Pros

The best part about ServeManager is probably how easy it is to use. If you can navigate a website then you can use ServeManager with no issues. They also have great security and you can access it from anywhere in the world.

Cons

I am not a big fan of how much it cost to use this product, but thats about it.

I enjoyed the program so much, I didn't even complete my free trial! I was able to breeze through the system without any issues and train my team all within a couple of days. No more missing deadlines, missing invoices, which always leads to missing income. Great job!

Pros

I love how intuitive the software is! I don't have time to learn overpriced, outdated, clunky programs that don't provide value.

Cons

If I'm creating a job, see that I need to add a new item in settings, click on settings and add it....I'm not able to go back to where I left off. I have to start all over from the beginning. Still - I love the program!!!

Reason for choosing ServeManager

More intuitive and less expensive. With the time saved with ServeManager - it pretty much pays for itself.

No problems, everything is user friendly

Pros

Serve manager has made my job easier and faster. I can do things from my phone or computer. Instantly send emails to clients with invoices and updates. So worth the money, which isnt expensive at all.

Cons

I wish we had an app for servemanager. However its still a great system.

We actually earn more money because of it, because we can handle more work, than doing everything by hand, like we used to.

Pros

It's so much easier to use than PST, which we could never even learn. It helps us track jobs, report to clients and generate Affidavits.

Cons

We cant configure it for our individual needs.
