a later time is much better than using a web browser. Producing affidavits is also far more complicated than necessary. There are other programs available that make production of customizable affidavits in a much more user-friendly fashion.

I'm a server and using this app has been great and helpful. I started using it in 2016 and it's been smooth ever since.

Cons

It costs some money, but it's very minimal, especially if your employer covers it. Not much else to complain about.
